Abstract

This research uses a quantitative approach, and the analysis used is simple linear regression. The sampling technique used was Purposive Sampling by selecting respondents with certain considerations, namely: The number of respondents taken in this study were 100 respondents of Bank BCA customers in Tanjung Priok Jakarta Branch. Based on the results of this study, it proves that an R value of R = 0.786 means that there is a positive and strong relationship between Customer Service Services and BCA Customer Satisfaction. This gives an indication that service quality affects Customer Satisfaction Based on the calculation of the Determination Coefficient (KD) the results obtained 61.8% which shows that the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction and the rest 38.2% which is influenced by other factors. Based on the calculation of a simple regression equation the equation Y = 18.532 + 0.560X.

Abstract

The development of this industry is inseparable from the population of Indonesia which continues to grow each year. As the population grows, the volume of demand for consumption products also increases. In addition, food and beverage companies will continue to exist and are most resistant to crisis conditions compared to other sectors. The formulation of the problem in this study is to find out whether working capital turnover, sales growth and liquidity can affect company profitability. And the purpose of this study is to determine the effect of each variable working capital turnover, sales growth and liquidity on the profitability variable. The research data was collected using quantitative methods. The data source used in this study was secondary data sources in the form of corporate financial reporting documents. The population used by researchers was the Consumer Goods Industry Sector Company which was listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2014-2018 period, which obtained 14 companies and using purposive sampling technique. The analysis in this study uses Descriptive Statistics, Panel Data Regression Analysis, Classical Assumption Test and Hypothesis Test with Eviews 10 application.

Abstract

Higher Education is demanded to be able to provide quality graduates and have competitiveness both domestically and abroad. In realizing the implementation of quality education, universities continue to innovate and ensure the continuity of the tri dharma of higher education. This study aims to analyze the improvement of the quality of education at Dehasen University Bengkulu through a financing approach. This researcher uses a qualitative approach and the research method used is descriptive method. The results showed that the management of financing at Dehasen Bengkulu University included planning, implementation, and oversight and accountability. Funding for the implementation of education refers to a predetermined plan. Sources of funding come from students, ministries, foundations, UNIVED and research funds. The average use of funds includes operational funds for the learning process (72%), infrastructure investment (10%), investment in facilities (9%), investment in human resources (6 %), community service funds (1%), and research funds (2%). Some financial performance indicators show that most of the achievements are above the predetermined standards and targets. Financial management is monitored and reported on an ongoing basis. The existence of public trust, the government and agencies as well as the support of the foundation to be a supporter in financing management while the limited achievement of accreditation B can be one of the obstacles in financial management.

Abstract

In this study there are two variables namely X (Work Discipline) and Y (Employee Performance) variable. This research was conducted to determine the Performance of Employees and the effect of Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT.Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) DAOP 1 Jakarta. The method used in this study is a quantitative method of analysis to discuss the identification of the problem of how the Employee Performance of PT.Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) DAOP 1 Jakarta and analysis to discuss the problem identification of how much influence the Work Discipline has on the Employee Performance of PT.Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero ) DAOP 1 Jakarta. The data used are primary data collected through observation, questionnaire methods, interviews, and library methods. To measure the effect of these variables used the validity test, the reliability equation regression test, the coefficient of determination, the validity test and the reliability test with the help of a computer application program SPSS 23.0 Based on the results of data analysis using statistical methods namely the results of the validity test, the reliability test with valid and reliable results , Correlation Coefficient Test Results of 0.843 which means a strong and direct relationship between the independent variable (Work Discipline) with the dependent variable (Employee Performance). From the results of the Regression Analyst, the equation can be obtained, namely: Y = 5,960 + 0,842 X. So Y = Employee Performance, and X = Work Discipline. From the results of the calculation of the regression equation about the effect of Work Discipline on Employee Performance of PT.Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) DAOP 1 Jakarta is having a positive or direct relationship between Work Discipline influencing Employee Performance.

Abstract

To achieve this goal, every organization needs human resources. Human resources and leadership need to be well integrated because these two things can mutually influence employee performance. Good employee performance can achieve the desired organizational or company goals. This is a challenge for the company to produce the best employee performance. In this study, the formulation of the problem that will be assessed is whether there is an influence between the autocratic leadership style and work motivation on employee performance, whether there is an influence between work motivation on employee performance, is there an influence between leadership style and motivation on employee performance at PT Assa Rent on year 2019. This research is a qualitative study, with data collection techniques, interview techniques, observation, literature study, and questionnaires (questionnaire). From this research, the conclusion that the writer can take is that when the leadership style and work motivation are tested jointly, there is a significant influence between the leadership style and work motivation on employee performance at PT Assa Rent. If seen from its dominance, the variable of work motivation is more dominantly affecting employee performance compared to the leadership style variable.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the effect of domino game learning media on students learning achievement of class VIII at SMP N 1 Padang, West Sumatera. The methodology of the research which is used in this research is experimental research. The research population was 256 students. The sampling technique used in the research is cluster random sampling, so that the sample acquired was class VIII-E which consisted of 34 students. The techniques of data collection used are documentation and tests. The techniques of data analysis are normality test, homogeneity test, and hypothesis test. Based on the research finding, there is significant effect of using domino game learning media on students learning achievements of class VIII at SMP N 1 Padang, West Sumatera.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the importance of innovation in e-budgeting applications in providing services to the community as well as how to manage local finance effectively and efficiently so that there is transparency in the management of village funds. The method used is a literature review and research results show that the application of e-budgeting in the management of regional finances is very helpful in creating good and clean government. Electronic budgeting is an online innovation that can provide effective and transparent services. In this paper, we discuss how to manage innovation in a company by using theories from existing literature. This discussion includes an innovation framework, the impact of innovation in human services, the advantages and disadvantages of e-village budgeting. The results of this study are e-village budgeting innovation in government in providing services to the public is a new innovation that has advantages and still has weaknesses, therefore there is a need for improvement in electronic village budgeting innovation services.
