PT Anta Utama is a ticket sales service company with experience in the fields of: Transportation, ticketing, travel documents, haj/umroh, and tourism tours. The purpose of this study is to explain whether incentives can increase employee loyalty, organizations are required to pay more attention to financial factors that affect them such as incentives and non-employee incentives. This research method is to use quantitative research and conducted at PT Anta Utama Kediri. The population in this study are all employees at PT. Anta Utama has 50 employees. The results in this study are that giving incentives is one of the company's ways or efforts to increase employee loyalty. The results of the study show that incentives and non-financial incentives simultaneously affect employee loyalty at PT Anta Utama Kediri Financial. Thus, the provision of incentives to employees shows that partially financial incentives affect employee loyalty at PT Anta Utama Kediri.

This study aims to examine the differences in the financial performance of non-financial companies before and after mergers and acquisitions listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The company's financial performance is measured by four financial ratios. The financial ratios used are the liquidity ratio proxied by the current ratio, the solvency ratio is proxied by the debt ratio, the activity ratio is proxied by total asset turnover, the profitability ratio is proxied by the net profit margin. The data analysis technique used in this study used the paired sample t-test analysis and the normality test. The data collection technique uses documentation techniques, the source of data in this study is secondary data and the type of data is documentary data. This study took a sample of non-financial companies that carried out merger acquisitions in 2016-2018 which were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Determination of the sample using purposive sampling method and obtained a sample of 14 companies. This study uses a window period of three years before and three years after merger acquisition. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant difference in Total Asset Turnover before and after the acquisition merger, while there is no significant difference in the Crrent Ratio, Net Profit Margin, Debt Ratio before and after the acquisition merger.

Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengaruh hubungan stres kerja dan konflik kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening pada PT. Indomobil Suzuki Plant I Tambun sebagai objek penelitian. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui jawaban dari setiap permasalahan dengan mencari tahu hubungan antar variabel yang sudah ditentukan berdasarkan hasil observasi. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif sedangkan alat yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data berupa kuesioner dengan teknik skala likert. Responden dalam penelitian ini merupakan karyawan PT. Indomobil Suzuki Plant I Tambun dengan jumlah 100 karyawan, penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan tingkat kesalahan 5% dengan rumus tersebut, maka sampel untuk penelitian ini berjumlah 80 karyawan yang dipilih secara acak dengan metode Probability Sampling menggunakan teknik random sampling. Teknik Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan bantuan software Lisrel versi 8.80. Hasil uji pada penelitian ini berupa Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Uji Hipotesis dan Uji Pengaruh langsung dan pengaruh tidak langsung. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, konflik kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, stres kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, konflik kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Stres kerja berepengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening, dan konflik kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening.

This study aims to analyze the influence of Product Quality and Brand Image on the Purchasing Decision of The Sidoarjo branch of Lapis Kukus Pahlawan Surabaya. The population used as the object of study was the consumers of the Sidoarjo branch of Lapis Kukus Pahlawan Surabaya with sample calculations through purposive sampling techniques through the lemeshow calculation formula obtained by 100 respondents. The quantitative method was chosen by the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) data analysis technique using the PLS (Partial Least Squares) software application. The research proved that product quality influences purchase decisions for Lapis Kukus Palawan Surabaya and brand image influences purchase decisions for Lapis Kukus Palawan Surabaya Sidoarjo.

This study aims to analyze -- (Qris) with the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) approach which is expanded by adding subjective norms and perceptions of security as exogenous variables. Subjective norms are hypothesized to influence intention to use, either directly or indirectly through endogenous variables in TAM. Meanwhile, the perceived security variable is hypothesized to have a direct effect. Overall the proposed hypothesis forms a research framework in the structural equation model (SEM). Empirical data was obtained through an online survey of 233 respondents who answered 23 complete questionnaire questions. The selection of respondents was determined using a purposive-non-probability sampling approach from active users of the Quick Response Indonesia Standard (Qris) at various banks in East Java whose population size is unknown. The software used to inform that all the indicators used meet the validity and reliability criteria, the research model meets the suitability criteria. The five TAM variables and their extensions have a positive and acceptable effect on intention to use. The biggest influence of the antecedent variables on the intention to use successively is subjective norm, perceived usefulness, attitude, perceived ease of use, and the smallest is perceived security.

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and compensation on the employee turnover rate of Hotel Feodora Airport Palembang. This research carried out on all employees using a saturated sample technique of 132 people. The primary data of this study were obtained through questionnaires and processed using a quantitative approach with the SPSS statistical test tool version 25.00 For Windows. based on results the research conducted found that the variable job satisfaction (Xâ‚) and Compensation (Xâ‚‚) has a negative and significant effect on the turnover rate Employees of Hotel Feodora Airport Palembang (Y). Linear regression test results is obtained the value of the coefficient of job satisfaction (Xâ‚) of -0.786 and the value compensation regression coefficient (Xâ‚‚) of -0.183 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. T test results variable of job satisfaction (Xâ‚) of -13.853 and compensation (Xâ‚‚) of -4.113 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05 partially job satisfaction and compensation have a negative and significant effect on the turnover rate. The results of the F test obtained F count of 204.419 with the level significance of 0.000 < 0.05 which means that simultaneously job satisfaction (Xâ‚) and compensation (Xâ‚‚) have a negative and significant effect on the turnover rate.

Servant leadership and pemberdayaan impact organizational citizenship behavior in this study. This study covers all perangkat desa in Pace sub-district, Nganjuk district towns. 131 users replied 195 devices. Validity, Reliability, Classical Assumption, Multiple Linear Regression, Partial Correlation, Multiple Correlation, F, and T Tests. Research: (1) Servant leadership and Pemberdayaan significantly affect organizational citizenship behavior, with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and a computed F value of 281.772 > 3.066. where X1 and X2 are separate factors. (2)Servant leadership improves organizational citizenship behavior. 0.004 <0.05 and 2.914 > 1.9787. (3) Empowerment improves organizational citizenship behavior with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and a t count > t table of 1.9787. Researchers advise the village boss to love his officials. The village machinery will help coworkers with work issues and innovate village governance.

This study aims to analyze the application of enterprise resource planning and supply chain management systems from PT Semen Padang in improving company performance. Analyzing the obstacles experienced by PT Semen Padang in implementing the ERP system in its business processes. The research method applied in this study is a qualitative method and Secondary Data Analysis (ADS), namely using and analyzing existing data without having to conduct surveys and interviews. The results obtained from this study are that there is an increase in the performance of the company's supply chain by implementing the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system as evidenced by an increase in the amount of cement production in the following year.

Debt behavior nowadays is a common thing for someone to do, from small children, adults to the elderly, they must have carried out debt and credit activities. People often use debt as an alternative to getting funds when they are pressed or when their finances are inadequate. This study aims to prove the relationship between Financial Literacy, Income, Marital Status, and Lifestyle that influence Debt Behavior. This study uses a quantitative approach using primary data from 99 respondents with a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The sample used in this study is the people of West Java Province with the Accidental Sampling method. The analytical method used to analyze the data is Partial Least Square with the outer model and inner model coefficient tests with the help of Smart PLS software. The results showed that financial literacy and income had an effect on debt behavior while marital status and lifestyle had no effect.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of implementing absenteeism on employee discipline and the performance of family planning extension workers at the P3APPKB Office of Blitar Regency partially, to determine the effect of work discipline on the performance of family planning extension officers at the P3APPKB Office of Blitar Regency and to determine the effect of implementing absenteeism through discipline. Work as an Intervening Variable on the Performance of Family Planning Extension Officers at the P3APPKB Office of Blitar Regency. The population in this study were all employees of the Blitar Regency P3APPKB Office, totaling 79 employees. Based on the calculation of the number of samples using the slovin formula, a sample of 66 respondents was obtained. The data analysis technique used in this research is SmartPLS-SEM. The results of the study show that 1) Absenteeism has an effect on the Discipline of Family Planning Extension Officers at the P3APPKB Office of Blitar Regency; 2) Absence does not affect the performance of Family Planning Extension Officers at the P3APPKB Office of Blitar Regency; 3) Work Discipline has an impact on the Performance of Family Planning Extension Officers at the P3APPKB Office of Blitar Regency; 4) Application of Absence through Work Discipline as an Intervening variable affects the Performance of Family Planning Extension Employees at the P3APPKB Office of Blitar Regency.
