Abstract

In the digital era, online marketing strategies utilizing electronic word of mouth (e-Wom) and influencer marketing are increasingly popular and in high demand. Companies are now starting to use this marketing strategy to promote their products and services, which has a considerable impact. Consumers tend to trust the opinions and recommendations of people they follow on social media. This study aims to determine the effect of electronic word of mouth (eWom) and influencer marketing on purchasing decisions. The method in this research is a quantitative method with a descriptive verification approach. The population in this study were Generation Z women aged 13-25 years in Karawang Regency. The sample used was 100 respondents with the calculation of the Wibisono formula. The sampling technique used a nonprobability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis in this study used a structural equalition model (SEM) using SmartPLS. The results of this study indicate that the electronic word of mouth (eWom) variable has no direct relationship with the purchasing decision variable. Influencer marketing variables on purchasing decision variables show a positive and significant direct relationship.

Abstract

Budget performance evaluation is an assessment process carried out on budget implementation in order to measure the extent to which the performance of the organization or program funded by the budget has been achieved. Budget performance evaluation aims to evaluate the effectiveness, efficiency, and accountability of budget implementation and assess the extent to which the goals and objectives have been set are achieved. One of the variables used to measure Budget Performance Evaluation (EKA) is the efficiency variable where this variable is obtained from measuring budget allocations, budget realization and achievement of detailed outputs. This article aims to find out whether treatment modifications with various scenarios can maintain efficiency values and to analyze the ideal calculation formula for efficiency variables. The research method used in this study is a mixed method where the analysis simulates the data in the efficiency formula by changing the numbers in the output indicator realization, output indicator target, budget allocation and budget realization. From the simulation results, it can be concluded that there are inconsistencies in the results obtained from the efficiency figures produced. The implications of the resulting inaccuracies will affect the value of budget performance to be inaccurate and not following the reality in the field. So that it will have a biased impact when giving intensive or budget reductions on the budget performance of ministries/institutions.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of intention to revisit homestays in Indonesia as a mediator of the interaction between e-service quality, destination image, subjective norms, and intention to revisit. This study uses a cross-sectional approach and quantitative methods. This study collected primary data to be analysed by scanning the barcode provided on the homestay website. To examine the influence of revisit attitude on the relationship between e-service quality, destination image, and subjective norms on revisit intention, 369 foreign and domestic visitors to homestays in Indonesia were recruited as participants. The study found that neither service quality nor destination image significantly influenced attitude. However, subjective standards had a significant influence on attitude. The study revealed that destination image and subjective norms have a favourable and statistically significant influence on intention to visit. In addition, the results of this study indicate that revisit attitude partially mediates the relationship between subjective norms and revisit intention.

Abstract

The aims of this study are: (1) To analyze the spatial distribution of Poverty in Brebes Regency in 2021. (2) To analyze the effect of implementing village funds and other factors (MSMEs) on the poverty rate in Brebes Regency from a spatial aspect in 2021. Locations in This research located in Brebes Regency, Central Java Province. The number of villages observed was 298 villages. This research is a quantitate research using secondary data. The methods used to achieve the objectives of this study are: (1) Moran and LISA analysis (Moran Index and LISA Index) to analyze the spatial pattern of Poverty; (2) weighted spatial regression analysis (GWR) to determine the effect of variables thought to influence Poverty. The results of this research indicated by the Moran Index value of 0.509409 which indicates a positive autocorrelation or clustering (cluster). This value indicates that adjacent villages have relatively the same characteristics. The Lisa test illustrates the spatial pattern of Poverty that is clustered into four poverty criteria, namely 40 villages with high-high criteria, 69 villages with low-low criteria. A total of 6 villages are low-high and 3 are high-low criteria. Based on the results of the GWR analysis, it was also found that all the variables tested, namely spending on village funds and the number of MSMEs in each village, reduced in reducing Pove significantly reduced several villages.

Abstract

The problem of not optimal implementation of cooperation policies between the government and business entities in the provision of infrastructure at the Ministry of National Development Planning/National Development Planning Agency of the Republic of Indonesia shows that actually the policy implementation process is still not in accordance with the policy objectives set out in Presidential Regulation Number 38 of 2015, seen from the pattern of implementation, and still has various weaknesses. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods, namely data collection by interviews, documentation and observation with data analysis, namely data reduction (data reduction), data display (display data), and conclusion drawing/verification (withdrawal of conclusions/verification) with triangulation techniques on the data obtained. The theory used in this study uses the public policy theory of Merilee S. Grindle. Grindle's (1980) model with dimensions: policy content and policy context. The contents of the policy cover (1) interests affected; (2) type of benefits; (3) extent of change envisioned; (4) site of decision making; (5) program implementers; and (6) committed resources. The implementation context includes (1) power, interest, and strategies of the actors involved; (2) institutional and regime characteristics; and (3) compliance and responsiveness. With Grindle's opinion, then the Implementation of PPP Policy in Provision of Infrastructure at the Ministry of National Development Planning/National Development Planning Agency of the Republic of Indonesia will be analyzed according to the content of policy and the context of implementation. The implementation of the Implementation of the Cooperation Policy between the Government and Business Entities in the Provision of Infrastructure at the Ministry of National Development Planning/National Development Planning Agency of the Republic of Indonesia. not yet optimal Researchers create a new model of Government Cooperation Policy with Business Entities in Provision of Infrastructure at the Ministry of National Development Planning/National Development Planning Agency of the Republic of Indonesia Transparency, Regulation, integrated system, Agility (information openness, making laws, digitally integrated system, intelligent leadership).

Abstract

The aim of this paper is to identify the determinants of the duration of unemployment among the educated first job seekers in the Republic of Congo. To achieve this goal, we make use of data which have been constructed from the database of the School-to-Work Transition Survey (SWTS) carried out in Congo in 2015 by Iinternational Labor Organization (ILO) among people who are between 15 and 29 years old. The sample formed for our study is made up of people who have at least a primary educational level, who have been employed at least once in their life and who have stopped study or training before getting their first job. The sample is made up of 1,171 individuals including 565 males and 606 females. Using these data, we perform a descriptive statistical analysis supplemented by an explanatory analysis based on the Poisson regression model. The explanatory variables we choose are: the educational and qualification level, the area of training, gender, age and the type of employment. Our main finding is that the trainig area and level are important factors of the school-to-first-job transition. This transition is shorter for people who have a background in the fields of applied sciences (Production and Process Engineering, Maths and Computer Science, Medicine, Agriculture, Managementbusiness,...). Hence, the point is not only to increase the human capital stock, but also to form a human capital structure that corresponds to the real needs of the economy, so that the duration of the transition between the cessation of studies or training and access to the first job is considerably reduced.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has brought significant changes to consumer behavior and the retail industry. As a result, businesses need to understand the impact of psychological factors on consumer purchasing decisions in the "new normal" era. This study focuses on a specific case study of Salon Deskhabeautylash, a beauty salon in Indonesia. This study aims to investigate the impact of consumer psychology factors on purchasing decisions in the "new normal" era, with age and education level as moderating variables. The research design employed in this study is quantitative research, and the population studied consists of individuals who have visited Salon Deskhabeautylash. A sample of 100 individuals was used in this study, and primary data was collected using a survey method with a questionnaire. The data analysis technique employed was multiple linear regression. Assumption tests, such as normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and linearity test, were performed. Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) was used to test the moderating effect. The results indicate that the motivation, perception, knowledge, and attitude of Salon Deskhabeautylash consumers collectively influence purchasing decisions. Age strengthens the impact of motivation, perception, knowledge, and attitudes of Salon Deskhabeautylash consumers on purchasing decisions. Education level also strengthens the impact of motivation, perception, knowledge, and attitudes of Salon Deskhabeautylash consumers on purchasing decisions.
