Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between self-concept and student prosocial behavior. The population of this research is 10 SMA 4 Denpasar students. While the number of research samples is 280 people. The sampling technique used is Stratified Proportional Random Sampling. In collecting data using a questionnaire method with a Likert model measurement scale. Based on the results of the analysis conducted, the results of the study are significant. The amount of the null hypothesis rejection limit value obtained in the Product Moment value table is 0.113. When compared with the value of the research results obtained by 0.649 then the value of the results of the study is above or greater than the value of the null hypothesis rejection limit obtained from the table, so the proposed null hypothesis is rejected so that this research can be said to be significant.

Abstract

The structure and language rules of the biography text story revised by the Guidance Counseling study program students are revealed in this study. Specific objectives in this study, namely to determine the structure of the biography retelling text content and to find out the language rules of biography retelling texts. This study uses several theories, among others: 1) understanding text, 2) re-understanding of the story, 3) the structure of the retelling text, and 4) the language principle of the retelling text, The method in this study are: 1) the method of determining the research subject, 2) research subject approach methods, 3) data collection methods, and 4) data processing methods. Judging from the structure of the content and linguistic rules, the results of research on biography text stories written by Counseling Guidance study program students, the average result was 82.01. Conversion score of 82.01 is in the range 81-85, with the predicate B (good). Then the results can be categorized as good.

Abstract

This research aimed to 1) identify and describe Cinta Bahasa language school?s BIPA students learning motivation. 2) identify and describe the basic sentences structure?s error in the text made by BIPA students in Cinta Bahasa Language School. 3) identify and describe the relationship between learning motivation and basic sentences structure?s error in the text made by BIPA students in Cinta Bahasa Indonesian Language School. This research used qualitative descriptive proposal research. The subject of this research was BIPA student in Cinta Bahasa Indonesian Language School. The method used in collecting data was questionnaire and test. The result shown that (1) the highest statement that motivated the student was statement no. 1 with 98% percentage. Then, statement no. 14 got the lowest percentage with 34,7 %, (2) S-P-Ket structure got the highest percentage in error occurrence with 35 errors or 25,9%, there was only 1 error or 0,74%  in S-P-Ket-Pel , S-P-O-Ket-Pel, P-S-P, P-S-Ket, Ket-P-S, K-S-P, S-P-K-K sentence structures, (3)  29 students in statement no. 1 with 41% error, 21 students in statement no.16 with 52 % error.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) develop instrument for measuring the level of early childhood development (kindergarten group B), and (2) assess the quality of developed instrument. This study is a kind of research and development. The research subject was the students of kindergarten group B. The developed instrument was in the form of questionnaires. Instrument testing was carried out in three stages with the number of subjects increased on each stage. The validity analysis of the questionnaire used cofirmatory factor analysis (CFA). The reliability estimation of the questionnaire used the CFA by calculating the composite reliability. The results of the study are in the form of instruments for measuring the level of early childhood development, which consists of an instrument to measure religious morality, social-emotional, language, cognitive, and physical-motoric development. Based on field study, all instruments have good fit model, construct validity, and reliability that meet the academic requirements.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memecahkan masalah terkait dengan tujuan penelitian: 1). Sejarah Pura Hyang Api 2). Struktur dan Fungsi Pura Hyang Api. Dan 3). Pelaksanan Tabuh Rah Bagian dari Sistem Ritual. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kedesaan Kelusa, Kecamatan Payangan, Gianyar, Bali. Pencarian informan ditentukan dengan cara purposive. Penentuan informan diawali dengan menentukan informan kunci, kemudian dikembangkan secara berantai dengan memakai teknik snow ball sampling. Prosedur penelitian antara lain: (1) teknik pengumpulan data; (2) teknik studi dokumen; (3) teknik penjaminan keabsahan data; (4) teknik analisis data. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa Sejarah Pura Hyang Api yang diperkirakan telah ada sejak abad ke-8 M yaitu pada era Maharsi Markanhya mengembangkan konsep ajaran Agama Siwa (Tripaksashakti) di Bali. Yang mana Pura Hyang Api ini berlokasi dikawasan Munduk gunung Lebah yang merupakan ruto perjalan suci Dharmayatra dan tirtayatra Maharsi Markandhya dengan pengiring wong Aganya. Struktur Pura Hyang Api merupakan perwujudan dari struktur pemujaan Dewa Agni juga untuk memohon kewarasan, kelanusa, wewalungan (binatang ternak). Utama Mandala sebagai ruang dalam Pura Hyang Api terdapat beberapa pelinggih diantaranya Padmasana, Gedong Sineb linggih Bhatara Kawitan, Gedong Pelinggih Keris, Pelinggih ratu Penyarikan, Panggungan, Bale Pelik, Gedong Agung Penyimpenan, Pelinggih ratu Nglurah, Pelinggih Barong, Bale Peselang, Paruman Agung. Pura Hyang Api memiliki tiga fungsi utama yaitu: (1) pusat kegiatan keagamaan yang terkait dengan pemujaan terhadap Ida Sang Hyang Widhi, (2) alat pemersatu masyarakat yang tertanam pada rasa solidaritas dan persatuan yang terjalin, (3) pusat kegiatan budaya yang ditunjukkan dengan gong,gamelan.kidung,kekawin dan sekar agung. (4)  pusat kegiatan pengobatan ditunjukkan dimana ada kepercayaan dengan nunas tamba yang berupa tirta yang selam ini selalu tersedia di pelinggihan  Ida Bhatara Kawitan yang melinggih di pura hyang api baik bagi orang yang sakit ataupun untuk kepentingan lahan pertanian.

Abstract

Deviant behavior today is carried out by the young generation of the nation's successors, especially those related to disciplinary violations in schools, one of which is ditching. Truant behavior is actually not a new thing anymore for many students at least those who have been educated, because truant behavior itself has been around for a long time. The tail will indeed become a phenomenon that clearly tarnishes the educational institution itself. Not only in big cities, students who appear to be often absent, even in rural areas ditching has become an academic disease that needs serious treatment. The effort that has been made by BK teachers is to provide information services to students, apparently the information services provided are not very effective. It is evident that there are still many class XI students who play truant in Abiansemal 1 high school. Based on this description, researchers will use behavioral counseling with video therapy media to overcome truant behavior of students. The reason the researcher chose this counseling was that the researcher wanted to change the behavior of ditching class XI students.

Abstract

This action-based research was conducted as the implementation of a new learning model by using film as a media to improve students? ability in listening of English of class XII P MIPA 1 SMA Negeri 1 Ubud in semester I of the academic year 2017/2018. The class which is consisted of 35 students were chosen as the subject of this research were due to the result of the pre-test shown that 65,81 were still far below the school standard of 75. The object of this research is the ability of listening English which is known as the main obstacle in learning English. This research was conducted in 2 cycles from July to September 2017. The data obtained by using tes of listening. The data was analyzed to find out the students? listening score (Mean) and the classical learning mastery. The research shows that the use of film as a learning media was effective in improving the students? listening ability. In the pre-test, the percentage of the students? ability was 65,81%, while in the first and second cycles were 75,52 % and 79,43. It can be concluded that the use of film as a learning media was effective in improving the students?ability in listening of English of class XII P MIPA 1 of SMA N 1 Ubud at semester 1 in the academic year of 2017/2018 Eventhough.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of prescriptive giving in assessments to improve mathematics learning outcomes of students of class XII IPB SMAN 1 Petang 2018/2019 academic year. This research is a classroom action research whose implementation was designed in two cycles. The design for each cycle consists of four stages: planning, implementation, observation / evaluation, and reflection. The subjects of this class action research were students of class XII IPB Odd Semester at SMAN 1 Petang 2018/2019 Academic Year consisting of 27 students. Data on student learning outcomes are collected collected and descriptively. The results of this study indicate that, the implementation of prescriptive giving in assessment can improve mathematics learning outcomes of students of class XII IPB SMAN 1 Petang. From the analysis obtained classical learning completeness in the first cycle was only 62.96%, and in the second cycle to 81.48%, so there was an increase of 18.52%. Likewise with the average and absorption has increased by 3.40% from 76.73% in the first cycle to 80.13% in the second cycle. This means that prescriptive giving in assessment can improve mathematics learning outcomes of students of class XII IPB SMAN 1 Petang in odd semester 2018/2019.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the understanding of the material and students' responses systematically, in detail on the application of inquiry learning models with a scientific approach to the material of short and simple songs in class XII. This research is a classroom action research designed through action in classroom learning activities. The subject of this research is students of class XII IPS 2 of SMA Negeri 7 Denpasar in the 2018/2019 academic year in the even semester, and the object of research is understanding students' material and responses. The results of the action research showed that the application of the inquiry learning model was found to be successful in improving students' understanding of short and simple song material. This can be seen from the average value of pre-cycle comparison, cycle I, and cycle II there is an increase. This research has met the determined indicators of success, so that the application of inquiry learning models can improve students' understanding of short and simple song material. There was a student response to the application of the inquiry learning model to improve the ability to understand short and simple song material in class XII IPS 2 students of SMA Negeri 7 Denpasar in the 2018/2019 academic year.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk peningkatan hasil belajar Fisika dengan penerapan model pembelajaran Project Based Learning dengan pendekatan STEM pada materi Suhu dan kalor pada peserta didik. Pelaksanaan penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilakukan pada kelas X RPL 1 SMK Negeri 1 Negara pada semester 2. Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas X RPL 1 SMK Negeri 1 Negara Tahun Pelajaran 2019/2020 yang berjumlah 36. Objek penelitian adalah penerapan model pembelajaran Project Based Learning dengan pendekatan STEM, dan hasil belajar. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan beberapa siklus melalui empat tahapan proses kegiatan yang meliputi (1) perencanaan, (2) tindakan, (3) pengamatan, dan (4) evaluasi dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan rata-rata hasil belajar peserta didik sebesar 9,58 yakni dari 71,53 pada siklus I menjadi 81,11 pada siklus II dengan daya serap 81,11%. Berdasarkan hasil siklus I dan II serta faktor lain, bahwa dengan penerapan model pembelajaran Project Based Learning dengan pendekatan STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) pada materi Suhu dan kalor dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar Fisika pada peserta didik kelas X RPL 1 SMK Negeri 1 Negara.
