Abstract

The purpose of this study was to: Analyze the effect of self-development on the quality of teaching early childhood education teachers in Ambarawa District, Semarang Regency. The population in this study were teachers of Early Childhood Education in Ambarawa District, Semarang Regency, amounting to 176 people, with a sample of 122 people using proportional random samples. The method used for data collection is a questionnaire method. The data analysis used is prerequisite test and hypothesis testing which includes multiple linear regression analysis to determine the effect of self-development and teacher's teaching experience on teaching quality. Data analysis used IBM SPSS Statistics 23. The results showed that self-development had a positive and significant effect on the teaching quality of PAUD teachers in Ambarawa District, Semarang Regency with a significance value of self-development variable of 0.012 (smaller than 0.05) and a regression coefficient of 0.226 (positive).

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of Work Discipline on PAUD Teacher Performance in Bandungan Raya District, Semarang Regency. The population in this study were PAUD teachers in Bandungan Raya Sub-district, Semarang Regency with a total of 167 PAUD teachers, which then obtained samples using proportional random sampling technique using the formula from Slovin as many as 118 people. The data analysis used was descriptive analysis, prerequisite test and simple regression analysis which was processed using IBM SPSS Statistic 23. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect of work discipline on the performance of PAUD teachers in Bandungan Raya District, Semarang Regency, this was evidenced by the correlation between work discipline variables on performance is positive, with a calculated r value of 0.505 with Sig (2-tailed) i.e. 0.000 > 0.05. Furthermore, the value of R square is 0.255 = 25.5%, which means that the magnitude of the influence of the variable X2 on Y is 25.5% and the magnitude of other influences outside of work discipline that affect the performance of PAUD teachers in Bandungan Raya District, Semarang Regency is equal to 74.5%. Furthermore, it is known that the value of t arithmetic is 6.305 > t table (1.658). This means that there is an influence of work discipline on performance, so the hypothesis which states there is an influence of work discipline on PAUD teachers in Bandungan Raya District, Semarang Regency is declared accepted

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the principal's leadership style on the performance of PAUD teachers in Jambu District, Semarang Regency. The population in this study were all PAUD teachers in Jambu District, Semarang Regency with a total of 134 PAUD teachers. The sample was determined using the proportional random sampling technique using the formula from Slovin and then the sample in this study was 100 PAUD teachers. The data analysis used was descriptive analysis, prerequisite test, single regression analysis and multiple regression analysis which were processed using IBM SPSS Statistic 23. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect of the principal's leadership style on the performance of PAUD teachers in Jambu District, Semarang Regency. This is evidenced by the magnitude of the value of R square is 0.621 = 62.1%, meaning that the magnitude of the influence of the X1 variable on Y is 62% and the magnitude of other influences outside of leadership styles that affect the performance of kindergarten teachers in Jambu District, Semarang Regency is 37, 9 % . Based on the results of these studies, it can be concluded that leadership style has a significant effect on PAUD teacher performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen pembiayaan pendidikan pada masa pandemic covid -19  di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Genting 01 Jambu Kabupaten Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Informan yang menjadi subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, guru, komite sekolah, dan orangtua. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan pemeriksaan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Analisis data dilakukan dengan model analisis interaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen pembiayaan pendidikan di SDN. Genting 01 Jambu Kabupaten Semarang mencakup perencanaan (budgeting). Perencanaan dilakukan dengan skala prioritas, dijabarkan  berdasarkan program sekolah yang mengacu evaluasi diri sekolah, biaya BOS merujuk juknis BOS terbaru dengan penghitungan cermat mengoptimalkan sumber daya., melibatkan berbagai warga sekolah, disosialisasikan, dan menghasilkan desain ideal berupa efisiensi anggaran yang akuntabel dan transparan. Pembukuan dilaksanakan dengan melibatkan pelaksana bertindak sesuai perencanaan dengan juknis BOS, pentingnya orientasi dan menggerakkan operator sekolah, visi agar tercapai, dengan prosedur mengedepankan prinsip actuating dan kehati-hatian, semua pengeluaran dicatat dalam jurnal, buku kas umum, buku pembantu kas tunai, buku pembantu bank, buku pembantu pajak, dan buku pengadaan barang. Pembagian wewenang dan tanggung jawab pelaksanaan program kegiatan ditujukan agar terhindar dari penyalahgunaan pembiayaan, sehingga pertanggungjawabannya dapat disampaikan secara terbuka atau transparan dan akuntabel kepada semua stakeholder. Pembiayaan program kegiatan yang tidak tercantum dalam perencanaan tetapi sangat penting dan segera diadakan dapat disikapi dengan mencari dana dari orang tua  siswa maupun para donator baik dari masyarakat peduli pendidikan dan para alumni

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mekanisme, efektivitas dan efisiensi anggaran pendidikan pada implemenyasi kebijakan regrouping SD Negeri Wiru 01 Kecamatan Bringin Kabupaten Semarang. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif dengan tehnih observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa latar belakang regrouping di SD Negeri Wiru 01 dan SD Negeri Wiru 02 adalah: (1) kedua sekolah berada dalam satu lokas; (2) tiga ruang kelas tidak terpakai; (3) SD Wiru 01 hanya 16 siswa terdiri dari 3 kelas; (4) kurangnya tenaga pendidik di SD Negeri Wiru 01. Mekanisme pelaksanaan regrouping di SD Wiru 01 meliputi pendataan, sosialisasi, penetapan, dan penyatuan sekolah. Regrouping SD Wiru 01 mampun meningkatkan efektivitas dalam hal (1) pemanfaatan gedung, (2) pelayanan bagi siswa, (3) pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana, (4) penanaman budaya sekolah. Regrouping SD Wiru 01 juga meningkatkan efisiensi meliputi:(1) pemanfaatan gedung yang ditinggalkan, (2) kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, (3) pengelolaan tenaga kependidikan, (4) pengelolaan keuangan, (5) kedudukan komite

Abstract

This study aims to determine the contribution of organizational culture to the performance of elementary school teachers in the Regional Coordinator for Education, Jambu District, Semarang Regency. Data collection using instruments. Data processing using normality test and simple regression test. The results of the teacher's performance normality test showed the Asymp value. Sig. (2-tailed) 0.092 and organizational culture shows the value of Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) 0.089. The value is greater than = 0.05.  Thus it can be concluded that the data on organizational culture variables are normally distributed. The results of the regression test show that there is a significant influence of organizational culture on performance which is stated in the equation = 54.538 + 0.353 X1 with a correlation strength of 0.267 with a contribution of 0.072 = 7.2%, meaning that the influence of organizational culture on teacher performance is 7.2% and the remaining 92 ,8% influenced by other factors

Abstract

This research aims to describe the Implementation of Character Education through Scout Extracurriculars at SD Negeri Pringapus 03 Kecamatan Pringapus Kabupaten Semarang. This research is a qualitative phenomenology research.  The subjects of the study were the principal, teacher, students, parents, and school committee.  The object of research is a social situation that shows the implementation of character education through scouting extracurricular including planning, implementation, and supervision. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and documentation. Qualitative data analysis techniques using Miles and Huberman's interactive models include data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and inference. Validity test using source triangulation. The results showed that the implementation of character education through scout extracurriculars was carried out well, as evidenced by activities: (1) character-education planning through scout extracurriculars has been implemented by involving related parties in providing consideration and input, (2) implementation is realized by various policies and activity programs, (3) supervision is carried out regularly in and discussed in monthly meetings, semesters, and end of the year

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Peran Kepala Sekolah dalam aspek Supervisi Kepala Sekolah yaitu dari segi perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan tindaklanjut supervisi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SDIT Cahaya Ummat Kecamatan Bergas Kabupaten Semarang pada bulan Oktober 2021 sampai dengan bulan Mei  2022. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Prosedur analisis data dengan reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi data. Sedangkan subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, yayasan, guru,  dan pengawas sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kepala Sekolah telah melaksanakan kegiatan supervisi dengan baik mulai dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan tindak lanjut supervisi walaupun terdapat beberapa kendala yang dihadapi namun bisa diselesaikan dengan baik. Peran Kepala Sekolah dalam  meningkatkan  mutu akademik sanagat dominan mengingat kepala sekolah adalah orang yang paling bertanggugjawab dalam pelaksanaan manajemen di sekolah. Kepala sekolah yang mampu  mampu melakukan supervisi yang optimal akan mampu memebawa perubahan sekolah dalam rangka meningkatkan jasa pelayanan pendidikan dan mutu lulusan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis Peran Kepala Sekolah sebagai edukator dalam pengembangan karakter disiplin dan mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis Peran Kepala sekolah sebagai manajer dalam pengembangan karakter  disiplin. Desain penelitian menmggunakan pendekatan kualitatif lapangan dengan bantuan instrument observasi dan wawancara. Penelitian di lakukan di SDIT Izzatul Islam Semarang. Hasilnya diketahui bahwa peran besar Kepala sekolah adalah sebagai educator, sekaligus manajer yang cakap untuk mengembangkan karakter siswa di skeolah. Secara umum penelitian ini mengungkap fakta bahwa kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah harus didukung dengan kemampuan sebagai pendidik agar kepala sekolah tidak hanya cakap dalam merencanakan, mengorganisasikan, dan melakukan control lapangan, tetapi juga cakap sebagai eksekutor langsung sebagai contoh bagi guru lain di sekolah yang dipimpinnya

Abstract

The purpose of the  study is to describe the principal  as a  manager and as a leader in the  development of district education This research uses qualitative descriptive methods.  The subjects of  the study were the Principal, vice principal, teachers, staff and students. Data collected through interviews, observations, and documentations.  The principal is the controller for school resources, especially teachers and school employees.  The results of this study show that the success of character development in  schools cannot be separated from the  role of  the principal.  So great is the role of the principal in the process of achieving educational goals, that it can be said that the success or failure of a school is largely determined by the quality of the principal, especially in his ability to empower teachers and employees in the direction of a conducive working atmosphere. The principal has a role and responsibility as an office manager, including predicting the future of the school, for example about the quality desired by the community, innovating by taking initiatives and creative activities for the progress of the school, creating strategies or policies to succeed these innovative thoughts, compiling plans, both strategic planning and operational planning, finding educational resources  and providing educational facilities, controlling or controlling the implementation of education and its results.  As a manager, the   principal must be able to manage the development character programs   properly, starting from planning, organizing, directing and controlling .  As a leader,    the principal  must be have to set  an example for all school members, and be able to mobilize all school members to carry out  character development  activities
