Jurnal Humaniora adalah jurnal pengabdian untuk masyarakat yang diterbitkan oleh Pusat Pendidikan Olahraga, Kesehatan dan Rekreasi Jurusan Pendidikan Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan Uiveristas Negeri Padang. Tujuan dari publikasi jurnal ini adalah untuk menyebarluaskan evaluasi konseptual atau ide dan hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat . <![CDATA[In many sporting events that have been held both nationally and internationally, Indonesia is still ranked below. Observations that have been made on PJOK teachers and trainers have found that they have not been able to identify and develop sports talent optimally by applying science. Research that has been done proves that an athlete is not only born but is also created through an appropriate talent identification program. There are at least two instruments that can be used to identify children's talents, namely I do and I Like. This application I like is online and saves and processes the data of children that we input and then will provide an output in the form of a dominant sport that is suitable for children. While I do in the form of tests of the ability of children with predetermined instruments. This service activity aims to: a) have skills in identifying and developing talent, b) understand and be skilled in using I do and I like instruments as part of talent identification, c) able to implement the management of talent identification instruments in their respective places. The method used uses the principle that every innovation received by PJOK teachers and trainers through PIE (Preparation, Implementation and Evaluation). <![CDATA[Some of the results of studies that have been conducted on basic early Indonesian fundamental motor skills children, especially in West Sumatra, are found to be at the lowest level. Observations made on several teachers in West Sumatra show that on average they have very limited insight into fundamental motor skills and how to arrange fundamental motor skills. Previous research states that fundamental motor skills cannot develop by themselves, but through continuous learning and training stages. Therefore, PAUD teachers are expected to be skilled in compiling children's fundamental motor skills so that the objectives of early childhood education can be achieved as they should. This service activity aims to: (a) PAUD / TK teachers understand what fundamental motor skills are. (b) PAUD / TK teachers can understand fundamental motor skills. (c) PAUD / TK teachers can understand how to use the TGMD-2 instrument (d) PAUD / TK teachers can understand how to evaluate fundamental motor skills.]]>

<![CDATA[Pengabdian masyarakat ini telah dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli hingga Agustus 2020 di Dusun Rajumas Desa Mantang Kecamatan Batukliang. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk membangun, menumbuhkan dan meningkatkan kepedulian masyarakat khususnya dusun rajumas terhadap kebersihan dan kesehatan lingkungan dikarnakan lingkungan atau dusun rajumas akan menjadi wisata desa dan wisata kebersihan dan kesehatan. Pengabdian ini dilakukan dalam bentuk observasi, tindakan dan penyuluhan tentang pentingnya kebersihan dan kesehatan lingkungan itu sendiri, serta aksi lapangan dalam bentuk kerja bakti yang melibatkan para remaja atau pemuda rajumas yang membentuk organisasi namanya pemuda garuda emas ikut serta dan berperan aktif untuk meningkatkan kebersihan dan kesehatan lingkungan. Setelah pengabdian selesai, tingkat kepedulian sebagian masyarakat terhadap kebersihan dan kesehatan lingkungan mulai meningkat. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari peningkatan peran aktif dan antusiasme mereka dalam mengikuti kegiatan aksi lapangan dalam meningkatkan kebersihan dan kesehatan lingkungan.]]>

<![CDATA[Tanah Datar Regency is known as one of the abundant fruit-producing areas of Kolang-Kaling. According to an interview by the PKM team with one of the heads of the women farmer groups, it was revealed that every week as many as 3 tons of Kolang-kaling fruit can be harvested. However, they only process 10% traditionally (boiled, peeled, and sold). The community does not have sufficient competence to apply technology in processing these plantation products into ready-to-eat food. As a result of the agreement with the two Cempaka Mekar and Teratai Women's Farmer Groups, also with the approval of the village head , a community partnership activity was agreed upon for these two farmer groups. With the aim of increasing the competence of women who are the target of activities in the application of technology for processing kolang-kaling fruit . <![CDATA[The main problem in this activity is that the students' abilities are not maximal in relation to entrepreneurship. The main problem lies in the managerial ability of business, administration, product quality and other matters related to entrepreneurship. This is because students involved in this program do not have in-depth understanding and knowledge related to business management. In addition, the process carried out when obtaining funding was not too developed due to the relatively insufficient funding aspect. To overcome this problem, programs are compiled which will be implemented in 3 patterns, namely training, mentoring and mentoring. The type of training that will be provided is hard skills and soft skills training related to entrepreneurship development. The targets of this activity are students who receive grants from the Entrepreneurship Scheme Student Creativity Program and the Student Entrepreneurship Program. Besides that, there are also students who are interested in developing entrepreneurship. This activity was carried out at the Faculty of Sport Sciences, State University of Padang. Implemented from August to October 2020. In accordance with the objectives of this Community Service, the approach pattern to be carried out uses the Participation Actions Learnig System (PALS) pattern. This pattern is a pattern where tenants participate directly in every program that will be provided. The results obtained from the activity: 1) Increase the ability of participants related to entrepreneurial soft skills, 2) Increase the ability of participants related to entrepreneurial hard skills.]]>

<![CDATA[Based on studies in the field, found the problem that almost all of the coaches of the sport in the KONI Kota Payakumbuh have constraints in the preparation of training programs physical condition to the athlete in a situation of pandemic COVID-19 right now. It is originated from the low understanding of the trainers about the basic concepts of the physical conditions in sports coaching achievement for athletes. Through this community service activity of the team of community services Universitas Negeri Padang will give you a full u in scientific to the participants about: (a) the basic concept of training the physical conditions in sports coaching achievements against the athlete. (b) basic Concepts related to test and measurement of the physical condition of the athlete. (c) the Design and preparation of training programs physical conditions in the face of the situation of the pandemic and post-pandemic which according to The rules of the science of Sports Coaching (d) Innovation forms of exercise physical conditions with the intensity adjusted to each branch of the sport. The delivery of material to the participants was performed through the stages of presentation, discussion, practice with mentoring, and evaluation. The results of the activities of the participants obtained is: (a) Have an understanding of the basic concepts of training the physical conditions in sports coaching achievements. (b) Have an understanding and be able to perform the test, measurement, and evaluation of the physical condition of the athlete. <![CDATA[The purpose of the socialization of cricket was increased the knowledge of physical education students about the development of cricket in Indonesia and improved the skills of physical education students in playing cricket. The socialization activity was carried out in the physical education study program, University of Bengkulu. Partners in this activity were second semester physical education students, totaling 35 students. This activity was carried out on March 14-15 2020. The forms of activities carried out were socialization and practicum. This activity was carried out with a model of small group discussion, lectures and demonstrations. The stages carried out in this activity consist of three stages, namely: socialization, practicum, and evaluation. Based on the results of the activities and the results of the evaluation, it can be concluded that the socialization of cricket to physical education students increased knowledge about cricket and skills in playing cricket.]]>
