Abstract

Kinerja karyawan merupakan salah satu faktor yang dapat menentukan baik buruknya jalannya sebuah perusahaan. Sebuah perusahaan pada umumnya memiliki karyawan yang menempati sejumlah posisi ataupun jabatan, baik itu di level staf ataupun kepala bagian. Promosi jabatan sebagai salah satu fungsi dari kegiatan manajemen sumber daya manusia memiliki peranan yang sangat penting bagi peningkatan produktivitas karyawan. Mempromosikan karyawan membutuhkan pertimbangan yang matang, terutama untuk jabatan menengah keatas. Untuk mendapatkan promosi jabatan disebuah perusahaan, tentulah ada proses penyeleksian karyawan yang telah memenuhi kriteria dan persyaratan. Perusahaan xyz masih menggunakan cara manual dalam proses pemilihan karyawan yang memenuhi syarat untuk mendapatkan promosi jabatan. Fuzzy C-Means (FCM) adalah salah satu metode pengelompokan yang paling sering digunakan. Namun FCM memiliki beberapa kelemahan seperti jumlah cluster yang akan ditetapkan sebelumnya dan matriks partisi menjadi acak dimulai yang membuat hasil pengelompokan menjadi tidak konsisten. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dapat membantu memecahkan masalah menjadi sebuah struktur hirarki yang terdiri dari tujuan kriteria dan sub-kriteria. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkombinasikan kedua metode tersebut dalam pemilihan promosi jabatan dan mengimplementasikan metode tersebut kedalam sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan berbasis web. Abstract

Sistem penunjang keputusan untuk menentukan kelayakan produksi selanjutnya pada sebuah toko prabot yang diteliti menggunakan metode SPK Benefit Cost Ration, sistem penunjang keputusan ini dibuat menggunakan pemograman berbasih web dan perancangan sistem ini menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP dan MySQL, penarikan kesimpulan dalam sistem penunjang keputusan ini menggunakan metode BCR (Benefit Cost Ration). Metode BCR ini dapat menentukan ketidak layakan pada produksi yang akan direncanakan kedepannya. Program sistem penunjangan keputusan ini akan memberikan simulasi hasil BCR yang akan diproses, hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa metode Benefit Cost Ration dapat digunakan untuk menentukan produksi selanjutnya karna mampu memberikan hasil penentuan produksi yang selama ini tidak menggunakan metode untuk melanjutkan produksi di Toko berdasarkan produksi yang terjual sebelumnya. ABSTRACT From the results of the study the authors concluded that partially count (X1) has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, with a t value of 9.641 with a significant level of 0.000. Customer deliverd value (X2) has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction with a t value of 12.281 with a significant level of 0.000. Brand image (X4) has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction with a t value of 2.226 with a significant level of 0.029. Consumer behavior (X5) has a positive and insignificant effect on customer satisfaction with a t value of 8.645 with a significant level of 0.000. Judging from the simultaneous or joint test that knowing the effect of technology use (X1), customer delivered value (X2), service features (X3), brand image (X4), and consumer behavior (X5) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Consumer satisfaction variable (Y) with a value that f counted at 496.822 and significant with a significant value of 0.000. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran pemanfaatan smartphone dalam menerapkan marketing 4.0 berdasarkan teori difusi inovasi. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa dengan mengadopsi marketing 4.0 Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah Rumah Bordir Minang memasarkan produk-produk sulaman dengan inovasi baru seperti menambah jenis produk sulaman, memasarkannya dengan cara online dan offline seperti bergabung dengan forum jual beli di market place, inovasi lain seperti live facebook, live instagram dan tik tok serta dengan offline seperti membuat pamflet, dikarenakan pandemi jadi untuk pameran dan bazar belum bisa dilaksanakan. Penelitian ini berjenis kualitatif dengan menggabungkan metode wawancara terstruktur, wawancara mendalam dan observasi terhadap UMKM Rumah Bordir Minang yang berada di Kota Bukittinggi. Dengan adanya smartphone UMKM Rumah Bordir Minang merasakan manfaat yang sangat besar dibanding dengan cara konvensional, karena dapat mengurangi jumlah biaya dan waktu yang dikeluarkan dalam proses penjualan produk sulaman serta memperluas pangsa pasar dan meningkatkan omset penjualan.

Abstract

Basketball is a sport that is widely known throughout the world, which was introduced on December 15, 1891 which has continued until now and the existence of the National Basketball Association (NBA) is an association that raises the name of basketball around the world. This trickshot is a basketball movement that is quite difficult to do in terms of style and how to do it because this movement really requires more practice and skill in basketball games but for learning tools in the form of 3d animation videos, there is no such thing. This research produces a short and clear 3-dimensional animation video with a duration of 2 minutes and 3 seconds using the MDLC (Multimedia Development Life Cycle) method which will be implemented on social media such as YouTube and with this animated video, it is hoped that basketball players can add knowledge and insight on how to do the basketball trick shot technique.

Abstract

Wedding organizer is one of the services that have a function to help the bride-to-be in preparing the planning and implementation of a series of wedding party events in accordance with the concept, schedule, and budget that has been set. Sanggar Kemanten wedding organizer rental information system is created by utilizing web-based information technology, with the aim of expanding the promotion area and simplifying the booking process. Wedding organizer rental information systems use PHP and MySQL programming languages, methods used on these systems using waterfall methods. Information system wedding organizer Sanggar Kemanten is very helpful for brides-to-be who do not want to bother with their wedding planning problems. With the development of technology today wedding organizer Sanggar Kemanten has started to move from manual process to online process that is information system wedding organizer that lined web.

Abstract

In the present technology is developing very quickly, technology is very helpful for human work, from the ease of transacting, getting information, and so on. In this digital age, sports are very important activities, sports are very fun activities for most people, such as Futsal. It's just that to play futsal requires a special field, while to play on the futsal field, in some places futsal is required to make a booking because of the tight schedule, and the problem is when the customer comes to the location with a considerable distance and it turns out that the futsal place is full booked it is an unpleasant thing for the customers. Here we try to solve the problem by creating an online booking application futsal field via the web, which certainly helps customers to make reservations and scheduling the field regularly and surely. This research aims to explain and describe the booking applications in Futsal 4D by building the results of the booking application design using PHP & MySQL programming grammar. The benefit of this research is to provide a positive outlook for Futsal 4D customers regarding easy, effective, and efficient booking applications and Futsal 4D customers feel more helped by this application.

Abstract

In the garment industry, Quality Control Laboratory is one of the main elements in carrying out industrial processes. The purpose of the quality control laboratory is so that there is no second quality in goods so that they can be controlled, get quality values, selected so that consumers feel satisfied and the company does not suffer losses. In the process of selecting fabrics in this laboratory department, research is needed so that the process can be completed quickly and accurately. However, there are problems that occur in the process. Sometimes the quality control department of this department still finds it difficult to determine the priority of the influential fabric workmanship standards to be produced in accordance with the buyer's standards. Therefore, this research requires a decision support system by choosing the Simple Additive Weight method. This method can make it easier for laboratory department workers to choose which process should take precedence. Determination of the selection of fabric work is determined by the existence of alternative options based on criteria from the data of the fabric model to be made for the selection of fabric work. The results of this study were able to determine a value from the weight of each criterion and an assessment to find the weight of each criterion and then rank and obtain alternatives. Abstract

Saldas Jakarta Meat Shop is a business that is engaged in selling frozen meat and frozen food consisting of beef, mutton, chicken, fish, and frozen processed products with well-known brands. Saldas Jakarta Meat Shop has problems in the sales process that only relies on offline transactions. Then the recording of product purchase orders, product sales reports, product stock reports, to income reports are still done manually, which results in report documentation not being properly structured so that business owners and employees experience difficulties during the process of finding the required data. The information system for selling frozen meat and frozen food is expected to help overcome these problems with the aim of increasing effectiveness and efficiency in managing business operations. Seeing the situation and conditions in the Saldas Meat Shop business in Jakarta, business process analysis and system analysis were carried out using the SWOT method and system development using the Waterfall method.
