The quality of maximum oxygen volume (VO2max) for athletes is important for an athlete's performance. VO2Max is the maximum volume of oxygen that can be used per minute. The maximum amount of oxygen consumed per unit time by a person during exercise or tests, with training progressively heavier until exhaustion, is called VO2Max. The Vo2Max Direct examination is the most accurate test in determining the level of heart and lung fitness in performing physical activities with maximum intensity. Maximum oxygen uptake (Vo2max) is defined as the maximum value at which oxygen can still be taken, distributed, and used by the body when the intensity of physical activity reaches its maximum. This service method provides material on the importance of evaluating physical conditions, especially Vo2max to athletes. This service aims to help the Indonesian National Sports Committee (KONI) Rokan Hulu Regency to find out the fitness of athletes from several sports as seen from VO2 Max. The method used in this service is that all athletes follow the service's direction about the importance of VO2 Max and perform a Multistage Fitness Test (MFT). The results of this dedication by the athletes and management of KONI understand the importance of VO2 Max and the results of the MFT test, only a few athletes in good and other categories are sufficient and low.

Nutritional status in athletes is one of the important factors that affect athlete performance. Athlete's knowledge of nutrition is still lacking. Malnutrition and other health problems are found many in athletes. The purpose of this activity is trained athletes to improve the understanding of nutritional status and measure anthropometry to improve performance. This training contains materials that is needed to improve athlete's knowledge on nutritional status and anthropometric measurements. Further it can be used in the training process or in match conditions. This community service activity was attended by 29 participants consisting of female and male athletes as well as handball trainers. The activity is carried out online. Before and after the training participants fill out a google form for data on body weight, height, and questions about training materials. From the results of data processing, the average height for male athletes was 176 ± 6.33cm and for female athletes 164 ± 5.79cm. Meanwhile, the body weight of female athletes is 60.5 ± 8.3kg and male athletes are 74.02 ± 9.05kg. BMI in female athletes is 22.5 ± 2.2kg / m2 and in male athletes 23.88 ± 1.88 kg / m2. The mean pre-test score for female athletes was 60.35 ± 11.09, while for male athletes it was 60.35 ± 14.69. The average post-test score for female athletes was 67.85 ± 11.90, while for male athletes the average post-test score was 72.5 ± 9.20. Thus, the difference (gain) change in post-test scores to pre-test in female athletes is 12.43% and 20.12% in men. From this training, it can be concluded that there is an increase in the knowledge of handball athletes regarding nutritional status, nutrition, and dietary regulation in athletes. It is hoped that further this community service activity can be carried out in terms of determining the calorie and nutritional needs of athletes as well as athletes can be given knowledge about how to make food menus according to the needs of athletes.

The Covid-19 pandemic requires all parties to adapt to an unprecedented situation. The learning process which is usually carried out face-to-face today is very difficult because the pandemic has not subsided. Meanwhile, the quality of learning must be maintained for the sake of creating a generation that is ready to face the challenges of life in the future. Therefore, there is a need for supervision counseling carried out during this pandemic. Medicinal herb is known as "herbal medicine". Based on the observations that have been made, the community in each house in the village of Bnadar Buat has plants that can be categorized as medicinal plants. They know what plants are used as medicine but the utilization is not optimal because of the lack of knowledge of the public on how to use medicinal plants as traditional medicine appropriately and correctly and how to process them into high economic value products, one of which is the herbal preparation of instant ginger powder. To overcome this, it is necessary to provide information and knowledge as well as training on the preparation of instant ginger powder herbs of high economic value. Before carrying out the activities of the PKM team conducted a socialization stage by inviting PKK mothers in bandar Buat village. The development of tennis tournaments during the COVID-19 pandemic has become one of the sports that is in demand by many people. Therefore, the tournament was held to keep the body's immunity fit and away from covid 19. This activity was held in Pekanbaru, Riau Province at the inter-club tennis championship event. This community service activity aims to train soft skills and hard skills through outbound games for the children in TPQ Nurul Qoryah Mulur Bendosari Sukoharjo. This community service activity uses the simulation/demonstration method. This activity is implemented on Sunday, 5 June 2022 at 06.00 - 09.00 WIB at the field. The number of students in this outbound is 20 which are divided into 4 or 5 groups. With the average age of four to eight years of TPQ students, the division of groups is carried out very carefully, so that the group is divided fairly and the game is fun. This outbound started at 08.00 - 11.00 WIB. In outbound games, lecturers in community service activities teach playing raffia rope circles. This activity can practice solving abilities, practice patience, mutual understanding, accuracy, speed, and cohesiveness in rope games. We only need to prepare the raffia rope to play this game. Then, we just need to make a circle with the rope. When signaled, all players on the team must enter the circle that has been created. If no participant enters then all participants will be penalized. The players also need to instill an attitude of mutual trust between participants in teammates to play a circle of ropes. With this trust, participants are expected to be able to establish better relationships and be able to help each other in any way. Although this game is very simple, the students look very happy when they follow the game, they can also learn to work together and train cohesiveness in a team. The outbound has received a positive response from participants. This is illustrated by the high enthusiasm of TPQ Nurul Qoryah's children in participating in this outbound activity.
