Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the role of the Department of Hygiene and in improving environmental hygiene.  The results showed Role Department of Hygiene and Samarinda in improving environmental hygiene in Samarinda less than optimal. Indicated by the level of achievement of the set parameters, namely of 6 parameters of which there are two indicators such as its role as waste management and supervision less effective nonetheless cumulatively role and Sanitation Department  can be implemented quite effectively.

Abstract

Dari hasil penelitian dapat dijelaskan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang antara variabel-variabel independent. Nilai koefisien determinasi R2= 0,236, menjelaskan variabilitas variabel lingkungan kerja (X1), promosi (X2), pengawasan (X3) dan kedisiplinan (X4) terhadap kepuasan kerja (Y) sebesar 36,9%, sedangkan sisanya diterangkan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Dari model persamaan regresi  yaitu Y = 13.029 + 0,319.X1 + 0,15.X2 - 0,083.X3 + 0,325.X4, diketahui faktor yaitu lingkungan kerja, promosi, dan kedisiplinan membentuk hubungan yang positif terhadap kepuasan kerja, sedangkan faktor pengawasan membentuk hubungan yang negatif. Sedangkan dari koefisien korelasi zero order/product moment dapat diketahui bahwa faktor kedisiplinan (X3) mempunyai pengaruh yang paling erat terhadap Kepuasan Kerja (Y)

Abstract

This article aim is to describe and analyze the effectiveness of the work performance of labor contract at the same time identify the factors supporting and inhibiting the effectiveness of the labor contract, the type of research conducted included in the descriptive qualitative research. The conclusions based on the data are using analysis data and interactive models. According to the results of research it found that the performance of the work labor contract at the Forest Departemen Kabupaten Kutai Barat can be quite good. It can be known from the ability of employees the perform their duties, both in terms of aspects of work quality and quantity of work and time of completion of work.Keyword : Effectiveness, Performance, Labor Contract, Forestry Service

Abstract

This article describes the Implementation of the Personnel Management Information System (SIMPEG) at the Regional Education and Training Personnel Board. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection through observation, documentation, and interviews. This study uses data analysis developed interactive data. The results showed that the implementation of SIMPEG in BKPPD was not optimal. This is because the implementation of socialization was not effective, human resources were less competent, the level of commitment held by BKPPD employees was still low, and there was no SOP in implementing SIMPEG.Keywords: implementation, public policy, information systems, staffing

Abstract

This research is to describe, analyze and interpret the Implementation of Procurement Principles in the Goods / Services Procurement Section of the Samarinda City Regional Secretariat through a research focus: effective, efficient, transparent, open, competitive, fair, and accountable, as well as to find out what are the supporting factors and the barrier. Collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the principles of efficiency, effectiveness still need to be improved, the principles of transparency, openness have worked well. The principle of competition, fairness, is still an indication of intervention. The application of the accountable principle requires better archive management to facilitate auditing.Keyword : e-government, e-procurement, atransparent, accountable

Abstract

This article will discuss the comparison and analysis of public information disclosure laws at the Plantation, Environment, Forestry, Energy and Mineral Resources Office in East Kalimantan Province. The methodology used is in the type of comparative research, where data is collected and analyzed that is narrative in nature, as well as in-depth information about the issues or problems to be solved. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze the performance of administrative services and to determine the inhibiting factors and supporting factors for the performance of administrative services at the Faculty of Pharmacy, Mulawarman University. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive. Types and sources of data used are primary data and were collected by purposive sampling and snowball sampling techniques. Data were analyzed using an interactive model. The results showed that the service performance for students at the Faculty of Pharmacy, Mulawarman University was following the procedures given to students. However, the services provided had not gone well because of the busy activities at the Faculty of Pharmacy. At the same time, the number of employees was small compared to the existing work units.Keyword : performance, administrative services

Abstract

The research objectives were to determine the type of service, analyze and identify supporting factors and inhibiting factors for empowerment services for women and children in Samarinda City. With this type of qualitative research. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. Then the interactive model data analysis technique. The results of research on empowerment services for women and children at the Integrated Service Center for Empowerment of Women and Children "Citra Tepian" Kota Samarinda include the provision of information and data collection services through hotline calls or through the SIPPEKA application. Medical and psychological referral services are carried out in collaboration with hospitals and HIMPSI, legal aid services are provided for victims of women and child violence from the police office to the court and in the mediation stage. Safe home services to provide protection for victims. Supporting factors for empowerment services for women and children at the Integrated Service Center for Empowerment of Women and Children "Citra Tepian" Kota Samarinda, namely the existence of an application, namely the SIPPEKA application, while the inhibiting factors are the lack of human resource availability, lack of facilities and infrastructure and lack of budget support.Keywords: Women's and Children’s Empowerment Services, Integrated Service Centers

Abstract

This research aims to describe the implementation of tourism development policies in the Tenggarong District, Kutai Kartanegara Regency, and to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors for tourism development efforts in Tenggarong District, Kutai Kartanegara Regency. This research uses descriptive research type with qualitative methods. Later, the data obtained through interview techniques, observation, and documentation will be analyzed with interactive model analysis so that a conclusion can finally be obtained. The results showed that the implementation of tourism development policies in the Tenggarong Subdistrict, Kutai Kartanegara Regency, was running well but not yet effective, especially in the communication process, human resources, budget, birocracy structur and disposition.Keyword: implementation, policy, tourism development

Abstract

This article will describe and analyze waste management by the Samarinda City Environmental Service based on Samarinda City Regional Regulation Number 02 of 2011 concerning Waste Management. This article uses qualitative research methods and data obtained by interview, observation, and documentation, and analyzed using an interactive analysis model. The research findings show that it has not been running optimally because there are still people who do not understand waste management starting from the source of waste, there are still people who litter, lack facilities and infrastructure, lack field workers, lack of awareness of community participation on cleanliness and weak supervision and sanctions people who break the rules.
