Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a strategic role in supporting Indonesia's economic growth, but they still face challenges in reaching a wider market. Digitalization through website development is an effective solution to increase the competitiveness and sales of MSMEs. This study aims to design and develop the Rafi Grilled Chicken Restaurant website using the Extreme Programming method. The Extreme Programming method includes planning, design, coding, and testing. The planning stage was conducted through interviews and observations to identify user needs. The analysis resulted in key features such as a menu catalog, an online food ordering system, and digital payment integration. The study showed that the developed website was able to improve operational efficiency and expand the restaurant's marketing reach. Based on the results of testing using a questionnaire, the system obtained an average score of 4.38, categorized as very good.

Abstract

Manual medical record management in many clinics often leads to various problems such as long queues, slow service, data loss risks, and limited information exchange among medical personnel. This study aims to design and develop a web-based medical record management application integrated with a RESTful API to enhance operational efficiency and data security in clinical environments. The development process includes requirements analysis, database and UML design, system implementation, and evaluation using Black Box Testing and the System Usability Scale (SUS). The results indicate that the system successfully streamlines patient registration, queue management, medical examinations, prescription processing, and inpatient services in a more structured and efficient manner. Black Box Testing confirms that all core features operate properly, while the SUS evaluation involving 15 respondents produced an average score of 71.5, categorized as “Acceptable”. Therefore, the proposed system is considered feasible for use and capable of improving data accuracy, service speed, and integrated information flow within the clinic.

Abstract

Monitoring toddler growth is an essential activity to ensure optimal health and development from an early age. However, the recording process at Posyandu Aster 7, Pisangan Jaya Village, is still carried out manually using KIA/KMS books and Excel sheets, which often leads to data entry errors, duplication, and limited access to information for cadres and parents. This condition decreases efficiency and causes delays in reporting. This study aims to implement a web-based platform called Kembangku as a toddler growth monitoring application developed using the Laravel framework and the Agile Scrum methodology. This method was chosen because it is adaptive and allows the system to be developed iteratively through sprints involving users such as Posyandu cadres and mothers. The application focuses on digital data recording, secure data storage, and real-time information access. The system testing was conducted using three methods: black box testing to ensure that all functions operated according to user requirements, white box testing to verify program logic and code accuracy, and user satisfaction testing using the Likert scale. The results show that all system functionalities worked properly without logical errors and achieved an average user satisfaction score of 4.55, categorized as “Strongly Agree.” In conclusion, the Kembangku application is feasible to be used as a digital medium for monitoring toddler growth. It improves efficiency, accuracy, and transparency in data recording and provides convenience for both cadres and parents in monitoring children’s development in real-time.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of a MikroTik-based bandwidth management system using the Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC) approach in a computer network environment at Kos Kaca Depok. The primary challenges identified include unequal bandwidth distribution and frequent network congestion resulting from the increasing internet demands of boarding house residents. To address these issues, the NDLC framework—comprising analysis, design, implementation, and evaluation stages—was employed to develop and deploy the bandwidth management system in a structured and systematic manner. Bandwidth allocation was regulated using MikroTik features such as Simple Queue and Queue Tree to ensure fair and measurable distribution among users. Network performance was evaluated by analyzing Quality of Service (QoS) parameters, including throughput, latency, and jitter, before and after system implementation. The results demonstrate a significant improvement in network performance, characterized by increased throughput as well as reduced latency and jitter. Furthermore, user feedback indicates enhanced satisfaction with respect to network stability and access speed. These findings confirm that the proposed MikroTik-based bandwidth management system, developed through the NDLC approach, is effective in improving network performance and supporting digital activities in shared residential environments.

Abstract

Employee attendance is one of the key factors in supporting company performance. PT Sinar Surya Komindo currently uses a fingerprint-based attendance system, which has several drawbacks, such as dependency on the physical condition of fingers, electricity supply, limited real-time attendance monitoring, and inefficient data reprocessing. Based on these issues, this research aims to design a web-based online attendance application using face capture and location detection technologies as a solution to enhance the efficiency of the attendance system. The theoretical foundation includes concepts of information systems, employee attendance, location-based services, and software development methods. The research methodology applied is the Waterfall model, consisting of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance phases. Data was collected through observations, interviews with the HR department, and literature study. The results indicate that the designed attendance application can more accurately record employee attendance, improve efficiency through real-time monitoring and data reprocessing, and simplify attendance management using face capture and location detection technology. Thus, this application can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of employee attendance management at PT Sinar Surya Komindo

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology encourages various industries to utilize the data they possess as a basis for strategic decision-making. CV. Triqua Global Mandiri is a company engaged in the sale of bottled water, where customer satisfaction is a key indicator in assessing service quality and business success. However, the company has not yet had a system capable of automatically analyzing customer data to predict satisfaction levels. Therefore, this study aims to design a web-based data mining application using the C4.5 algorithm to predict customer satisfaction levels based on several parameters such as service, communication, price, and quality. The method used in this study is the C4.5 algorithm, a classification method in data mining that forms a decision tree based on entropy values and information gain from each attribute. The research process includes data collection, data cleaning, decision model formation using training data, and model testing using testing data to measure the system's accuracy. Based on the testing conducted, the system was able to provide predictions with an accuracy rate of 80%, making it a valuable tool for the management of CV. Triqua Global Mandiri in improving service quality and marketing strategies. By using this application, the company can gain objective predictive information to improve services and maximize customer satisfaction more efficiently and effectively.

Abstract

Determining the right distribution area is an important factor in improving the marketing efficiency of a company, especially in companies engaged in the distribution of fire extinguishers. PT Hetamas Perkasa Indonesia is still determining the distribution area of Light Fire Extinguisher (APAR) tubes manually and subjectively, so that it has the potential to cause inaccurate distribution allocation and low marketing effectiveness. Therefore, this study aims to design and build a Decision Support System (SPK) in determining the distribution area of fire extinguishing tubes to improve marketing efficiency using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The AHP method is used to help decision-making by conducting paired comparisons between criteria and alternatives so that objective and measurable priority weights are obtained. The criteria used in this study include market potential, distribution costs, geographical conditions, and regional accessibility. The system development method used is waterfall, which consists of the stages of analysis, design, implementation, and testing. The results of the study show that the decision support system built is able to provide more optimal and objective recommendations for distribution areas. With this system, PT Hetamas Perkasa Indonesia can improve distribution efficiency and support marketing decision-making in a more systematic and structured manner.

Abstract

Abstract – This study aims to develop a web-based bird song contest system to enhance scoring transparency and administrative efficiency at Gantangan Kampung Jati. The main issue addressed is the manual scoring process, which often leads to unclear results and reduced participant trust. This research employs the Human-Centered Design (HCD) method, emphasizing user needs throughout the system development process. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and questionnaires involving contest organizers, judges, and participants. The developed system includes judge score input, automatic result recapitulation, and both manual and online payment features. System testing was conducted using Black Box Testing and White Box Testing methods. The results indicate that the system functions as intended and achieved a user evaluation score of 86.03%, categorized as very good. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the proposed system effectively improves scoring transparency, administrative efficiency, and participant trust in bird song contests.

Abstract

The rapid development of e-commerce platforms has led to an increase in the number of user reviews on various products, including skincare products. Focallure is one of the skincare brands that receives a large number of reviews on the Shopee platform, making it difficult for consumers to quickly and objectively understand product quality. Therefore, sentiment analysis is required to classify user reviews into positive, negative, and neutral categories. This study aims to analyze the quality of Focallure skincare products based on user reviews on Shopee by applying the K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) and Naive Bayes Classifier (NBC) algorithms, as well as comparing the performance of both methods. The data were obtained through a web scraping process from the official Focalskin store on Shopee and processed through text preprocessing, term weighting using the TF-IDF method, sentiment classification, and evaluation using a Confusion Matrix. The results show that both algorithms are able to classify review sentiments effectively, with differences in accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score values. This study is expected to help consumers understand the quality of Focallure skincare products more efficiently and provide useful insights for producers to improve product quality and marketing strategies.

Abstract

Mental health disorders are serious issues that can affect anyone, including adolescents. The lack of public awareness, limited access to mental health services, and the absence of practical diagnostic systems are major obstacles in the early detection and treatment of mental disorders. This study aims to design and develop a web-based expert system capable of providing early diagnosis for 10 (ten) types of mental health disorders in adolescents. The system employs the Support Vector Machine (SVM) and Naïve Bayes algorithms to enhance classification accuracy based on symptoms input by users. The system’s knowledge base is derived from literature, mental health experts, and the PPDGJ III (Indonesian Guidelines for the Classification of Mental Disorders). Additionally, the system is equipped with an error-prevention feature to minimize human error during data input. The results indicate that the system can deliver efficient and accurate preliminary diagnoses and can be easily accessed by adolescents and the general public through a web platform. Therefore, this system is expected to serve as an alternative solution for early detection of mental health disorders and to raise public awareness of the importance of mental well-being.
