The Covid-19 pandemic requires all parties to adapt to an unprecedented situation. The learning process which is usually carried out face-to-face today is very difficult because the pandemic has not subsided. Meanwhile, the quality of learning must be maintained for the sake of creating a generation that is ready to face the challenges of life in the future. Therefore, there is a need for supervision counseling carried out during this pandemic. Counseling is carried out so that teachers can prepare what items they have to do for the learning process that must continue during the covid-19 pandemic. With the presence of modern technology today that reaches all aspects of life, including the supervision of teachers, many are being developed through a touch of technology. One of them is the supervision of the learning system used by the teacher for virtual-based students. The aim is to analyze needs by referring to the supervisor's perception of the need for the development of a virtual-based supervision model that will be developed during the covid-19 pandemic. The development of this supervision model is needed because it is considered that currently supervision has not run optimally and effectively. Therefore, prior to the development of the supervision model, the authors conducted an analysis of these needs.

This research is based on the researcher's curiosity about the relationship between the Tackle Drill Game Method and the Tackle Rugby Ability as well as the lack of ability or technique to tackle (dropping opponents) on the Upi Sumedang campus rugby athletes. Therefore, the researcher wanted to find out whether the Tackle Drill Game Method has a good potential for success in the Tackle ability in the game of Rugby. The research method used is literature study, which examines data or theories put forward by previous researchers. Thus this study only compares whether there is a relationship, linkage or similarity of characteristics between the two variables to be studied. In practice, the researchers found that the tackle drill game method affects rugby tackle ability on the basis of saying that this drill training method makes an athlete have to perform the movements instructed by the coach repeatedly so that it allows an athlete to become accustomed (automatically) in performing a movement .

The single art of pencak silat is a competitive category with extremely intricate motions that require exacting skill, steady pace, and simultaneous comprehension of movement. Due to their lack of coordination and expertise, new athletes frequently find it challenging to properly comprehend and grasp the movement sequences. This circumstance emphasizes the necessity of training techniques that can deconstruct intricate movement patterns through organized and methodical learning phases. This study aims to measure the efficiency of the progressive section method on the movement skills of standard single arts for beginner IPSI pencak silat athletes in Cilacap Regency. Standard single arts have a high level of movement complexity, thus requiring a gradual and structured learning approach. This study implemented an experimental design with a one-group pretest–posttest model. The research sample consisted of 12 beginner athletes selected using a saturated sampling method. The research instrument was a standard single arts assessment format according to the PB IPSI guidelines, while data analysis used normality tests and t-tests. The results showed an increase in the average score from pretest to posttest as well as a significant difference between before and after treatment. This indicates that the progressive section method successfully improves the movement skills of standard single arts techniques of beginner athletes. This method facilitates athletes to recognize step-by-step movements, improve technical accuracy, and maintain consistent movement rhythm. Therefore, the progressive section method is recommended as a training technique in the development of beginner pencak silat athletes.
