Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of compensation and motivation on the performance of the performance of employees in general Bureau Section BP. Batam, as well as to analyze the most dominant variable affecting performance. This research was conducted with a total population of 53 people. Retrieving data using the census, so that data is taken from the entire population. The variables in this study is divided into two, namely the independent and dependent variables. The independent variables consist of compensation and motivation and the dependent variable is the performance of employees. This research was conducted by examining the validity, reliability of the instrument, the classical assumption and hypothesis testing. The results using the t test showed that compensation and significant positive effect on employee performance and motivation effect is not positive and significant, while for F test showed that together compensation and motivation in a positive and significant impact on employee performance to the value F arithmetic.

Abstract

This  study is based on the probelum, How will Waitrs Quality to the Satisfaction of participants Qur’an Centre Elementary Students in Batam, Purpose of this study was to determine the extent of in fluence of the reliability to the satisfaction of students in elementary Qur’an Centre, to determine the extent of the in fluencere sponsiveness to participantsatis faction students in elementary Qur’an Centre, to determine the extent of the in fluence of participantastis faction guarantee to students in elementary Qur’an Centre, to determine the exent of participantastis faction penaruhys empathy for students in elementary Qur’an Centre, to determine the extent of the effect of evidence physical to the satisfaction of participants in elementary learners Qur,an Centre, and to determine the extent of the in fluence of reliabelty, responsiveness,assurance,empathy,and   physicale evidence toget her to the satisfaction of students in elementary scool participants Qur’an Centre, the method used in this study is aquantitative method to analyze the data required.           Subjec is of this study was 100 students in the elementary Qur’an Centre which consists of students of class I,II and III  the data that 1 useprimary data, question in resandsecondary data, the data is collectedirectly from adminitrasion. Based on the analysis of the results obtained there is a positive and significant effect of the variable reliability of the satiftion variable, there is positive and significan variable responivenss to satisfaction, there is a positive and significan timpacton satisfaction guarantee variable, there are significan positive and significan tphyicale vidence of the satisfaction variable, and there is  positive and  significan timpacttoge the rofall independent variable (reliability, responsiveness ,assurance, empathy and tangilbele) on the dependent variable (satisfaction).

Abstract

This research aims  to  determine  the  influence  of  Promotion  and Service  Quality  on  Consumer  interest  in  the  office  of  the  district  of Tiban  Kampung  Batam  City,  as well as  proving  there  is  or whether  the  relationship  between  these  variabel  as  seen from  the phenomena  that  occur  in  the  presence  of  the  costumer   in  the  office  the  District  of  Tiban  Kampung  Batam  City.The  data  are  collected  with  a  questionnaire  on  87  costumer.  Research  on  data  analysis  using  SPSS  version   20.  Data  collection   technique   in  the  quantitative   research used  is  a  descriptive  analysis  and  analysis  of  inferensial.The  research  resulted  in  that  there  was  a  relationship  very  closely  between  promotion  (X1)  on  the  consumer  interest   (Y),  There  is  a  positive  and  significant    effect  service quality  (X2)  on  the  performance  of  consumer  interest  (Y).  There  is  a  positive  and  significant  effect  simultaneously between  promotion  (X1)  and  service  quality  (X2)  on  the  consumer  interest  (Y) the equation of  Yi  = 0,385  –  X1  (0,007) + X2 (0,796).

Abstract

Base background that is presented, writer concludes its problem formulation which is how liquidity ratio influence ( current ratio) and profitability ratio(  profit margin  ) to financial performance PT. Kalbe Farma Tbk ( Return On Asset ) on year 2005 until 2011.            The purpose of observational it is subject to be know finance performance ( Return On Asset ) on PT. Kalbe Farma Tbk is seen from liquidity ratio ( curent ratio) and profitability ratio (  profit margin  ) on year 2005 until 2011.           In this research, writer use secondary data type. Data source is gotten of Indonesia Stock Exchange ( BEI ) notably on PT. Kalbe Farma Tbk of year 2005 2011 through website www. idx. co. id. Data collecting method is document or studi is acquired bibliography of book literature and also other datas that gets bearing with observational. Observational method by methodics descriptive quantitative which is with get data and information is next at analysis corresponds to fact as numeral as to test hypothesis already being established and for its examination result use SPSS program  (Statistisal Product and service Solution) version 20. Of writer research result take that conclusion current ratio and profit  margin goes together positive ascendant and signifikan to financial performance PT. Kalbe Farma Tbk.

Abstract

Hipotesis 1. Hasil pengujian hipotesis telah membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang negatif antara Gaya kepemimpinan dengan kinerja kerja karyawan. Dengan nilai uji thitung (-1.001) dari ttable ( 1,658 ) dan signifikansi (0.320) dari 0.005 dan ini menunjukan tidak terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja kerja karyawan. Dengan angka yang positif menunjukkan pengaruh tersebut memiliki nilai negatif dan tidak signifikan.Hipotesis 2. Hasil pengujian hipotesis telah membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara komunikasi dengan kinrja kerja karyawan. Dengan nilai uji thitung (3.310) dari ttable ( 1,658 ) dan signifikansi (0.001) dari 0.005 dan ini menunjukan terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja kerja karyawan. Dengan angka yang positif menunjukkan pengaruh tersebut memiliki nilai positif dan signifikan.Hipotesis 3. Hasil pengujian hipotesis telah membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan tidak signifikan antara budaya organisasi dengan kinrja kerja karyawan. Dengan nilai uji thitung ( 1,889 ) dari ttable ( 1,658 ) dan signifikansi ( 0.061 ) dari ( 0,005 ) dan ini menunjukan terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja kerja karyawan. Dengan angka yang positif menunjukkan pengaruh tersebut memiliki nilai positif dan tidak signifikanHipotesis 4. Hasil pengujian hipotesis telah membuktikan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan, komunikasi, dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja kerja karyawan. hasil perhitungan menunjukan bahwa Fhitung adalah ( 153.402 ) dari Ftable ( 1,45 )  dengan signifikan sebesar 0.000 lebih rendah dari 0.005 yang artinya hubungan tersebut signifikan. Maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Artinya terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan variable gaya kepemimpinan, komunikasi, dan budaya organisasi, terhadap kinerja kerja karyawan.

Abstract

Provinsi Kepulauan Riau sebagai salah satu provinsi yang termuda di Indonesia terletak di jalur perlintasan dunia memiliki potensi ekonomi yang sangat besar. Provinsi ini memiliki luas wilayah 251,810,71 km  yang sebagian besar  yakni 95,97 persen atau 241.251,30  km merupakan perairan. Sedangkan daratan hanya 4,21 persen terdiri dari gugusan kepulauan sebanyak 1062 pulau.Sebagai propinsi baru, berbagai permasalahan telah muncul yaitu permasalahan ketimpangan baik ketimpangan demografi, ketimpangan ekonomi dan ketimpangan sosial. Kota Batam sebagai maskot sekaligus juga magnit Kepulauan Riau, mempunyai persoalan jumlah penduduk yang cukup besar yang indikasinya dapat dilihat dari banyaknya rumah bermasalah, tingkat kriminalitas, tingkat pengangguran dan tingkat kesejahteraan sosial yang timpang

Abstract

        The research was conducted PT Leo Utama Motor Batam.The purpose of this study to determine the effect of  work discipline and satisfied to the performance of employees either separately (partial) or jointly (simultaneously).         In this study,the outhors use a sample of  55 employees is taken as a whole from the total population (employees).while this type of data is primary data and secondary data. The primery data source obtained from the questionnaires with employees who are competent in the PT Leo Utama Motor Batam.While the sources of secondary data obtained from PT Leo Utama Motor Batam.Documents obtained from the literature are related and can support as well as useful for this study. Data gathering technique conducted by way of  interviews and questions data analysis was performed with descriptive setatistics, which are used to describe the given picture of the object studied througth a sample or population data obtained in the field associated with the relevant theories and techniques of the quantitative analysis of the data that has been given a score according to the scale of measurement used the likert scale and to test the results using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) version 20.         From the results of the study outhors conclude that the partial Discipline (X1) Has positif and significant impact on performance employees (Y) and satisfied (X2) has positif and significant impact on performance employees (Y) and simultaneously work Discipline and Satisfied have a positif and significant (Strong) against employees (Y)
