Narcotics stands for Narcotics, Psychotropic and other addictive substances. The head of the National Narcotics Agency (BNN) commissioner Heru Winarto 2019 said the abuse of narcotics among adolescents increased by 24-28% of adolescents who used drugs. In the drug user is eager to improve themselves to a better way and away from drugs. This is what underlies the need for an expert system application to diagnose the stages of drug users. This is what underlies the need for an expert system application to diagnose the stages of drug users. The method of intervention used by the author to diagnose the stages of drug users is the Certainty Factor method that uses a level of certainty used by experts to describe the level of confidence of a problem by bringing up the presentation. In this expert system application is expected to have facilities that can help users to find out at what stage the user is using drugs so that they can prevent drug users from continuing to use excessive or continuous.

Rice (Oryza Sativa) is one of the important plants in Indonesia. Rice is produced from rice plants, which is a staple food for the people of Indonesia. One of them is rice producer, Pelabuhan Ratu Distric, the result harvest in Pelabuhan ratu every year experiencing ups and downs that are not stable. As an effort to prevent extreme price increases the need for accurate and accurate predictions about the result harvest in Kecamatan Pelabuhan ratu. lack of predictive advice the result rice harvest resulting in lack of information needed to increase rice production in Kecamatan Pelabuhan ratu. Data mining is one of implementation which is applied to find a model and patterns that are able to make predictions on a data based on previous data in a certain period of time. One algorithm used in data mining techniques for classification is naive bayes. Naive Bayes algorithm is Prediction techniques based on simple possibilities on applying Bayes rules with strong independence.

The development of the business world in the future, is directed to companies that compete with each other to be the best of the good to meet the demands of the global market in the future. In a competitive system, companies win various methods, such as increasing customer satisfaction through quality products, on-time delivery and cost efficiency. To support this development, PT Glostar Indonesia (GSI) needs a system that can assess 16 suppliers of footwear raw material suppliers with a computerized system, because the system that runs is still using semi-computerized and time-consuming large costs. This research requires a weighted sum method, the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The basic concept of the SAW method is to find a weighted sum of the performance ratings for each alternative on all attributes and produce conclusions. This study aims to build a supplier rating system using the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method to help buyers get the expected data with precise and accurate results. Implement the SAW method in the supplier grading system at PT Glostar Indonesia. Provide reports on the results of the supplier evaluation process to facilitate the analysis of supplier criteria performed. Reducing the level of error in decision making so that it can provide maximum results for the company.

PT Asuransi Jiwa Syariah Bumiputera adalah unit usaha di bidang asuransi yang dijalankan dengan memperhatikan prinsip syariah. Klaim merupakan proses dimana pihak tertanggung meminta jaminan atau haknya dari pihak penanggung atas kerugian yang telah dialaminya. PT. Asuransi Jiwa Syariah Bumiputera cabang Medan sudah memiliki sebuah sistem informasi untuk mengelolah data dan transaksi yang ada. Namun, dalam penerapannya masih belum efisien karena dalam melakukan pengajuan klaim masih ada prosedur yang dilakukan secara manual dan menggunakan media kertas. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut maka perlu dirancang suatu pembaruan sistem berbasis web yang lebih efektif. UML merupakan konsep pemodelan yang digunakan dalam menganalisa sistem. Dalam perancangan akan menggunakan bahasa PHP, CSS, database MySQL. Tools dan editor yang digunakan ialah XAMPP, Photoshop, Netbeans IDE dan Notepad++. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode berupa observasi, studi literatur dan wawancara langsung ke Asuransi Syariah Bumiputera. PT AJS Bumiputera dalam kegiatannya sudah menerapkan penggunaan teknologi informasi dengan baik. Hanya saja dalam proses sistem pengajuan klaim yang berjalan saat ini masih memiliki beberapa kelemahan yang menghambat.

Online shopping or e-commerce is a transaction process carried out through intermediary media in the form of online trading sites and social media that provide goods and services that are traded. Much research has focused on predicting realtime income for shopping web sites. The dataset consists of 10 numeric attributes and 8 category attributes. In this dataset, there is a possibility that there is an unbalanced target variable. Where, this is the case for each individual target value in the dataset. online shopper inttention aims to predict whether users generate revenue or not. Class imbalance occurs when the minority class is smaller than the majority class. Using unbalanced data will result in a minority class producing low accuracy values. Sampling methods are SMOTE, Undersampling and Oversampling To overcome the problem of class imbalance (imbalance class) as a measurement of performance. whereas, the classification algorithm method used is random forest, KNN, and Naive Bayes. The results of the evaluation and validation, it can be concluded that the best sampling method in overcoming the imbalance class in this study is the oversampling method. The random forest model without sampling has the highest f-measure value than the other models, which is 0.898. After applying the sampling method, the results of the comparison between the smote + random forest, undersampling + random forest and oversampling + random forest models. The best model with the highest f-measure and AUC is the oversampling + random forest model, the f-measure is 0.976 or 98% and the AUC value is 0.998. So the oversampling + random forest model is the best model in the study of the application of sampling techniques in overcoming the imbalance class in the online shopper intention enthusiast classification.

Bank BTN Syariah is one of the Sharia Business Units of Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk engaged in sharia-based financial services, in carrying out its banking activities there are still several transaction reporting systems that are still done manually, so the level of employee registration errors is very high and less effective. The purpose of this study is to design a transaction reporting system using the Java-based programming language and this design method uses the Research and Development (R&D) method. The results built on this information system collection of data related to data on receiving and borrowing daily transaction reports making it easier for administrators to manage daily transaction reporting.

Implementation of software design for vacuum forming machines is the focus of this paper. This vacuum forming machine will be used for small and medium industries (IKM) in food in Indonesia, where the packaging process is essential. Packaging materials in the food business are polystyrene plastic (PS) and polyvinyl chloride (PVC), which are generally sold freely in specific sizes. The problem that arises in SMEs is the packaging that does not fit, both the size and shape of the product. On the other hand, small-scale packaging machines are still quite expensive in terms of cost because the machines do not originate domestically. Therefore, an IKM scale Vacuum Forming machine with economical costs is needed for the IKM business. Testing software for vacuum forming machines has been running using Labview and Arduino by utilizing serial USB communication with NI-Visa. The experimental results of the designed system have been successfully implemented to the sensors and actuators via the Arduino Uno, indicating that temperature control can stabilize the heat after 3 minutes of heating. Meanwhile, the software that has been designed has been successfully implemented on LabView can monitor and help operators to use the machine easily.

Encryption is a technique for hiding passwords into writing that changes from their original form. Encryption aims to increase the security of passwords on an account so that it is not misused by people who are not responsible or who have an interest in seeing data on the application or the web.Emusrenbang application in Binjai City is a website that aims to accommodate community proposals in Binjai so that every community in Binjai city can submit proposals without having to come to the Kelurahan office. Each community has an account to be able to submit proposals based on Local Government Work Plans (OPD). To increase security for each user account is equipped by adding a password. To prevent passwords from being read easily, passwords are encrypted using the MD5 algorithm implemented in PHP. MD5 is an algorithm.It is expected that the emusrenbang web application can cut costs in implementing the emusrenbang from villages, sub-districts, the Regional Representative Council and the Regional Parliament Council (PokD), and can increase public trust with government transparency in carrying out musrenbang in the city of Binjai.

The development of information technology is increasing rapidly, increasingly in communication and information. People often travel data or information with the help of technology, one of which is by using text messages. Security is very necessary so that threats such as piracy or eavesdropping on a message can prevent and not involve the parties concerned. Many attacks occur such as eavesdropping attacks that leak messages or information, but this can be overcome by using the vigenere cipher algorithm. This vigenere cipher cryptographic algorithm uses encryption and description processes to permit confidentiality of messages.

The development of Information Technology has triggered the emergence of many online media. The cakrawalamedia.co.id website is an online media portal that utilizes these updates. Cakrawalamedia.co.id presents the focus of news around West Java especially the City of Tasikmalaya. The problem related to this research is whether the quality of cakrawalamedia.co.id website influences the readers' satisfaction. This study focuses on user satisfaction with the webqual method which consists of 3 variables, namely usability, information quality and interaction quality. The data used are primary data, namely by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale with 22 questions to 133 respondents. Data obtained and processed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques using SPSS 16 software. Based on webqual variables, the results of the analysis state the quality of usability, information quality and interaction quality affect user satisfaction.
