Abstract

This research is motivated by the existence of unfavorable behavior that occurs in society, namely first, the habits of the younger generation today do not have a good religious character in everyday life. Second, the lack of parental attention in shaping the religious character of children so that they have good habits and are inherent in carrying out worship according to Islamic teachings. Roudlotul Hikmah Islamic Boarding School education has a curriculum that prioritizes religious character education in the learning process. This research method uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach to explore the core of theproblems that occur in research with data collection techniques and using interviews in managing teaching to children. The theories used as references in this study include the theory of religious character education, the theory of management of Islamic boarding schools, and the concept of education outside the Islamic boarding school, namely education from parents. The results of the study were (1) From several interviews conducted on all board of Islamic boardingschool teachers, Roudlotul Hikmah explained that all students experienced development in religious character during their stay at the Islamic boarding school. (2) From interviews conducted with several parents of children, it was explained that all children experienced very drastic changes and developments in carrying out religious activities in daily life, especially when they were at home, so that it became an inherent habit of children in carrying out activities. religion in everyday life. (3) One of the supporting factors in the character education process is the parenting pattern of parents while at home and the pattern of education in Islamic boarding schools.

Abstract

Intellectual Intelligence in the Qur'an which has been possessed by humans since humans were born with the gift of intelligence privileges and understands and learns about terms related to intelligence. Emotional feelings that are owned and felt by humans described in the Qur'an such as love, anger, fear, joy and sadness will always be expressed and cannot be separated about ta'qilun (reason) because intelligent human characteristics will always use his mind to always Yatafakkarun (think) in order to achieve truth and goodness. In addition, intelligent humans will always think and reflect on their life which continues to Yatadabbarun (revolving). Humans will gain (Yatafaqqahun) and always understand every knowledge that will be obtained and always optimize the potentials of a worldly nature because intelligent humans will always remember their God and always do dhikr (yatadzakkarun) and pray.

Abstract

The last holy book that was revealed by Allah to our last Apostle, namely the Prophet Muhammad, namely the Qur'an as a guide and way of life for mankind. It is used as a norm and value in addition to the sunnah, in introducing itself the Qur'an as a hudal Alnas is a guide for mankind. Humans in the Qur'an as monodual, two-dimensional humans consisting of physical and spiritual elements are seen as the main, perfect noble creatures among all of God's creations. This study aims to examine the verses of the Qur'an related to scientific knowledge about the process of human creation. In this study the author uses a qualitative method with the type of literature research with a maudhui interpretation approach and a medical science approach. The results and discussion found that after Prophet Adam, the process of human creation through several stages of creation and among them are nutfa, alaqah, mudgah, bone and muscle making, then perfected by blowing the spirit so that the best form is created, which is called human. The stages of human creation are gametogonesis, the process of ovulation to implantation, then the bilaminar gendisc, the embryonic period to the stage of childbirth.

Abstract

There are still many school-age children in rural areas who behave badly in the school environment and outside of school, for example, students have started to dare to say dirty words to their parents and do bad things to their friends. The purpose of the application of religious character education is expected to be a solution to the background of the problem above in forming good character towards students, so as to provide the expected results, especially in student behavior towards a better direction. The method used by the researcher is a qualitative research, where this method is more descriptive, the data collected is in the form of interview observations, namely opinions from sources, recordings, and other supporting documents. The results of the study explain the efforts of teachers in developing and shaping the character of madrasa students to become human beings who have good moral character, it is not as easy as one thinks, it takes quite a long time from several interviews carried out, integration in shaping the character of students, teachers carry out several programs such as school habituation activities, spontaneous school activities , exemplary and supervising the school and outside the school all of these activities went quite well seeing the support from the parents of the students and the enthusiastic spirit of the students in following them so that what was expected was achieved optimally.

Abstract

Education as a means of realizing quality human resources undergoes innovation in its management following the needs of the global community through thecurriculum set by the government. Currently, one of the focuses of education is to produce students who have soft-skills as the profile of Pancasila students. The purpose of this study was to improve the soft-skills profile of Pancasila students in class XI MIPA 4 SMAN 1 Muaro Jambi even in the 2021/2022 academic year through a virtual art exhibition project through classroom action research which was carried out using two cycles in February and March. in 2022. The results showed that the soft-skills profile of Pancasila students increased at the end of the cycle exceeding the expected performance indicators of 80%, reaching 90.31% for the mutual cooperation profile, and 89.10% for the creative profile.

Abstract

Distance Learning (PJJ), both online and offline is limited. Evaluation of the Ministry of Education and Culture (Kemendikbud) stated that there was a decline in student learning outcomes. The condition of students and teachers who cannot meet face-to-face because COVID-19 forces us to enforce social distancing and physical distancing has an impact on the learning outcomes of some students.This study aims to determine how much study habits and the value of learning outcomes exist in class X1 students at SMAN 1 Muaro Jambi as a result of PJJ. This study uses a quantitative approach by using the type of data in the form of expost facto. The technique of collecting data is by using questionnaires and documentation. The technique of determining the sample is by using intrapolation calculations based on the category of 75 students. The data collection uses a study habits questionnaire and documentation of students' semester scores. Test the validity of the item analysis using the Pearson product-momentcorrelation coefficient formula in the SPSS v.22 program. Instrument reliability with Cronbach Alpha formula. The prerequisite tests for analysis are normality and linearity tests.The results showed that students' study habits were included in the high category with a percentage value of 75.83%. and for the value of learning outcomes of 80.5 which is in the qualification of grade A (very satisfactory). Hypothesis testing obtained results rhit 0.292 and Sig. 0.001<0.05. The result of the significance value is 0.043 which is smaller than 0.05 (0.043 < 0.05) and the tcount value is 2.060 which is greater than t table 0.2242 (2.060 > 0.2242). From this value it can be concluded that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, which means that there is an influence on the variable study habits (X) on student learning outcomes (Y). And for the value of t count is in the positive area. This shows that there is a positive and significant relationship between study habits and learning outcomes. Thus, the higher the student's study habits, the higher the learning outcomes.

Abstract

The role of the teacher at school is as a parent for students. Where the teacher must act as a role model so that the learning atmosphere becomes fun according to what is expected. Who does not want to be a teacher idolized by students, it seems that all teachers will expect this. However, do we know that the more we ask to be idolized by students, the further away we will be from the criteria for teachers who are worthy of being idolized by students, if being a teacher idolized by students is our main goal, then as a teacher there is no such thing as professionalism anymore. only obey what students want and what students want. Being a teacher who is idolized by students also does not mean obeying everything the students want or want. Because if the teacher obeys all the wishes of the students, it might even make them out of the goals and activities of the teaching and learning process.

Abstract

The young generation is the nation's best asset; therefore, the younger generation should be able to know and develop the potential that exists within them to build the nation's civilization and become superior leaders. This article is motivated by the author's concern for the potential of the younger generation that has not developed significantly. The purpose of this study is to examine the extent to which the concept of the SDL model in empowering the potential of students in PAI learning. The type of research used is library research. Meanwhile, the data collection techniques used were documentation in the form ofbooks, journal articles, internet, magazines, newspapers, and so on. In this study, it was found that the concept of the SDL model can empower the potential of students in PAI learning, because the SDL model causes students to have the initiative to learn independently and according to their learning style. The use of the SDL model is certainly inseparable from the role of parents and teachers. Therefore, both parents and teachers should provide various stimuli, in the form of motivation or appreciation for each process of student development.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the ability to turn simplex sentences into complex sentences of students of SMK Negeri 1 Sonder in the pandemic era. This research was carried out at SMK Negeri 1 Sonder in class X E students majoring in marketing for the 2020/2021 academic year consisting of 20 students. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method, which is intended to describe or describe existing phenomena, either natural phenomena or human engineering. The data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews and tests. The formula used to analyze the data in this study is a percentage table with the formula: % = n / N x 100. Based on the data management process, the results of the achievements of class X E students majoring in marketing at SMK Negeri 1 Sonder who have the ability to turn simplex sentences into complex sentences in the pandemic eraamounted to 82.75%. Based on this value, it means that class X E students of SMK Negeri 1 Sonder are able to turn simplex sentences into complex sentences in the pandemic era.

Abstract

The study describes Imam Zarkasyi's thought of reconstruction of pesantren reform. This study aims to explore Zarkasyi's thoughts to be implemented as a model of Islamic education reform for the modernization of Islamic society. The limitations of this research are the Zarkasyi curriculum, empowerment of organizational management, and ethics training in Islamic boarding schools. The findings were revealed in three main points. First, Zarkasyi believes that the Islamic Education curriculum should cover religious principles, as well as modern science. Thus, students are expected to master Arabic and English. Second, the management of the organization and waqf requires significant improvements to strengthen pesantren institutions in accordance with modern principles. Third, pesantren education emphasizes the values of sincerity, simplicity, independence, togetherness, and freedom to foster ethical awareness in Islamic education schools. The values above are expected to become the hallmarks of the Gontor Islamic Boarding School graduates.
