Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work-life balance on employee retention with job satisfaction as a mediating variable at PT Trans Dana Profitri. The background of this study is the phenomenon of increasing employee turnover in recent years, indicating a serious challenge in retaining the workforce. Work-life balance is considered an important factor that can increase employee loyalty, however, the results of previous studies still show different findings, so job satisfaction is included as a mediating variable to explain the relationship more comprehensively. The study used a quantitative approach with a survey method and an explanatory design. The research sample of 125 respondents was determined using the Slovin formula from a total population of 182 employees. The data collection instrument was a questionnaire with a five-point Likert scale, which covered the dimensions of work-life balance, job satisfaction, and employee retention. Data were analyzed using path analysis with partial and simultaneous tests, as well as the Sobel test to examine the mediating role. The results showed that work-life balance had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and retention. Job satisfaction also had a significant effect on retention and was proven to partially mediate the relationship between work-life balance and retention. This research confirms that effective retention strategies need to combine work-life balance policies with efforts to increase job satisfaction through career development, task variety, and organizational support.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh strategi pemasaran yang terdiri dari Harga, Promosi, dan Variasi Produk terhadap Minat Beli konsumen pada CV. Faisal Putra di Kabupaten Karawang. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain survei, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner skala Likert, observasi, dan studi pustaka. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 100 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik accidental sampling karena keterbatasan sampling frame. Data dianalisis melalui prosedur editing, coding, dan scoring, kemudian diuji menggunakan analisis regresi dengan bantuan SPSS/SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara deskriptif konsumen memberikan penilaian positif terhadap seluruh variabel, dengan rata-rata tertinggi pada Promosi. Namun secara verifikatif, Harga, Promosi, dan Variasi Produk tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Minat Beli (p > 0,05) dan nilai Adjusted R² negatif (–0,031), yang mengindikasikan bahwa minat beli dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar model, seperti kualitas dan kesegaran ikan, jaminan kehalalan, rekomendasi mulut ke mulut, lokasi, serta kepercayaan pada penjual. Temuan ini juga menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan belum mampu menciptakan minat beli yang stabil, terlihat dari dominasi penjualan pada satu jenis produk dan fluktuasi permintaan. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi agar perusahaan memperkuat aspek kualitas produk, sertifikasi halal, pelayanan konsumen, serta diferensiasi produk untuk meningkatkan minat beli secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study highlights the growing need for student financial competence amid rapid financial technology development and increasingly complex income management. It examines how financial literacy, financial technology, and income levels influence the financial behavior of students at the Satya Dharma College of Economics. Using a quantitative approach with SEM-PLS, the study involved 83 respondents selected from 498 active students through stratified random sampling and analyzed using SmartPLS. The findings reveal that all three variables—financial literacy, financial technology, and income—positively and significantly affect financial behavior. An R-square value of 0.990 shows that these variables explain 99% of the variation in financial behavior. The results underscore the need to strengthen financial literacy, promote prudent use of financial technology, and improve income management to foster healthier financial habits. This research supports the development of campus financial education programs and provides insights for policymakers to enhance youth financial literacy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis karakteristik dewan direksi dan tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan terhadap kinerja keuangan dengan moderasi ukuran bank pada perbankan Indonesia. Variabel tata kelola yang dianalisis mencakup ukuran dewan, dewan independen, keberagaman gender, dan tanggung jawab sosial, serta variabel kinerja keuangan yaitu tingkat pengembalian aset (ROA), yang diukur dengan total pendapatan bersih dibagi total aset dan dan tingkat pengembalian ekuitas (ROE) total pendapatan bersih dibagi total ekuitas. Data sekunder diperoleh dari laporan keuangan dan tahunan perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di OJK periode 2019–2024. Sampel diperoleh dengan metode purposive sampling sebanyak 35 perusahaan, dengan total 150 observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tanggung jawab sosial, keberagaman gender memiliki pengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap ROA dan ROE. Sebaliknya, ukuran dewan, dewan independen dan tingkat pendidikan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan. Untuk variabel tanggung jawab sosial dan keberagaman gender yang dimoderasi oleh ukuran bank berpengaruh terhadap ROA dan ROE. Penelitian ini menyarankan manajemen bank untuk meningkatkan alokasi anggaran pada aktivitas tanggung jawab sosial guna meningkatkan profitabilitas, mengarahkan program CSR pada aktivitas yang mendukung keberlanjutan bisnis, mengembangkan budaya kerja yang inklusif dan kolaboratif. Sebaliknya, saat ekonomi melemah, strategi konservatif seperti pengetatan kredit dan efisiensi biaya lebih relevan menjaga profitabilitas. Temuan ini juga memberikan gambaran kepada investor mengenai strategi bank dalam merespons perubahan kondisi ekonomi.

Abstract

Pentingnya awareness fungsional menjadi tahap penting dalam proses pengambilan keputusan adopsi teknologi oleh lembaga pendidikan. Konsep strategi B2B, diferensiasi produk, dan tahapan brand awareness digunakan sebagai landasan teoritis untuk menguji upaya perusahaan dan respon pelanggan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode wawancara mendalam terhadap Account Manager PT Telkom Witel Yogyakarta sebagai pihak penyedia produk digital pendidikan dan perwakilan dari enam sekolah sebagai pihak pelanggan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran B2B Telkom didominasi oleh pendekatan formal Top-Down (melibatkan Dinas Pendidikan) untuk legitimasi dan didukung strategi berbasis pengalaman (trial dan pilot project) untuk membangun awareness fungsional. Diferensiasi produk Pijar Telkom (didukung infrastruktur data center Telkom, harga per sekolah, dan service center 24 jam) menjadi keunggulan kompetitif. Namun, efektivitas strategi ini dalam mencapai adopsi penuh masih terhambat oleh tingkat awareness yang tidak merata, keterbatasan anggaran dan infrastruktur sekolah, serta adanya kepuasan pelanggan terhadap platform pesaing yang telah digunakan. Proses keputusan adopsi di sekolah bersifat kolektif, hierarkis, dan sangat sensitif terhadap jaminan dukungan teknis serta layanan after-sale berkelanjutan dari vendor. Secara keseluruhan, strategi B2B Telkom efektif dalam menciptakan kesadaran awal (Brand Recognition), tetapi perlu memperkuat relationship marketing dan pendampingan pasca-sosialisasi untuk mengatasi hambatan internal pelanggan dan mengkonversi awareness menjadi adopsi penuh.

Abstract

Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengverifikasi pengaruh Peluang Usaha (X1) dan Lingkungan Usaha (X2) terhadap Strategi Keberhasilan Wirausaha (Y) pada Digital Influencer TikTok di Indonesia. Metodologi: Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Populasi penelitian adalah Digital Influencer TikTok di Indonesia yang telah memiliki atau mempromosikan usaha sendiri dengan minimal 1.000 follower. Sampel sebanyak responden diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner online dan dianalisis menggunakan Software SPSS versi 26 dengan teknik analisis statistik deskriptif, uji kualitas instrumen, dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil: Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa variabel Peluang Usaha dan Lingkungan Usaha berada pada kategori tinggi, sedangkan Strategi Keberhasilan Wirausaha berada pada kategori sedang. Hasil uji regresi linier berganda membuktikan bahwa baik Peluang Usaha maupun Lingkungan Usaha secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Strategi Keberhasilan Wirausaha Digital Influencer TikTok. Koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,186 menunjukkan bahwa 18,6% variasi strategi keberhasilan dapat dijelaskan oleh kedua variabel independen tersebut. Keterbaruan: Penelitian ini mengisi celah akademik dengan secara spesifik memfokuskan analisis pada wirausaha yang digerakkan oleh influencer TikTok, sebuah fenomena yang masif namun belum banyak diteliti secara ilmiah dari perspektif kewirausahaan digital yang holistik. Temuan ini memberikan peta jalan yang praktis bagi pelaku usaha digital untuk mengoptimalkan strategi mereka dalam meraih kesuksesan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Exchange rate volatility continues to be a critical factor affecting financial performance, particularly within emerging markets. This systematic review of the literature synthesizes 41 peer-reviewed open-access studies published from 2011 to 2025, examining the connection between exchange rate fluctuations and financial outcomes at the firm-level or sectoral scales. The findings show that most studies identify a negative impact of exchange rate volatility on profitability, stock returns, and financial stability. However, the size and direction of this relationship depend on factors like firm size, export intensity, macroeconomic variables, and institutional quality. Five major thematic areas are identified in the review: directionality of effects, sectoral heterogeneity, macro-institutional moderators, methodological innovation, and regional distribution. The literature demonstrates a methodological shift toward hybrid econometric-machine learning models. These include GARCH-MIDAS, LSTM, and Transformer architectures. This review proposes a conceptual framework. It also outlines future research agenda emphasizing comparative regional analysis, sectoral deep dives, and policy transmission mechanisms. This study contributes to the literature through offering structured synthesis and strategic roadmap. It targets researchers and policy designers focused on financial risk management in volatile currency environments.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the dynamics of broken home families by focusing on communication barriers, the determinants that lead to family disintegration, and their impacts on children’s psychological and social development. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews with individuals who directly experienced the challenges of living in a non-intact family. The findings reveal that communication breakdowns, such as limited emotional dialogue, aggressive interaction patterns, and inadequate channels for expressing needs, serve as initial triggers for prolonged conflicts that eventually result in family separation. Additional determinants include economic pressures, role disharmony, and ineffective conflict resolution. The impacts on children appear in the form of heightened anxiety, reduced self-esteem, altered social behavior, and difficulties establishing secure interpersonal relationships. These findings highlight the importance of healthy family communication and early psychosocial intervention in preventing and mitigating the long-term consequences of broken home situations on children's development.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan word of mouth (WOM) terhadap citra merek serta keputusan memilih sekolah, baik secara langsung maupun melalui peran mediasi citra merek. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap citra merek sekolah, yang mencerminkan bahwa pelayanan berkualitas mampu membentuk persepsi positif di mata orang tua. Selain itu, WOM terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap citra merek melalui reputasi positif, pengalaman baik, dan rekomendasi dari pihak lain. Temuan lain menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan dan WOM secara signifikan memengaruhi keputusan memilih sekolah, karena orang tua sangat mempertimbangkan fasilitas, tenaga pendidik, proses pembelajaran, serta rekomendasi dari lingkungan sosial mereka. Citra merek juga terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan memilih sekolah, mengingat citra positif dapat membangun persepsi kepercayaan dan ikatan emosional calon siswa maupun orang tua. Lebih lanjut, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa citra merek mampu memediasi secara signifikan pengaruh kualitas layanan dan WOM terhadap keputusan memilih sekolah. Mediasi ini menunjukkan bahwa citra merek yang kuat dan positif memperkuat keyakinan orang tua dalam memilih sekolah yang dianggap mampu memenuhi kebutuhan dan harapan mereka.

Abstract

This study systematically maps the development of research on fraudulent financial statements and identifies future research directions through a combined systematic literature review and bibliometric analysis. Using the Scopus database, 432 documents published between 1999 and November 16, 2025 were initially identified, and after applying predefined inclusion and exclusion criteria, 88 journal articles were retained for in-depth analysis. Bibliometric techniques supported by VOSviewer were employed to examine publication trends, country and institutional contributions, core journals, influential authors, and frequently co-occurring keywords, thereby revealing the intellectual structure of this research domain. The findings show that scholarly attention to fraudulent financial statements has grown significantly in the last decade, with Indonesia emerging as the most productive country, followed by the United States and several other developed and emerging economies. Conceptually, the literature converges on four main indicator groups—financial ratios, corporate governance mechanisms, behavioral indicators, and technological developments—while commonly used proxies include profitability, leverage, growth measures, audit and governance characteristics, executive behavior, and industry factors. This review highlights that research remains concentrated in developing countries and calls for broader evidence from developed markets, stronger integration of advanced analytics such as artificial intelligence and natural language processing, and more interdisciplinary approaches that link accounting, criminology, and behavioral perspectives. The study provides an evidence-based agenda for future research and offers practical insights for auditors, regulators, and corporate decision-makers seeking to enhance the detection and prevention of fraudulent financial reporting.
