Abstract

This article aims to provide an overview of women motivational factors involved in radicalism movements. Understanding the determinants of women's involvement in the radicalism movement is an effort to explain the increasing number of women's involvement in radicalism. The involvement of women in the radicalism movement is not new, but it seems strange because behind this, women are no longer just supporters behind the scenes, but directly in real action. The method used in this article is descriptive qualitative by conducting a literature review on the phenomenon of women's involvement in the radicalism movement. The results of the study show that the profile of radical actors has transcended the gender barrier. There are no specific categories for being targeted by radical groups. The determinants of women's involvement in the radicalism movement are caused by religious factors, group pressure, political factors, and personal reasons.

Abstract

Media literacy such as Google, Facebook, Whatsapp, Twitter, Instagram, and Youtube, is currently growing rapidly in the family environment. The media worked not only as social media but also propaganda media. For the jihadists it is very efficient for propaganda in developing radicalism. This theme will be answered by the Quran, how is the view of the Quran regard to media literacy in the family environment in preventing radicalism. This research is a thematic study, this research puts forward library references (library reseach) in the field of interpretation of the Quran. Therefore, research materials were obtained from the Quran, Hadis, as well as books, articles and other works related to the object of research. The family is the smallest unit of community groups, consisting of father, mother and child. The conclusion of the research is that is in preventing radicalism in the family environment, both mothers, fathers, and all other family components play an important role in preventing radicalism, especially in filtering media usage, as stated in the QS. Luqman / 31: 13-19 and QS. al-‘Alaq / 96: 1-5.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to present how the implementation of multicultural education in Putera Harapan Purwokerto (Pu Hua School) National 3 High School. Where this school has a policy as a place that accommodates students from various backgrounds both ethnic, religious, racial, cultural, and linguistic. This multicultural, multireligion, and multilingual school is very interesting to be used as a model for applying multicultural education in educational institutions and by the plurality of Indonesian society. The results of this study indicate that: 1) The implementation of multicultural education in Putera Harapan Purwokerto (Pu Hua School) 3 National High School has fulfilled the five dimensions of multicultural education concepts including Content Integration, Construction Knowledge, Prejudice Reduction, Equity Paedagogy, and Empowering School Culture and Social Culture: 2) In the agenda of activities compiled and implemented in the National High School 3 Language of Putera Harapan Purwokerto (Pu Hua School) contains multicultural education values ​​consisting of the values ​​of Democracy, Humanism values, and the value of Plularism; 3) In the application stage of multicultural education in the National High School 3 Languages ​​Putera Harapan Purwokerto (Pu Hua School) is included in the implementation of the Transformation approach where at this level students can have a point of view, see concepts, issues, themes, and problems from several perspectives and points of view ethnicity. They can compete, argue with each other, and start daring to see things from a different perspective.

Abstract

The writing of this paper tries to study the learning design of the AlQuran Hadis subjects in an effort to boost the quality of learning. Problems in this paper are still teachers who have not been maximized in learning and have not mastered a variety of learning methods and strategies. Therefore, it is necessary to have a description in designing the learning of the Al-Quran Hadis. The method used is descriptive qualitative. The results of this paper are that in designing the learning of the Al-Quran Hadis the methods used by the teacher must be varied and the efforts that must be made by the teacher to improve the quality of learning need to be improved in learning the wrong al-Quran Hadis by using thematic interpretation methods and the teacher must be able to improve his learning strategy and be able to use the media innovative and attractive.

Abstract

Islam can be accepted by the Indonesian people in a relatively short time, because it is in accordance with the sociological style of diversity that has taken root in Indonesia. The process of Islamization in Indonesia also involves several components, such as traders, clerics, kingdoms, and Islamic educational institutions, which allow for even distribution to various segments of society. Islam is like giving a new alternative to lasting coral feudalism by offering equality of dignity, dignity, and upholding justice. The concept of education which undermines religious and nationalist values ​​is considered important because the reality is often found in the dichotomous separation between them. Whereas Islamic education carries the mission of rahmatalil alamin, in the midst of the current Islamophobia as a religion that is imaged closed and radical. The purpose of this paper is to get the concept of mengani Islamic education system within the framework of nationalism-religious based rahmatan lil alamin. Study by proposing a correlation of arguments and arguments, between the education system and the Qur'anic verses and relevant hadiths. As a result, a religious nationalist-based educational framework has a strong foundation of textual, psychological, historical and sociological Research.

Abstract

This article aims to explain the discourse of hijrah that is rife in society. This phenomenon becomes interesting to discuss because the meaning of hijrah which historically is a historic sacred event of Muslims, is an event to leave Mecca and move to another place. However, if we look at the current context of hijrah that is rife with showing Islamic identity. By using the contextual theory that was initiated by abdullah saeed, this article tries to encounter the meaning behind hijrah that contained in the Qur'an. This article more specifically focuses on Qs. al-Nisa verse 100, by looking at the context at the time of the decline of the verse, sees the interpretation of the hijrah by classical commentators to modern and looks for meaning in the present context which is certainly different from the past. This research shows that there is a shift in meaning from the hijrah in the past where the values ​​of hijrah are shown physically in the form of changes in Muslim identity such as clothing, ways of speaking and so on. Hijra, based on contextual meaning, is changes all dimension in life. Such as, reconciliation, humanism, etc.

Abstract

In fact, every human being is a leader, either for himself or for others. The nature of leadership is closely related to a leader. Leadership is a trait that can influence, move or encourage others to achieve a predetermined goal. The essence of leadership in Islam leads a servant to true servitude to Allah. In Islam, a leader must be an example for his group, such as the Prophet Muhammad saw. The personality of the Prophet Muhammad saw. as a leader is exemplary because of his toughness which is not affected by the circumstances of the surrounding community which are still ignorant. This study aims to analyze the leadership style of the Prophet Muhammad that can be applied today. The data collection technique used reading and note-taking techniques and the data were analyzed using a qualitative descriptive. From the results of this study, it can be explained that the leadership style of the Prophet Muhammad that can be applied today is a democratic attitude. This study concludes that the Prophet Muhammad is a role model for leaders, even today leaders should apply the leadership style of the Prophet Muhammad who is religiously democratic.

Abstract

Abstract: Hadis has undergone several phases in the history, from pre-canonical until today. This paper discussed the development of Hadis in pre-canonical and canonical era through the historical analysis of Muhammad Musthafa Azami. This study aims to obtain the transformation, the conclusion, and the authenticity of the historical development of pre-canonical and canonical in response to the orientalists doubts regarding the Hadis. This research is a library research with the primary data are the work of Muhammad Mustafha Azami. Data were collected by documentation and presented descriptively. The results showed that in the Prophet era, there were still few Muslims who could write properly and correctly, resulting the writing of Hadis was not popular since the Companions has focused on writing the Quran. However, some latest Companion and Tabi’in has begun to write and collect the scattered Hadis sheets slightly. Thus, according to Muhammad Mustafa Azami, the accusations of the orientalists regarding the Hadis as the Muslims’ creations is incorrect and misleading the history.

Abstract

This article discusses the Islamic response, especially qv. An-Nisa / 4: 119 and Al-Bukhari's hadith in the Sahih Al-Bukhari book number Hadith 5943, on plastic surgery as a result of the development of science. This departs from the fact that the development of science influences human lifestyles, one of which is plastic surgery. From here, plastic surgery is one of the modern-contemporary issues that is often done by humans, including Muslims, so it needs attention from religious aspects. This article is a literature study, namely describing as well as analyzing sources related to research, both commentaries, the book of hadith sharia, and other sources. The result of this article is that plastic surgery may be performed if it is needed to treat and repair parts of the human body. Conversely, plastic surgery is forbidden if done only for a moment of pleasure and damage to body parts. From here, there are theological and social aspects in the Islamic proposition for plastic surgery. From the theological aspect, plastic surgery based on momentary pleasure or beauty will be among those who follow the path of Satan so that he is cursed by Allah swt. While from the social aspect, plastic surgery is carried out for the benefit of repairing and treating body parts that are defective, then the act may be carried out.

Abstract

Mastering the structural linguistics of Arabic is the main keys to understand the Quran and Hadith. Sibawaih (147-180 H) is an Islamic thinkers who had a role in build the structural linguistic foundation of Arabic. This research aims to explore Sibawaih's classical structural linguistic thinking and its urgency for the development of Islamic studies. This research is a library research presented descriptively. The primary source is al-Kitab written by Sibawaih, while the secondary data is the other supporting data. The results showed that the nahwu codified by Sibawaih was integration among nahwu, bayan, and literature. Sibawaih used the authoritative method: sima'i and qiyasi in compiling nahwu. When explaining the grammatical structure, Sibawaih has not given the specific terminology in defining. Instead, he has discussed the procedures in placing the word in a sentence in detail. Sibawaih’s efforts have rationalized and completing the Arabic. His effort can be considered as an attempt to form a category of causality.
