Abstract

Pemberdayaan PLKB untuk membangun daya dengan mendorong, memberikan motivasi, dan membangkitkan kesadaran akan potensi yang dimiliki Penyuluh Keluarga Berencana (PLKB) serta berupaya untuk mengembangkan dan meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan kemampuan serta kematangan berpikir kritis dalam rangka meningkatkan kapasitas dan kompetensi profesional untuk mensukseskan program KB Nasional. Dalam Proses Pemberdayaan PLKB, pemerintah melalui Kantor Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Keluarga Berencana melakukan sosialisasi program. Upaya ini  belum optimal karena sampai dengan tahun 2012 baru mencapai 18,91% daerah di Kutai Barat yang telah dilakukan sosialisasi. Sosialisai program KB disampaikan kepada warga masyarakat untuk memperbaiki kesehatan dan kesejahteraan ibu, anak, keluarga dan bangsa; Mengurangi angka kelahiran untuk menaikkan taraf hidup rakyat dan bangsa; Memenuhi permintaan masyarakat akan pelayanan KB dan KR yang berkualitas, termasuk upaya-upaya menurunkan angka kematian ibu, bayi, dan anak serta penanggulangan masalah kesehatan reproduksi.

Abstract

This article aim to  describe and analyze the performance of personnel in the public service in the Office of Financial Management and Asset Kutai Barat. Seerta effort - what efforts are made to improve the performance of the apparatus and then to identify and describe the factors - factors that support and hinder the officials at the Office of Financial Management and Asset Kutai Barat. The analysis used in this research is the data analysis interactive model proposed by Miles, Huberman and Saldana stats in qualitative research, data analysis conducted by three (3) lines of activities occurring simultaneously, namely condensation, data presentation and conclusion/verification. The study concluded that the performance of the apparatus in an effort to improve the service has been good, although not optimal, however the services provided have shown progress, this is due to several things: the ability to use working hours in efektf, the quality of the work produced then the responsiveness of employees is good enough.Keywords: apparatur, performance, service

Abstract

One of vision of family planning program is shape the quality family 2016 and to create a happiness family environment, then family able to conduct several functions of family. Based on the data year 2002, amount of poverty population in Telen (subdistrict) are 1676. The causes of poverty are low education, every family has many children, low income. Family program was intended to build social welfare.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of land procurement for the construction of airport location expansion Kol. Ra Bessing Malinau in Malinau District and find out whether this compensation process has guaranteed a sense of justice for the exposed community. This research uses descriptive qualitative research method. The results show that the implementation of land procurement policy is smooth, land holders are willing to follow the existing procedures. Abstract

State employee as the government apparatuer in doing the main duty always faced by the complexity of problems. The result shows there is a positive and significant influence from supervision system to the employee’s productivity at Disnakertrans Kutai Timur. Altought actually work productivity also influenced by the other variables, such as leadership, work environment, motivation, education level, amount of employee.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the competence, organizational commitment and organizational culture on job satisfaction as well as the influence of competence, organizational commitment and organizational culture and job satisfaction to employee performance at the Secretariat of the East Kutai Regency. The results showed that the results of the first substructure equation indicates that Job Satisfaction in East Kutai Regency Secretariat influenced by competence, organizational commitment and organizational culture, in the first substructure competence and organizational commitment positively influence organizational culture while negatively impact on the Job Satisfaction the Secretariat of the East Kutai Regency.

Abstract

The potential industries apparently do not correlates to the prosperity of the people in which there are still poor families liveng. Abstract

Participatory development planning is a development approach which required the public involvement at the local level. The purpose of citizen involvement in development planning is to make sure that development programs done by government meet with the public needs. Achievement approach asserts that organization effectiveness is an ultimate goal. It assumes that organizaton is an instrument to pursue several goal, the aims of organization are common agreement or a share vision.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the policy of the Regent of Malinau Number 7 of 2013 on Guidelines and Procedures for Medical Service of Malinau District General Hospital as Referral Hospital. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach with a view to obtaining an in-depth description of the incentive package policy evaluation. The data obtained were surveyed by questionnaires, observations, and data from Malinau District Hospital, which was then analyzed. The results of the research indicate that the incentive regulation policy stated in the Regent of Malinau Regulation No. 7 of 2013 on Guidelines and Procedures of Medical Service of Malinau District General Hospital as Referral Hospital has not been running well because of the six dimensions of Dunn's Evaluation Policy version there is one that has not yet fulfilled ie Dimension Efficiency.Keywords: Evaluation, Policy, Services

Abstract

Work performance of employees in an organization can be done through the government’s work environment and employee’s motivation. Improvement performance of the employees in the district of Kutai district Tenggarong can be done through an increase in optimal working and leverage the potential of its human resources by employees in order to creat organizational goals. Employee job performance is measured by the standardor criteria established organization.
