Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji mengenai peran moderasi komitmen organisasional dari hubungan antara dukungan manajemen puncak terhadap kualitas sistem informasi akuntansi manajemen selain hubungan langsung antara dukungan manajemen terhadap kualitas sistem informasi akuntansi manajemen. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap 73 responden dari 116 karyawan pada Koperasi Talenta Kupang dengan menggunakan Rumus Slovin 5%. Penelitian bersifat kuantitatif dengan pendekatan pengaruh moderasi dengan bantuan Aplikasi Smart PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dukungan manajemen puncak secara langsung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas sistem informasi akuntansi manajemen, namun komitmen organisasional tidak memperkuat hubungan antara dukungan manajemen puncak terhadap kualitas sistem informasi akuntansi manajemen.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh Pengetahuan Keuangan terhadap Perilaku Manajemen Keuangan pada pelaku UMKM Sentra Tenun Ikat Kecamatan Kota Soe Kabupaten TTS, (2) pengaruh Sikap Keuangan terhadap Perilaku Manajemen Keuangan pada Pelaku UMKM Sentra Tenun Ikat Kecamatan Kota Soe Kabupaten TTS, (3) pengaruh Kepribadian terhadap Perilaku Manajemen Keuangan pada Pelaku UMKM Sentra Tenun Ikat Kecamatan Kota Soe Kabupaten TTS, (4) dan pengaruh Pengetahuan Keuangan, Sikap Keuangan, dan Kepribadian terhadap Perilaku Manajemen Keuangan pada Pelaku UMKM Sentra Tenun Ikat Kecamatan Kota Soe Kabupaten TTS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh positif Pengetahuan Keuangan terhadap Perilaku Manajemen Keuangan pada pelaku UMKM Sentra Tenun Ikat Kecamatan Kota Soe Kabupaten TTS dengan thitung (4,619) lebih besar daripada ttabel yaitu (2,034) dan nilai signifikansinya lebih kecil dari 0,05 yaitu 0,000, (2) terdapat pengaruh positif Sikap Keuangan terhadap Perilaku Manajemen Keuangan pada pelaku UMKM Sentra Tenun Ikat Kecamatan Kota Soe Kabupaten TTS dengan thitung (3,557) lebih besar daripada ttabel (2,034) dan nilai signfikansinya lebih kecil dari 0,05 yaitu 0,001, (3) terdapat pengaruh positif Kepribadian terhadap Perilaku Manajemen Keuangan pada pelaku UMKM Sentra Tenun Ikat Kecamatan Kota Soe Kabupaten TTS dengan thitung (2,732) lebih besar dari ttabel yaitu (2,034) dan nilai signifikansinya lebih kecil dari 0,05 yaitu 0,010, (4) terdapat pengaruh positif Pengetahuan Keuangan, Sikap Keuangan, dan Kepribadian terhadap Perilaku Manajemen Keuangan pada pelaku UMKM Sentra Tenun Ikat Kecamatan Kota Soe Kabupaten TTS dengan Fhitung (15,948) lebih besar daripada Ftabel (2,89) dan nilai signifikansinya lebih kecil daripada 0,05 yaitu 0,000.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sektor-sektor usaha mikro apa saja yang yang dikelola oleh penerima manfaat dana Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Masyarakat dan untuk mengetahui sektor-sektor potensi unggulan lokal di daerah yang perlu didorong dan dikembangkan dalam mendukung Pengembangan Ekonomi Lokal di Kota Kupang. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah analisa Location Quotient dalam mengidentifikasi sektor dan sub sektor unggulan di Kota Kupang. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa terdapat enam sektor yang menjadi jenis usaha dari masyarakat penerima bantuan program dana PEM, yakni sektor perdagangan, peternakan, pertanian, perindustrian, jasa dan perikanan, dan hasil analisis LQ untuk sektor unggulan yang perlu dipertahankan dan dikembangkan dalam melalui program Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Masyarakat adalah sektor perdagangan, sektor perindustrian dan sektor jasa. sedangkan sektor non unggulan adalah sektor peternakan, sektor pertanian dan perikanan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of leadership style, work environment, and human resource development on employee performance. The method used in this research is explanatory (research explanatory). The sample of this study amounted to 97 people. The data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and statistical inferential analysis of the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the Partial least squares approach (SEM-PLS). The findings in the study conclude that leadership style, work environment, and human resource development have a significant effect on employee performance at the General Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of Central Kalimantan Province. The work environment variable is the variable that has the greatest influence on employee performance. Research implications provide information for policy makers, stakeholders and management to pay attention to a good and well-articulated work environment and HR development in organizations.

Abstract

The Community and Village Empowerment Service is the implementing element of Government Affairs in the Community and Village Empowerment Sector which is the regional authority. Implementation of the duties and functions of the Community and Village Empowerment Service as the Implementer of Local Government in the field of Community and Village Empowerment, various efforts have been made by the Leaders, starting from the Staff, Head of Section, Head of Division to the Head of the Katingan Regency Village Community Empowerment Service to spur service and competency improvements. However, all of this has not produced results or has a significant effect on improving employee services. This may be due to a complete lack of competence on how to improve employee services. The problems are as follows: 1) The quality of service is still low at the Katingan Regency Community and Village Empowerment Service. 2). Employee competence is still low in carrying out tasks/jobs at the Community and Village Empowerment Service. 3) Low employee work discipline can be seen from the inaccuracy of employees in using working hours and the absence of attendance (presence) which results in employees not being on time when leaving and coming home from work. This research aims are: 1). To analyze the effect of service quality on service users at the Katingan Regency Community and Village Empowerment Service. 2). To analyze the effect of employee competence on service user satisfaction at the Katingan Regency Community and Village Empowerment Service. This study uses a survey with a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire distributed to respondents. In collecting questionnaires through the process, researchers in collecting primary data with survey methods through research instruments (questionnaires) of all village governments in Katingan Regency with a research sample of 115 respondents. The research site is in Katingan Regency. Primary and secondary data sources, data collection methods used literature study (documentation), and questionnaires. The analytical tool used in this study is the PLS (partial least square) based SEM (structure equation model) method. The results of this study indicate that: The results of testing the effect of service quality on increasing service user satisfaction can be proven by looking at the estimated path coefficient value of 0.115 with a critical point value (t-statistic) of 0.618 (<1.96) or a P-value of 0.000 greater than = 0.05 which means it is not significant. The results of testing the effect of competence on increasing service user satisfaction can be proven by looking at the estimated path coefficient value of 0.763 with a critical point value (t-statistic) of 4.271 (> 1.96) or P-value 0.000 smaller than = 0.05 which means significant.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the use of Instagram as a medium for social interaction among 2019 Sociology Education Students at Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University (Case study of various socio-cultural perspectives and social psychology contexts). In fulfilling information data, the authors used three data collection techniques, namely by observation, interviews and supplemented by documentation from journals, books, articles, and other sources. Through interviews, the researcher selected six main informants to answer questions that had been determined based on theory and one key informant who became the all-knowing center among the six main informants. The data found is then analyzed, according to Miles & Huberman (1992: 16) data analysis consists of several stages, namely, (1) data collection, (2) data reduction), (3) data presentation, (4) drawing conclusions, and (5) evaluation. To facilitate researchers in carrying out research activities, researchers use a series of working hypotheses or a reference sentence used in interviews and guidelines for compiling research results and discussion. The hypotheses used are (1) Instagram is a medium of social interaction that is of interest to the current generation, (2) Instagram is an example of cultural and social diversity in society, and (3) Instagram has both positive and negative impacts on users. Which will be examined using the theory of Symbolic Interactionism. Abstract

Pendidikan di SD merupakan usah untuk mendorong perkembangan pengetahuan dan penalaran, perkembangan sikap sosial, serta penghayatan nilainilai (sikap-mental emosional-spritual). Berhasil dan tidaknya pembelajaran ditunjukkan oleh dikuasai dan diterapkannya hasil pembelajaran dalam kehidupan sehari-hari para siswa. Penerapan hasil belajar dalam kehidupan sehari-hari biasanya ditandai dengan berubahnya pola pikir dan kebiasaan menuju kearah yang sesuai dengan harapan yang para siswa telah dapatkan di dalam keseluruhan rangkaian kegiatan pembelajaran. Tuntutan pembelajaran sebagai usaha peletakan dasar belajar yang benar dan peningkatan penguasaan konsep yang mendorong penguatan hasil belajar siswa sangat perlu ditingkatkan agar mencapai tingkat level tinggi. Pengembangan pembelajaran berorientasi pada kamapuan berpikir tingkat tinggi atau Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) merupakan upaya peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran dan meningkatkan kualitas lulusan.

Abstract

Education is one of the most important parts in an effort to advance the life of the nation. Because of the need for special attention in the use of learning models to support the course of learning. Quantum teaching is one of the suitable learning models to be applied to the course of learning. In this article, we will discuss the impact given by the use of quantum teaching on social studies subjects in junior high schools. Writing articles using the article review method by presenting the contents of various previous studies to find out how the impact given by the use of quantum teaching is. Quantum teaching has a positive impact on the learning system that affects several things. starting from learning outcomes, how students can be motivated to learn, and also the emergence of various kinds of potential that are given to the implementation of more interesting learning styles to be given to students

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify related learning problems faced during the Covid-19 pandemic. The problem that occurs by some parties who feel this is certainly as a result of the enactment of distance learning from 2020 to the present. This research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature studies. The participants were 6 people, each consisting of students, teachers, and parents who felt the problem in the Jakarta area. The result of this study is that there are several learning problems faced during the Covid-19 pandemic in distance learning activities, namely the problem of students lacking facilities that can support the implementation of online learning, network constraints, conditions of the residential environment that are not conducive, limited students in understanding the material that has been given by teachers, and often experiencing saturation during learning activities. The problem of teachers is required to be able to adapt, not ready supporting facilities for teachers, limitations in controlling the classroom during learning activities, and the difficulty of teachers in providing assessments to students. Finally, parents are required to adapt and transform to online media used by schools, problems of daily busyness, and problems with student devices or communication tools to participate in learning activities

Abstract

The main purpose of this research is to produce interesting learning methods in Pancasila and Citizenship Education subjects that can increase students' enthusiasm for learning, then to determine student learning outcomes using the talking stick learning method and how students respond to the talking stick learning method. This research is a descriptive quantitative research conducted in the even semester of the 2021/2022 academic year, which is located at SMP Negeri 35 Medan. The sample is class VIII B SMP Negeri 35 Medan. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, that is, all of the population is sampled. The results of this research is that the students of class VIII B SMP Negeri 35 Medan are very enthusiastic about the talking stick learning method in civics learning. Students feel happy with the talking stick learning method than can eliminate drowsiness and boredom when learning civics, increase curiosity about civics learning materials, and the instructions given can be easily understood by students. So that the talking stick learning method is effective to be applied in the civics learning proses to increase students' enthusiasm for learning
