Abstract

The impact of changing times is so great, such as the 4.0 era as it is today for children, teenagers, and parents, who need to adapt to the current era. And it would be nice for us to provide an overview and understanding to our children in a way that is appropriate for their age in order to be able to grasp what we mean. And we should educate more with tenderness and love, the position of parents in developing children's nature, the implications of which in the 4.0 era are very important because with that we can be closer and easier in providing education. The educational method that we use may be done in realizing a disciplined and independent child's personality which stems from the child's desire to achieve happiness in the world and the hereafter. This research method is library research with the object of the verses of the Qur'an using several interpretations from the commentators including: Tafsir Jalalain Tafsir Ibn Kathir Tafsir Al-Maraghi to uncover and explore the Position of Parents in the Al-Qur'an, Role Parents in Developing Children's Fitrah, and Implications of the Role of Parents in Developing Children's Fitrah in the 4.0 era. The results of the study show that 1) The view of Islamic education regarding the nature of the child means that the position of the child has two opposing sides. One side of the child is the trust of Allah entrusted to the parents. On the other hand, children are nature for the lives of parents in particular and society and the environment in general. 2) The implications of the position of parents in developing children's nature, the implications of which in the 4.0 era are a necessity, as mufassir views and opinions Salaf scholars have different opinions in interpreting the word fitrah, the majority argue that the meaning of fitrah is Islam. So that it has become a joint obligation for parents to maintain the mandate of Allah SWT in the form of children, which in the 4.0 era children must be monitored and supervised to ensure that the child's behavior (behavior) as a child who was born naturally (good) in origin.

Abstract

Facilities and motivation in learning are very important. This study discusses the role of the teacher as a facilitator and motivator in the learning process of Islamic religious education. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the teacher as a facilitator and motivator, and the inhibiting factors in its implementation. To get answers to the problems above, the authors conducted qualitative research. After analyzing the data obtained, the results showed the readiness of the teacher, namely: The teacher provides all learning tools before learning begins (such as syllabus, curriculum, lesson plans, evaluation materials and teaching materials). ), Teachers provide learning facilities in the form of methods, media, and learning equipment, Teachers as partners not superiors and teachers do not act arbitrarily to students, and teachers are able to understand students well and provide learning experiences that are appropriate for students and intrinsically motivating. All of this can be achieved through a good understanding of a teacher regarding teacher theory as a facilitator and motivator. All aspects of education, the family and community environment should be in line with and support the teacher's role as a facilitator and motivator so that it can be realized properly.

Abstract

Good student absorption of Islamic religious education can be a benchmark for successful implementation and learning of Islamic religious education in schools. The level of student absorption of Islamic religious education can be continuously improved in various ways. In learning to increase absorption, students can apply various methods accompanied by the use of learning media. In addition to the application of learning methods or media, student absorption can be increased by continuously increasing the supporting factors and minimizing the inhibiting factors that can affect student absorption of Islamic religious education. This success cannot be separated from the influence of supporting factors, namely a conducive classroom atmosphere or school environment, physical health, proper student seating layout, high intelligence and high motivation in participating in teaching and learning activities. In addition to supporting factors, it is necessary to know the factors that can be an obstacle to student absorption of Islamic religious education in junior high schools, namely: declining health so that it has an impact on decreasing intelligence and learning motivation and ultimately causes a learning environment that is not conducive.

Abstract

Art criticism skills are one of the critical thinking skills that are continuously improved in class X MIPA4 students of SMAN 1 Muaro Jambi in the 2020/2021 academic year towards an object of two-dimensional art work through learning activities from home, using the google classroom application. The art criticism skills of class X MIPA4 students at SMAN 1 Muaro Jambi in the 2020/2021 school year are still low, not in accordance with the indicators of success, so it is necessary to take action using the classroom action research method by designing learning steps according to the application used in learning from home and the picture and picture method. This research was conducted in two cycles in February and March 2021, where each cycle consisted of two meetings. The results showed that there was an increase in the achievement of each variable and stage of art criticism that had been determined. There was a significant increase between 9% to 22% in each variable and stage of art criticism, even the variable of communicating art criticism through writing in the descriptive stage of class X MIPA4 students at SMAN 1 Muaro Jambi in the 2020/2021 school year experienced a very significant increase up to 78 .12%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of the question and answer method and how it affects student achievement in the fourth grade Akidah Akhlaq subjects at MI Muhammadiyah 06 Brondong Lamongan. This research uses descriptive quantitative research. The subjects in this study were 50 students. By using the instrument in the research is a questionnaire, observation and documentation. The results showed that the value of the coefficient of r arithmetic on r table with the number of N = 50 for a significant level of 0.279 or 5%, then r count = 9.440 > r table = 0.279 and for a significant level of 0.361 or 1% then r count = 9.440 > r table = 0.361 thus r count is greater than r table. Then it can be said that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.

Abstract

The objectives to be achieved in this study are 1) to determine the role of school principals in improving the quality of Islamic religious education. 2) to find out the efforts of school principals in improving the quality of Islamic religious education. 3) to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors in improving the quality of Islamic religious education at Madarasah Aliyah Muhammadiyah 02 Paciran Lamongan. From the results of the study, it was concluded that the principal tried to improve the quality and knowledge of teachers by holding discussions, trainings, seminars and so on. The principal pays attention to the development of student activities in teaching and learning activities, in this case the principal sees directly what is used by teachers, student activity reports, and student attendance books. The principal also tries to equip school infrastructure and equipment including instructional media needed for the smooth and successful teaching and learning process. Completing library books because it is important for the development of the quality of education. Supporting factors in improving the quality of Islamic religious education are the role of effective school principals, exemplary teachers, outstanding students and human resources.

Abstract

the purpose of this study to find out The Influence of training, Work motivation, Work environment on teacher performance at the foundation AL-Muniroh Ujung Pangkah Gresik, using saturated sampling method is a sampling technique when all members of the population are used as samples. This is done because the population is too small and the researcher wants to make generalizations with a small error rate of 76 teacher. The data analysis technique used multiple liniear regression analysis. The result showed that training, work motivation, and work environment partially significant influence on the performance of the AL-Muniroh Ujung Pangkah Gresik Foudation teacher.

Abstract

According to the term, the language of ethics comes from the word ethos which means customs (habits), while in terms of ethics is the study of human behavior to determine the values ​​of good and bad deeds, while the measure to determine the value is the human mind or resio. Ethics is a whole of norms and judgments that are used by the society concerned to find out how humans should live their lives in a rational way. Ethics functions as an appraiser, determinant, determinant of an action carried out by humans, thus ethics plays a more role as a drafter of behavior carried out by humans. Among teacher ethics according to the perspective of Islamic religious education, namely: 1. Accepting questions raised by students, 2. Not rushing in all matters, 3. Sitting with dignity with calmness and bowing your head, 4. Not being arrogant to all humans, 5. Prioritizing tawadu 'in meeting places and assemblies, 6. Not playing and joking, 7. Abstract

The teaching and learning model developed by Robert Slavin is the Teams Games Tournament, which is a learning method by combining study groups with team competitions, cant also be use improve learning various concept for skills (Silberman, 2006). Learning with this method will stimulate students' activeness, because in Teams Games Tournament all students are required to actively voice their opinions, both lower group students and upper group student are requiire at works togeether solving problems given in learning.The purpose of the implementation or application of the TGT method is none other than to increase student activity in absorbing and mastering the material presented in the teacheres on process teaching and learn activiti in Islamic Religious Education subjects at Al Masruroh Puger Vocational School, so that students do not experience boredom or boredom in receiving material using only the lecture method, the teams games tournament method is very appropriate and appropriate in overcoming students who are less active and are experiencing boredom for the teacher and learner progres.The author conducted research with a qualitatife aproach and a field study research methodology which directly observed, interviewed students, and in the observations the researchers found several changes in students, the first students were more active, the second students felt happy because they could learn while playing, the third students can collaborate with friends in solving problems, so that the time in the teaching and learning process feels less and not boring because all students are involved in all activities of providing material in class.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Student Facilitator and Explaining (SFE) learning model on im proving Aqidah Akhlak learning outcomes in class XI science. This study uses a quantitative approach with a total of 49 respondents, using sample data. Collecting data using pre-test and post-test questions. The collected data were analyzed by validity test, normality test, correlation test, and significance test. Based on the results of data calculations through the SPSS 23.0 for windows program. In testing the hypothesis, the researcher used the product moment correlation test, there was a positive effect using the Student Facilitator and Explaining (SFE) learning model on improving student learning outcomes, with r_xy=0.6228 rounded up to 0.623. Based on the results of the significance test above, it was obtained that tcount = 5.459 and ttable with 49 respondents at the average significant level of = 0.05 and dk = n-2 was obtained at 1.678. It can be concluded that there is an effect of the Student Facilitator and Explaining (SFE) learning model on improving Aqidah Akhlak learning outcomes in class XI IPA at MA Muhammadiyah 02 Pondok Modern Paciran.
