Abstract

The corona virus disease outbreak or more commonly known as Covid-19 is sweeping the world. The Emergency Period for the Spread of the Corona Virus Disease (Covid 19) imposes an online learning from home (BDR) rule that applies to all levels of education which is intended to provide a meaningful learning experience Regarding these rules, West Papua itself has issued a circular letter from the Head of the West Papua Provincial Education Office, Barnabas Dowansiba, which states that all learning activities must be carried out from home. student internet quota, including the unpreparedness of students and lecturers in conducting online learning itself. Therefore, the use of online platforms can vary from campus to campus, all of which lead to the objective of obtaining effective learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study is to find out which online platforms were effective during the Covid-19 pandemic. Sampling using purposive sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that the recommended online platform is a zoom meeting on the grounds that it is easier to use

Abstract

Inclusive education is the fulfillment of the right to education for all people, including children with special needs. In Indonesia, the right to education of children with special needs is guaranteed and protected by the constitution. This paper aims to discuss the challenges of inclusive education in Indonesia. This paper finds that the challenges of inclusive education in Indonesia are socio-cultural issues that include the belief system of society and parents; regulatory issues, technical policies, and operations of inclusive education; as well as a support system. Based on these findings, it is hoped that all stakeholders will have a commitment to accept the presence of children with special needs, conduct socialization, and accelerate regulations on inclusive education in the regions.

Abstract

This study discusses psychological contract breach and specifically focuses on joint moderating roles of political skill of employees to explain the formation of counterproductive work behavior. The mechanism explains by Social Exchange Theory (Blau,1964) and Conservation Resources Theory (Hobfoll,1989). As predicted, we found that psychological contract breach lead to counterproductive work behavior. Moreover, the study indicate that political skill is a moderator and plays a role in social exchange relationship quality for psychological contract breach and counterproductive work behavior. The result showed that high political skill led to the weakest relationship between psychological contract breach and counterproductive work behavior (i,e., CWB-O and CWB-I). This study was conducted by doing a survey on private and public sectors in Indonesia and employed 260 supervisors as samples. Discussion about finding in this study along with theoretical and practical implications are presented completely.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the improvement of learning outcomes squat-style long jump through the Jigsaw cooperative learning model for students who took extracurricular volleyball games at Junior High School 1 Sajoanging, Wajo Regency, South Sulawesi Province. The approach in this research is a quantitative descriptive approach with quasi research type. The implementation of this research is focused on two variables, namely the Jigsaw cooperative learning model and the squat style long jump learning outcomes. This research was conducted at Junior High School 1 Sajoanging, Wajo Regency, South Sulawesi Province. The research subjects were 25 grade VII students. The data collection techniques used were observation, tests and documentation. The data analysis technique used is qualitative and quantitative descriptions. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the learning process using the Jigsaw cooperative learning model has been proven to be effective in improving the learning outcomes of the squat style long jump of students who take extracurricular volleyball games at Junior High School 1 Sajoanging, Wajo Regency, South Sulawesi Province.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was analyzing the effect of Earnings per Share (EPS) and Dividend Per Share (DPS) on Stock Price because of the gap in previous studies. The population in this study were 19 automotive and spare parts industrial companies listed on the Southeast Asian Stock Exchange for the 2014-2018 period. The method used is purposive sampling so that 11 companies that present complete financial reports according to the variables studied and obtained as many as 55 company samples. The analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis, partial test (t test), simultaneous test (F test). The results showed that partially EPS had a significant effect on stock prices while DPS had no significant effect on stock prices. But simultaneously EPS and DPS have a significant influence on the stock prices of the automotive and spare parts subsector companies in Southeast Asia. The company should be able to manage your income properly. For further research can expand the variables and dimensions, examine with the observation period of data is long and the latest as well as using testing methods different stats so that can give research results a more accurate and different.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the direct effect of Work from Home (WFH) and Superiors' Support on Employee Performance. This study also examines and analyzes the indirect effect of Work from Home (WFH) on Employee Performance with Superior Support as a mediating variable. The sample in this study were ASN employees of the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing, Directorate of Highways, PJN 1 West Java, who implemented the Work Form Home policy. The number of respondents who participated in this study were 60 respondents. The method and analysis tool are the Partial Least Square (PLS) - Structural Equation Model (SEM) to test the hypothesis. The results of this study indicate that work from home has a significant effect on superiors' support, work from home has a significant effect on employee performance, superiors' support has no significant effect on employee performance and superiors' support cannot mediate the relationship between work from home and employee performance. Further discussed in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of holding this study was to determine and analyze the influence of the Principal's Visionary Leadership Style, Competence and Work Discipline on Teacher Performance at Muhammadiyah Setiabudi Pamulang. The method used in this research is descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The number of samples used in this study were 100 respondents using saturated sampling technique. The data analysis technique used in this research is validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, and F-test. The results of this study are as follows: Simultaneously the principal's visionary leadership style, competence, and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance at Muhammadiyah Setiabudi Pamulang, this can be proven from the value of Fcount 36.276> Ftable 3.09 with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05, the amount of contribution Principal's visionary leadership style, competence, and work discipline simultaneously on Teacher Performance at Muhammadiyah Setiabudi Pamulang by 53.1%.

Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze the influence of Fundamental Factors and on Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) and its impact on the company's value in the Company LQ-45 period 2014-2017. The data used is secondary data in the form of company financial statements obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). A research sample of 19 companies that met the specified criteria. The data analysis method uses linear regression analysis and path analysis. The results of the data analysis show that ROE affects the Dividend Payout Ratio. DER, NPM, and Inflation have no effect on dividend payout ratios. ROE, NPM, and Inflation have no effect on the Company's Value. Debt to Equity Ratio Dividend Payout Ratio affects the Value of the Company. There is no indirect influence between ROE, DER, NPM, and Inflation on the Company's Value.

Abstract

The purpose of this research to find out the influence recruitment system and motivation for the work productivity of permanent lecturers at the Institute PTIQ Jakarta either partially or simultaneous. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive, while the data collection in this research is a questionnaire with a measurement scale that is the Likert scale. The entire population in the research as respondents totaling 96 lecturers with permanent status. Then it means that the sample technique used is saturated sample technique. The results showed that there was a significant simultaneous effect between recruitment system and motivation for the work productivity of lecturers in the statistical test the value F count > Fttable was 31,105 > 2,700. Contribution of influence between recruitment system variables and motivation influence the lecturer work productivity variables of 40.1% while the remaining 59.9% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent of job satisfaction (Variable X) and performance (Variable Y) at PT Antarmitra Sembada Division of Logistics West Jakarta and to determine the extent of job satisfaction (Variable X) on employee performance (Variable Y) at PT Antarmitra Sembada Division. West Jakarta Logistics. The author's hypothesis test design uses the assumption that Ho is accepted if t <ttable and Ho is rejected if tcount> ttable. The method used by the author is associative, while quantitative data is used to analyze the data. Data management used data validity test, data reliability test, Pearson correlation coefficient analysis, simple linear regression test, determination coefficient analysis and hypothesis testing. The population in writing this thesis is the employees of PT Antarmitra Sembada, West Jakarta Logistics Division, as many as 60 people, and the sample in this paper is a questionnaire. Based on the results of the simple linear regression test, it states that job satisfaction (X), employee performance (Y) will still be formed at 21.7207 and job satisfaction at 0.4482. The correlation coefficient test value of 0.456 has a moderate effect. While the value of the determination coefficient is 20.8%, the data identifies that job satisfaction contributes to the influence of employee performance by 20.8%, the remaining 79.2% is influenced by other factors that the author is not careful about and the value of the results of the hypothesis test, the value of tcount is 4.383> t table 2.00 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. From these results indicate that job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance at PT Antarmitra Sembada, West Jakarta Logistics Division.
