Effective means achieving goals, while efficient in the general sense means saving. So, there are two main objectives with the implementation of management in the completion of work, organization, institutions and institutions. If we examine and understand the contents and meaning contained in the verses of the Quran or the Hadith of the Prophet, also contained in the kitab kuning, there will be many teachings are actually the principles and fundamentals of management. In the history of Islam the first period we know that among the companions of the Prophet there was a person who lay the foundation of the administration of Islamic government, namely Caliph Umar Ibn Khattab. He is considered a genius in laying the foundation of Islamic government. During the Islamic government was an efficient government. Islam views management as a tool that can be used to implement what is in the Koran and Hadith, it is not surprising that management is used as a scientific discipline to approach Islamic studies. The approach then produces a very extraordinary finding, management turns out to be able to provide answers that are both theoretical and practical.

Abstract

Islam is a complete and perfect religion that gives mercy from the texts in the Qur'an and the Hadith. Grace in Islam applies to men and women. Islam carries a message that elevates the degree of women to be equal to men in society. There are verses of the Qur’an and also the hadith that explain the position of women and men. This research aims to determine the study of the traditions and attitudes of women leadership traditions and the application of the Qiro'ah mubadalah method to women's leadership. This research includes library research with Qiroah Mubadalah method. Research results include; the hadiths on women's leadership are included in the category of authentic hadith based on the study of sanad and matan and the hadiths of female leadership relate to certain socio-political contexts. Women's leadership traditions include casuistic hadiths. Women in the context of the hadith do not have the capacity to be leaders. Women who have the capacity of leaders are women who have a responsible attitude, serve, provide kindness, and prosper the community. Then women can be made leaders. The moral idea of the hadith is responsibility as a leader.

Abstract

A Hadith states that Muslims will disunity into 73 groups. When the Prophet was still alive all the problems of the Ummah could be returned to him, so there was no disunity. But after he died, many problems surfaced. The event of tahkim (arbitration) as an attempt to resolve the Shiffin war, instead gave rise to three major groups, namely the Shi’ite, Khawarij and Muawwiyah. The last group is often referred to as the ahlus Sunni. These events are often used as legal points, for the emergence of various religious groups in Islam today. The writing of this study uses the study literature method. As for the results of this study concluded, that: a) The Hadith concerning "The disunity of the people into 73 groups", included the famous Hadith (popular), the Hadith that has been widely delivered by many figures and the general public also knows it; b) The narrators on each path or sanad traversed by the mukharrij al Hadith, on thobaqat tabi'in namely Abi Salamah with a friend named Abu Hurairah unknown meeting, so the position of this Hadith is not up to the degree of saheeh, because it is not continued (ghoiru muttasil). Based on the Quran, Hadith, or ushul analysis, the Hadith about the disunity of Muslims into 73 groups, it is better not to be used as the main material in lectures and or sermons, because it brings more damage than the benefit.

Abstract

This paper tried to explore the sociological approach in the study of Hadith about polygamy. The discourse regarding the practice of polygamy until now continued to give rise to controversy among the people. The pros and cons of the issue of polygamy have been widely discussed both in literature and social media. In the marriage law in Indonesia which allows polygamy with a number of conditions, it should lead to a reduction in the practice of polygamy. However, the lack of legal firmness and sanctions on some of these conditions makes the community not fully comply with the terms and conditions in force. The author tried to critically review the traditions about polygamy which on the one hand allows and on the other hand also prohibits polygamy. With hermeneutics and social approaches both the pros and cons of polygamy, what will be seen is no longer about the issue of whether or not polygamy is possible, but rather looking for maqashid or moral ideals from the practice of polygamy which will see the implications at this time.

Abstract

The concept of wealth in the perspective of ‘ilm faraid has been explained in detail to understand the people regarding the concept of Islamic inheritance. However, in practice, several people divide the inheritance before the heir died. They believe that the assets given by parents, before they died or already died can be categorized as inheritance, not gifts. The purpose of this study is to determine the status of the assets in the Islamic inheritance distribution system. This research is a library research with descriptive-comparative analysis method between fiqh and Islamic Law Compilation (KHI) related to the position of grants in the Islamic inheritance law. The results showed that the grant from parents to their children could not be considered as inheritance when considering the concept of Islamic inheritance and its elements. It is more precisely known as hibah. Even so, a gift from parents can be said to be an inheritance if it refers to the clause in KHI article 211. So it can be said that the inheritance distribution system using the grant channel is legal.
