The research conducted was motivated by retention activities in the hospital dr. M.Salamun where the activity is still used manually by way of officers sorting one by one medical records files that will be destroyed. The retention process that is done affects the performance of the officers because it requires energy and a long time. This research aims to create a retention information system so that it will greatly help medical records officers in processing medical records that will be destroyed and make retention reports. This research uses qualitative methods with descriptive approaches and for development methods used, namely waterfall methods with stages of system needs analysis, design, code, testing and maintenance. Observations, interviews and literature studies are conducted to collect data. For the software design stage starting from the flowmap creation stage, Data Flow Diagram level 0, Entity Relationship Diagram. Visual basic.Net is the programming language used while for databases using Microsoft access. The results of the research conducted showed that the retention information system created can make it easier for medical record personnel to sort out active and inactive medical records. This information system is also becoming more well integrated and effective and efficient.

Abstrak Kegiatan promosi saat ini sangat penting untuk memperkenalkan suatu produk atau jasa guna meningkatkan daya tarik masyarakat luas. Kerajinan Batu Alam di Desa Balad sebelumnya hanya menggunakan media lisan dan tulisan yang masih sederhana, serta menggunakan beberapa media seperti contoh plang atau papan nama. Sehingga media promosinya dirasa belum tepat, informasinya masih kurang lengkap dalam menginformasikan kerajinan Batu Alam di Desa Balad. Permasalahan saat ini membutuhkan perancangan media video promosi dengan informasi yang lebih lengkap, update dan menarik. Maka diperlukan adanya promosi melalui pembuatan video promosi tentang kerjinan Batu Alam di Desa Balad, sehingga dapat meningkatkan daya tarik pembeli dan dapat dikenal masyarakat luas. Metode penelitiannya yaitu dengan menggunakan pengumpulan data seperti jenis Batu, tipe, ukuran, motif atau corak dan lain sebagainya. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa media video promosi Kerajinan Batu Alam di Desa Balad yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan jumlah pembeli atau konsumen perluasan promosi. Introduction: The government has the responsibility of determining national education quality policies and standards and has a role to evaluate the implementation of education in the framework of national education quality control. One way to evaluate the standards of primary and secondary education nationally is the results of the achievement of the National Examination (UN). The quality of students in learning in schools has a lot of diversity this makes students have different levels of understanding this can be seen from the variety of school test scores obtained, this needs to be a concern for the school, especially teachers. One of them is by forming an effective study group so that every student has the opportunity to excel. To find out how to cluster the quality of Astanajapura State High School education based on the results of school test scores. Method: Research conducted using machine learning with K-Means algorithm with sample datasets or secondary data from State High School 1 Astanajapura Class XII which will be used as the material of this study. Method: Research conducted using machine learning with K-Means algorithm with sample datasets or secondary data from State High School 1 Astanajapura Class XII which will be used as the material of this study. Results: The results in this study get a cluster of students, namely students are very prestigious, prestigious and less prestigious. The clustering obtained in this study k = 4 is that there are 145 students categorized into cluster 0 with a DBi value of 0.763. The evaluation results of the K-Means algorithm resulted in a cluster with excellent and good grades, the results of this study can be used as a guideline for teaching teachers in decision making on the formation of student learning groups in Class XII. Abstract Inventory problems not only occur in companies engaged in manufacturing, but the problem also occurs in companies engaged in retail. Inventory problems also occur at PT. Terang Abadi. The inventory system used at this company mostly still uses intuition, estimation, and habits. As a result, predicting inventory becomes very risky when using the simple inventory model. Without a good inventory management, the company will be faced with the risk of being unable to meet customer demand so that inventory analysis needs to be done so that the company does not experience losses. One method that can be used is the monte carlo method. The data taken is inventory data for the last 3 years, namely 2019 to 2021. This data is simulated by programming PHP as a data implementation system. Simulation results from this study obtained an accuracy rate of 90% for simulations in 2019 and 97% for simulations in 2020. By getting greater accuracy, this method is feasible to use and apply to predict the availability of goods in the future. Keywords: Simulation, Monte Carlo, Prediction, Inventory

Employee performance is one of the main factors to determine whether the company is progressing or not. In an organization or agency can not be separated from the role of human resources, therefore assessment in performance is needed to measure the work of employees. Therefore the organization needs to conduct an assessment of each employee. Printing Company Subur Jaya in assessing employee performance still uses a subjective method with the assessment carried out directly by the company leader without any calculations. Decision Support System there is a solution for making decisions. There are many Decision Support System methods, but the researcher uses the AHP and MAUT methods to solve the problem. The AHP method is used for weighting each criterion and the MAUT method is used to generate alternative rankings. There are 30 alternative data used and 5 criteria such as: Performance, Honesty, Cooperation, Discipline, Age. The results obtained from this study are that the top 10 alternative data are stated to be good in performance and the bottom 10 data are declared to be poor with a test accuracy of 100%.

ABSTRACT COVID-19 is a contagious disease characterized by respiratory symptoms. This virus has a higher rate of spread or transmission than the previous variant of the virus. The mapping of the area of COVID-19 spread carried out by the government has not been optimally adhered to by the community. High community activity (mobility) is one of the causes of the spread of COVID-19. People are still traveling (mobility) in areas of high COVID-19 spread. The public needs a lot of additional information about mapping the spread of COVID-19. The grouping method uses the Self-Organizing Map algorithm. The dataset used is the latest data that includes the number of closecontact_total (direct interaction), suspect_total (total covid symptoms), probable_total (suspected exposure), confirmation_total (confirmed covid-19) in West Java. Furthermore, the results of the grouping are evaluated. Evaluation in the form of internal evaluation using davies-bouldin indeks. The expected result is mapping of kab / city in West Java based on the latest Covid data with a DBI value of 1.04768 at k = 6 Keywords: Self-Organizing Map, Davies Bouldin Indeks, Covid-19 West Java

The Nitro Institute of Business and Finance has made various efforts to produce quality graduates who can compete in the world of work, including carrying out tracer studies to map the needs of the world of work with the competencies taught. However, in its implementation, the tracer study is not effective and has many obstacles because it is still carried out manually and is very simple. One of the efforts made to optimize and overcome these obstacles is to develop a website-based system that is able to support the process of distributing and filling out questionnaires, storing data, and facilitating reporting. Agile Development Methods with the Extreme Programming framework are used in the development of the tracer study system at the Nitro Business and Finance Institute because it is adaptive and responsive to changes, and the development process only takes a relatively short time without compromising the quality of the system. Based on the stages of system development using Agile Development Methods with the Extreme Programming framework, there have been three iterations of the development phase. The first iteration produces an initial prototype according to user requirements; the second iteration produces an advanced prototype with the addition of several user requirements; and the third iteration produces a system that is ready for release and has met all user requirements. Information system is a group of components that have a relationship in achieving a goal. Information system development has various methods. The methods commonly used in the development of information systems are structured methods and object-oriented methods. It is not yet known how many information systems have been developed by these methods. The purpose of this research is to identify information system development methods in Indonesia with data obtained from related articles throughout 2021 about information systems. This research uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. The SLR method is useful for identifying the development of information systems in Indonesia with certain relevant questions, using this method, a systematic review and identification of journal articles can be carried out with each process following predetermined stages. The results of this study, the structured method is the dominant method used in completing the development of information systems

PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk. The Palikanci branch is a toll gate support company, but computer Inventory Data Collection which includes servers and is still considered manual data collection so that it consumes a lot of paper and is very vulnerable to being lost and takes a lot of time to collect lost or torn data. To emphasize and learn in understanding the problems as described, the formulation of the problem that researchers can explain is to design a computerized information system for data collection of Jasa Marga's server inventory, create a database for data collection of server inventory items for managers to carry out their work. The purpose of the research is to find out, develop and create an ongoing asset collection application system into the PHP and HTML programming language using the MySQL database. So that researchers can draw conclusions in processing inventory data collection server by implementing applications that have been designed and built in a systematic and structured manner, so that the level of damage in the process of carrying out data collection for seafarers can be resolved.
