Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze and test the influence of work environment and organizational commitment on employee performance with motivation as a mediating variable at the Population and Civil Registration Service of Gresik Regency directly and indirectly. The approach used in this study is a causal approach. The population in this study were all employees of the Population and Civil Registration Service of Gresik Regency. The sample in this study used a saturated sample of 107 from all employees of the Population and Civil Registration Service of Gresik Regency. The data collection technique in this study used documentation, observation, and questionnaire techniques. The data analysis technique in this study used a quantitative approach using statistical analysis with the Outer Model Analysis test, Inner Model Analysis, and Hypothesis Testing. Data processing in this study used the PLS (Partial Least Square) software program. The results of this study prove that 1) the work environment does not affect employee performance, 2) organizational commitment affects employee performance, 3) the work environment affects employee performance, 4) organizational commitment affects employee performance, 5) motivation affects employee performance, 6) the work environment can improve employee performance through motivation, and 7) organizational commitment cannot improve employee performance through motivation.

Abstract

This study uses a quantitative method, with a sample of 167 respondents analyzed through the SmartPLS program. The findings are as follows: (1) work-life balance has a direct effect on employee performance; (2) employee well-being has a direct effect on employee performance; (3) work-life balance has a direct effect on job satisfaction; (4) employee well-being has a direct effect on job satisfaction; (5) job satisfaction has a direct effect on employee performance; (6) job satisfaction is not needed as a mediator, as the direct effect of work-life balance is more dominant than the indirect effect, indicating partial mediation; and (7) job satisfaction is also not needed as a mediator, as the direct effect of employee well-being is more dominant than the indirect effect.

Abstract

This research was carried out with the aim of determining the influence of rewards, organizational commitment to employee performance mediated by industrial relations.This study uses a quantitative method, with a sample of 100 respondents analyzed through the SmartPLS program and produces findings that (1) rewards have a direct effect on employee performance; (2) Organizational commitment has a direct effect on employee performance; (3) Rewards have a direct effect on industrial relations; (4) Organizational commitment has a direct effect on industrial relations; (5) Industrial relations have a direct effect on employee performance and (6) Industrial relations are not needed as mediation, the direct influence of rewards is more dominant than indirect influence, so it is also called partial mediation, while (7) Industrial relations have an influence as mediation, the direct influence of organizational commitment is not dominant, this shows that Industrial Relations Has a Full Mediation Role.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out things that affect Teacher Achievement at the Muhammadiyah Driyorejo Gresik Charity. The study aims to analyze whether Motivation has a direct effect on Teacher Achievement, Work Discipline has a direct effect on Teacher Achievement, Motivation has a direct effect on Organizational Commitment, Work Discipline has a direct effect on Organizational Commitment, Motivation has an indirect effect on Teacher Achievement with Organizational Commitment as a mediating variable, and Work Discipline has an indirect effect on Teacher Achievement with Organizational Commitment as a mediating variable. The research method used in this research is quantitative. The population in this study were all teachers at the Muhammadiyah Driyorejo Gresik Charity, with saturated sampling totaling 110 respondents. Data analysis using Smart-PLS. The results showed that Motivation has a positive and significant influence on Teacher Achievement. Discipline has a positive and significant influence on Teacher Achievement. Motivation has a positive and significant influence on Organizational Commitment. Discipline has a positive and significant influence on Organizational Commitment. Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant influence on Teacher Achievement. Motivation has a positive and significant influence on Teacher Achievement through Organizational Commitment. Based on the value of H1 of 2.838, greater than H6 of 2.040, this indicates a partial mediation effect. Discipline has a positive and significant influence on Teacher Performance through Organizational Commitment. Based on the value of H2 of 2,250, smaller than H7 of 2,504, this indicates a partial mediating effect.

Abstract

Business competition in every company requires companies or organizations to create high-quality employee performance in order to develop the organization.Work motivation is very important because with work motivation, employees will be more enthusiastic in carrying out the tasks given and can improve employee performance. To further clarify the cause of the decline in employee performance, researchers see that there is work motivation that affects the decline in employee performance at PT Indospring Tbk. Indications of decreased motivation can be seen from the fairly high level of employee absenteeism. This study is about the effect of Motivation (X1), Work Environment (X2), and HR Development (X3) on Employee Performance (Y) through Servant Leadership (Z) as a mediating variable at PT Indospring Tbk. Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of determining the influence of organizational culture, work environment and leadership style, on employee performance through work motivation. This study uses a quantitative method, with a saturated sample of 121 respondents analyzed through the SmartPLS program and produces findings that (1) organizational culture has an influence on employee performance; (2) the work environment has no influence on employee performance; (3) leadership style has no influence on employee performance; (4) organizational culture has an influence on work motivation; (5) the work environment has a positive and significant influence on work motivation; (6) leadership style has an influence on work motivation; (7) work motivation has an influence on employee performance; (8) organizational culture has an influence on employee performance through work motivation as a partial mediation; (9) the work environment has an influence on employee performance through work motivation as full mediation, while (10) leadership style has an influence on employee performance through work motivation as full mediation.

Abstract

Enhancing subjective career success is a crucial factor in achieving individual goals and success within organizations. This study aims to examine the influence of career development and perceived organizational support on subjective career success, with career commitment acting as a mediating variable. The population of this study comprises employees of the Standardization and Industrial Services Center (BSPJI) in Padang. A census sampling technique was employed, involving the entire population of 73 employees. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the assistance of SmartPLS software. The findings indicate that perceived organizational support has a positive and significant effect on subjective career success. In contrast, career development, while exhibiting a positive relationship, does not have a statistically significant effect. Furthermore, career commitment is proven to mediate the relationship between perceived organizational support and subjective career success. However, it does not mediate the relationship between career development and subjective career success.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out what affects employee performance at PT Ume Persada Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the effect of Authoritarian Leadership Style on Employee Performance, Employee Training on Employee Performance, Authoritarian Leadership Style on Work Motivation, Employee Training on Work Motivation, Work Motivation on Employee Performance, Authoritarian Leadership Style on Employee Performance through Work Motivation as Mediation, and Employee Training on Employee Performance through Work Motivation as Mediation. The research method used in this research is quantitative research. The population in this study were all employees of PT Ume Persada Indonesia and a saturated sample of 149 respondents. Data analysis using Smart-PLS 4.0. The results showed that Authoritarian Leadership Style (X1) and Employee Training (X2) had a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance (Y). Authoritarian Leadership Style (X1) and Employee Training (X2) have a positive and significant influence on Work Motivation (Z). Work Motivation (Z) has a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance (Y). Authoritarian Leadership Style (X1) and Employee Training (X2) have a significant influence on Employee Performance (Y) through Work Motivation (Z) as mediation. From the research results PT Ume Persada Indonesia needs to combine leadership styles, namely combining authoritarian leadership styles with democratic and transformational leadership styles.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of budget literacy and financial inclusion on the performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Palopo City. This study uses a quantitative approach with an associative method to test the relationship between independent variables (budgeting literacy and financial inclusion) and the dependent variable (MSME performance). Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 99 MSME actors in Palopo City and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 26. The results of the study indicate that financial inclusion has a positive and significant effect on MSME performance, while budget literacy has a positive but insignificant effect. Simultaneously, both variables contribute 61.4% to MSME performance, while the rest is influenced by other factors outside this study. Therefore, increasing access to financial services and more comprehensive financial literacy education are needed to improve MSME performance.

Abstract

Micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the culinary sector, such as chicken noodle stalls, are increasingly developing with the use of digital technology. This study analyzes the business feasibility and digital market competition at Mie Ayam Pak Sabit in Wonogiri. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection through interviews, observations, and financial report analysis. The results of the study indicate that this business is feasible to run based on market, digital marketing, and financial aspects. Marketing strategies through social media and effective financial management provide great opportunities for business expansion. Optimization of digital marketing channels and product diversification are recommended to increase competitiveness in a competitive market.
