Abstract

This Research aims to explore the influence of motivation, work skill and supervision on employee’s work performance. This research uses research methods, namely: (1) the rating scale Method, (2) methods of checklist, (3) directional choices Method (4) critical incident Method, (5) the method of rating scale (6) evaluation methods of the field, (7) Test Methods and observations (8) method of komperatif approach. The first Hypothesis test shows that there are strong relations between motivations, work skill and supervision on employee’s work performance. While the Second Hypothesis test indicate that the dominant factor motivation factors.

Abstract

The main purpose of this article is to explain the bargaining position of Indonesian government vis a vis Multinational Corporations particularly concerning with exploration of natural resources by Freeport, KPC and Cepu. In order to obtain the best understanding about the central issue of this article, the using of global economic and sovereignty concept are necessary. The analysis of this issue shows that foreign investment (MNCs) did not bring any advantages for increasing the quality of social life in Indonesia.

Abstract

This paper try to seek informations about the public service satisfaction in Kutai Kartanegara Regency especially on public health service. This research is a descriptive one and use likert scale that is a standard method to scale public service satisfaction. The result shows that in general public health service in Kutai Kartanegara Regency is on the good scale and already on track with the local government’s expectation.Keywords: Public Service Satisfaction, Public Health, Kutai Kartanegara

Abstract

In order to improve supervision performance process in the local area, Inspectorate is currently faced with the proportional and accountable mechanisms problems and the development of inadequate capacity.  This qualitative research is using a case study approach with asserting participant involvement of informants drawn from the structural position, functional, technical and administrative staff Inspectorate Tual scope. The results show that: (1) institutional development process based on three aspects of development, namely the development of human resources, institutional development and organizational aspects, (2) Various factors have determined the quality of the performance results of the implementation of institutional development in the Inspectorate office of Tual City, including the human factor is still relatively weak, the issue and aspects of coordination between and across agencies, and problems of cooperation and leadership support. The study was expected to provide recommendations for performance improvement in Tual control through institutional development efforts Tual Inspectorate Office.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to discover  how successful the development policies to built livable homes for the ooor by the Provincial Government of East Kalimantan in Samarinda, in terms of effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, responsiveness, and accuracy so that later the results of this evaluation can provide an assessment and recommendation / suggestions for program improvement activities in the future. Sources of data taken from the informant and key informants and supported by secondary data analysis, were developed by Milles, Huberman.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze how implementation of the implementation of Act Law Number 14 Year 2008 in East Kalimantan Provincial Government as well as describe the supporting and inhibiting factors faced in the implementation of information disclosure. This type of descriptive research with qualitative approach. Analysis of data used is interactive model. The result of research looked the succesful implemention of public information disclosure is supported by the Provincial. Regulation of East Kalimantan Province No. 15 of 2012 so that the workflow of information services becomes more clear. The high commitment of the Governor as the Head of Region as well as the communication that has been running smoothly and the social and political environment has also been a supporter of the success of policy implementation in the Government of East Kalimantan.Keywords: implementation, information disclosure, public information service

Abstract

The aim of this research is to measure and to analyze the impact of capability variable, motivation variable and opportunity variable toward employee performance. In this article the writer uses the primary data obtained from 41 respondents. All of respondents are employees at Kelurahan Melayu, Kec. Tenggarong. The result asserts that those variables mentioned above have different impact toward employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the Implementation of the Delegation of the Authority of the Regent to the Camat (Study Service License to Build a Small-Scale Building in Kayan Hilir Sub-district, Malinau District). This research includes descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The data analysis technique to be used is data analysis using an interactive model of analysis. The result of the research shows that the Implementation of the Delegation of the Authority of the Regent to the Camat (Study of Small Scale Building Permit Service in Kayan Hilir Sub-district, Malinau District) has not been optimally implemented.Keywords: Implementation, Delegation, Building Permit

Abstract

Skill and expertise improvement of academic staff through education and training in Faculty of Mathematic and Natural Science Mulawarman University has succeded, but it doesn’t bring any changes to the middle skill employee.  The existing skill and expetise improvement contribute significantly for supporting employee performance in order to achieve the persistent vision and mission. There is a better change to employee who is ever  joint the education and training. Its contribution not only for improving the skill it self, but it also becomes the institutional investment for solving the problem in the future.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of environmental leadership and work together on work performanceof employees in the Finance Bureau of East Kalimantan Provincial Secretariat. Based on data analysis and hypothesis testing, it is found that the three variables, namely Leadership (X1), Work Environment (X2) and Job Performance(Y) has a positive influence and strong, this is evidenced by r=0.708 which provide guidelines for the interpretation put forward by Sugiyono which is in the interval from 0.60 to 0.799 were included in the strong category. From the research that has been conducted by the author, Factors Affecting Job Performance in the Financial Bureau of East Kalimantan Provincial Secretariat included in the category of strong, therefore the existing leadership style must be maintained so that employees who have a good performance can be maintained and enhanced.
