Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Educaplay media on the learning outcomes of third-grade students in the subject of Akidah Akhlak at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah 13 Sendangagung Paciran. This study is a quantitative research that uses a pre-experimental method with a one-group pre-test post-test design. The population in this study consists of all third-grade students of MI Muhammadiyah 13 Sendangagung Paciran Lamongan. The sample in this study consists of all third-grade students, taken using the saturated sampling technique, where all members of the population are taken as the sample. The data collection techniques include observation, pre-test, and post-test. Based on the research results, it shows that the application of Educaplay media has an impact on students' learning outcomes. This can be seen from the calculation of data values in the hypothesis testing using the product moment correlation test on 24 respondents, which shows a significant influence of the Educaplay media on students' learning outcomes in the subject of Akidah Akhlak, with r_xy = 0.906. Meanwhile, for the significance test, the result obtained is t = 10.03, with a significance level of 5% being 2.0739.

Abstract

This article examines morality which means temperament, customs or behavioral systems that are created. While the purpose of this study is to determine the analysis of the dangers of playing Online Games on the Morals of Teenagers in Makarti Mulya Village, Mesuji District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach method, researchers use two sources, namely the first from primary data, researchers get data from informants, namely parents of teenagers addicted to online games and religious figures. The second is secondary data, namely obtaining documents, in the form of archives such as the profile of Makarti Mulya Village, Mesuji District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency (Oki). The Results of This Study Researchers Found That the dangers of online games for adolescent communication morals are caused by the main factor causing the teenagers themselves, the lack of assertiveness from parents in the problem of using smartphones. The lack of an approach from parents triggers the teenager at home to play smartphones more freely and without supervision. When they are out of parental supervision at home, it is very potential that teenagers will not know the time in playing online games on smartphones. And so on.

Abstract

This study examines how the link-and-match industrial internship pattern in Islamic-based vocational schools systematically contributes to the reproduction of an educated working class. Using a qualitative case study approach at SMK Cokroaminoto Wanadadi, this study explores the relationship between the curriculum, internship programs, and graduates' employment. The primary focus is not only on job readiness but also how education shapes social positions upon entry into the workforce. The results show that the curriculum developed in collaboration with industry partners places greater emphasis on technical competencies. However, general competencies also receive a greater portion according to their level. Nevertheless, students are better prepared to meet the needs of the industrial workforce rather than developing the capacity to understand the broader work structure. Long-term internships condition the internalization of a habitus that emphasizes compliance with rules, work discipline, and acceptance of hierarchical authority. Vocational high school graduates are largely absorbed in general jobs due to the limited number of suitable jobs. This study concludes that vocational high schools, without critical awareness from all stakeholders, have the potential to become machines for the reproduction of an educated working class.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the transformation of I slamic Religious Education (PAI) in the Society 5.0 era and the strategies for strengthening Madrasah Ibtidaiyah teachers in responding to technological advancements and changing student characteristics. This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study method, utilizing data collection techniques such as interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings reveal that the transformation of PAI is characterized by a shift from conventional teaching methods to digital-based learning that is interactive, contextual, and humanistic. The use of digital media, such as instructional videos, Qur'an applications, and interactive platforms, has been proven to enhance student engagement, motivation, and understanding. However, this transformation also faces several challenges, including limited digital literacy among teachers, lack of continuous professional training, and inadequate infrastructure. Therefore, comprehensive strategies are needed to strengthen teachers, including improving digital competencies, enhancing technology-based pedagogical skills, and integrating Islamic values into the learning process. Teachers play a strategic role as learning facilitators and value guardians in ensuring that technology use remains aligned with the principles of Islamic education. Thus, the transformation of PAI in the Society 5.0 era is expected to create innovative and relevant learning while contributing to the development of students’ character, making them morally grounded and adaptable to technological changes.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the application of visionary leadership in the context of education still facing various challenges, especially in developing teacher performance through competitive and sustainable HR training, as well as being a crucial factor in ensuring the quality of education that is able to produce competent graduates and ready to compete amidst global uncertainty. This study uses the method (library research) the data refers to the literature review. This method goes through 5 stages so that the data is truly credible, namely (1) interpreting the scope of a topic to be reviewed, (2) identifying relevant sources, (3) reviewing literature, (4) writing reviews and (5) applying literature to the study to be conducted. Teachers are not only able to adapt to change but also become an integral part of the competitive and sustainable innovation process. The implementation of visionary leadership in educational leadership in developing sustainable teacher performance in the 5.0 era through competitive HR training, namely visionary educational leaders not only act as managers but also as agents of change who are able to project the future and lead with a clear vision for the development of sustainable teacher performance. The impact of implementing visionary leadership is such as the development of technological and pedagogical competencies, empowerment and sustainable innovation and strengthening collaborative culture. However, there are several challenges that will be faced, such as limited human resources, time, facilities and technology.
