Abstract

Seleksi in vitro bisa diterapkan pada berbagai kondisi cekaman abiotik misalnya cekaman terhadap aluminium dengan menggunakan agen seleksi AlCl3. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan lethal concentration 20 (LC20) dan LC50 dalam rangka seleksi in vitro terhadap toksisitas aluminium dengan menggunakan agen seleksi AlCl3. Penelitian terdiri atas empat percobaan yang terpisah, masing-masing menggunakan genotipe Jame-jame, UJ 5, Adira 4, dan Gajah sebagai bahan tanam (eksplan). Percobaan ini disusun berdasarkan rancangan acak lengkap satu faktor. Faktor perlakuan adalah konsentrasi AlCl3 (0, 100, 200, 400, 600 dan 800 mg L-1). Hasil seleksi in vitro menunjukkan bahwa genotipe Jame-jame dan Gajah relatif peka terhadap toksisitas aluminium dibandingkan genotipe Adira 4 dan UJ 5. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari kepekaan kalus genotipe Jame-jame (LC20 = 19,39; LC50 = 236,37) dan Gajah (LC20 = 39,99; LC50 = 289,10) terhadap pemberian AlCl3 dibandingkan kalus genotipe Adira 4 (LC20 = 831,88; LC50 = 2897,10) dan UJ 5 (LC20 dan LC50 belum teridentifikasi hingga konsentrasi maksimum AlCl3).Kata kunci : AlCl3, seleksi in vitro, toksisitas aluminium, ubi kayu

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Kayabio biofertilizer and fertilization methods on the growth and yield of corn (Zea Mays L.). The study began in September to December 2018, located on the farm land of Marangan Hamlet, Loh Sumber Village, Loa Kulu District, Kutai Kartanegara Regency, East Borneo Province.The study was arranged in Factorial Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) consisting of 2 factors and repeated 3 times. The first factor was the administration of Kayabio (p) biological fertilizer which consisted of 4 levels, namely p0 (without fertilizer), p1 (18 g plot-1), p2 (36 g plot-1), p3 (54 g plot-1). And the second factor is How to Fertilize (c) which consists of 3 levels, namely c1 (way of Portugal), c2 (how to run) and c3 (spread).The results showed that Kayabio biofertilizer had no significant effect on all observed parameters. The highest yield on average yield of dry seed shelled t ha-1 is on p3 with an average yield of 3.78 t ha-1 and the lowest yield of dry seed shell weight t ha-1 is at p0 with an average yield of 4,19 t ha-1.The results showed that the fertilization method had no significant effect on all observational parameters. The highest yields of average dry seed seed weight t ha-1 are in c1 with an average yield of 4.20 t ha-1 and the lowest yield of dry seed shell weight t ha-1 is in c3 with an average yield of 3.80 t ha-1.The results of the interaction between Kayabio biofertilizer and fertilization methods had no significant effect on all observational parameters. The highest yields of average dry seeds of shelled beans t ha-1 were at p3c1 with yields of 4.61 t ha-1 and the lowest yields of yields of dry seeds of shelled beans t ha-1 were in treatment p1c3 with a yield of 3.59 t ha-1. Key words : Kayabio biofertilizer, fertilization method and corn production

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi komoditas unggulan sektor pertanian di Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut ada tujuh kriteria yang dijadikan dasar penilaian, yaitu kesesuaian lahan, dominasi pengusahaan, tingkat produktivitas wilayah (nilai relatif produktivitas komoditas), keunggulan komparatif, keunggulan kompetitif, perdagangan komoditas antar wilayah, dan keterkaitan produk ke depan. Penelitian dilaksanakan di 8 kecamatan dan analisis data dilakukan secara deskripsi kuantitatif menggunakan skor 1 sampai 5. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa padi sawah, padi ladang, jagung, ubi kayu, ubi jalar, kacang tanah dan kedelei merupakan komoditas unggulan tanaman pangan, sementara itu komoditas ungggulan sayuran adalah ketimun, kacang panjang, sawi, semangka, kangkung, cabe rawit, bayam, terung dan tomat. Komoditas unggulan buah-buahan adalah rambutan, pisang, durian, nangka, sukun, nenas, papaya, dan mangga, Sementara itu komoditas unggulan perkebunan meliputi karet, kopi, kelapa, kelapa sawit, lada, dan kakao Komoditas unggulan peternakan adalah karbau, ayam buras, itik, sapi, kambing, dan ayam potong. Sedangkan komoditas komoditas unggulan perikanan, yaitu tambak, perikanan laut, kolam, keramba dan perairan umum. Komoditas unggulan tersebut tersebar di 8 kecamatan dan masing-masing kecamatan memiliki tiga komoditas unggulan.

Abstract

Analysis on sugarcane farming in Bambanglipuro district, Bantul regency, special regency of Yogyakarta has been done to the difference of farming system and to analyze more profitable sugarcane farming between Joint Venture Sugarcane Society (TR.KSU), Partnership Sugarcane Society (TR.KMT), and Independent Sugarcane Society (TR. MAN) farmers.The basic method used is descriptive method and analysis so the analysis on sugarcane farming is worth the effort. Sampling location is at Bambanglipuro district, Bantul Regency with 60 samples taken consisting of 20 Joint Venture Sugarcane Society (TR.KSU) farmers, 20 Partnership Sugarcane Society (TR.KMT) farmers, and 20 Independent Sugarcane Society (TR. MAN) farmers. The result of the research shows that Venture Sugarcane Society (TR.KSU) farmers make profit Rp. 19.180.112/Ha on PC and Rp. 15.531.800/Ha on RC. Partnership Sugarcane Society (TR.KMT) farmers make profit Rp. 18.911.388/Ha on PC and Rp. 15.419.800/Ha on RC, and Independent Sugarcane Society (TR. MAN) farmers make profit Rp 22.983.188/Ha on PC and Rp. 17.985.710/Ha on RC.Value of R/C ratio sugarcane farming per Ha for TR.KSU, TR.KMT, and TR.MAN farmers is more than one. Abstract

Sweat corn is a vegatable that contains carbohydrates, protein, vitamine and sugar content levels are relatively high but low axunge content. In an effort to develop sweat corn often encountered obstacles basically fertility problem and low soil productivity. This research intead to analyze the effect of interaction and single factor dose cow manure and fertilization time on growth and yield of sweat corn. Research carried in integrated land STIPER Muhammadiyah Tanah Grogot, Tapis village sub-districts Tana Paser, district Paser since July-October 2015. This environtment design of this research groop random design (RAK) and the treatment design is split plot design. There are nine combinations of treatments are repeated three times. There are 27 total plots experiment. The result showed that interaction treatment give a significant influence for cob weight with husk and without husk and single treatment dose of cow manure 10 ton ha-1 and fertilizing at the same time planting has been able to increase growth and sweat corn crop yield.Keyword: manure, sweat corn, dose, time

Abstract

Sepatin village of capture fisheries productivity has increased and decreased. This research aims to determine the productivity of fishers who use the traditional fishing gear. This research uses descriptive methods and sampling used by the purposive sampling method. The results showed that fishers catch fish if in good weather conditions. Their catch is on average shrimp, fish, crab, and small crab. The fishing zone is still around the Sepatin village archipelago 2 miles from the coast

Abstract

Influence Giving Entomopatogen Fungus Beauveria bassiana on Pest Attack Rate and Growth and Production on Tomato Plant (Lycopercicum esculentum Mill). This study aims to determine the effect and dose of Entomopatogen Beef Entomopatogen bassiana to the level of pests and the growth and production of tomato plants (Lycopercicum Esculentum mill.)This research was conducted for 4 months from January to April 2017 located at Jalan Pembagunan Kecamatan Long Mesangat, East Kutai Regency. Using Group Random Design (RAK) consisting of 4 treatments The treatment is: B0 = Control B1 = Beauveria bassiana 2 gr / ltr, B2 = Beauveria bassiana 4 gr / ltr, B3 = Beauveria bassiana 6 gr / ltr. To know the effect of treatment then do the analysis of variance and if there is a real influence then proceed with BNT test level 5%.The results showed that the treatment of fungus beauveria bassiana had a very significant effect on the emphasis of pest attack rate, growth increase, flowering age and production of tomato plants at various observations. Dose 6 grams / liter of water beauveria bassiana is the best treatment in suppressing the level of pest attack 14 HST (15.23%), 28 HST (20.37%), 42 HST (11.84%). Increased number of leaves 14 HST (53.65 strands), 28 HST (89.28 strands), 42 HST (141.46 strands). Acceleration of flowering age 25.33 days. The weight of fruit is 172.5 kg and the production rate is 9.79 tons / ha. Keywords: Fungi Beauveria bassiana, Pest. Tomato

Abstract

Kegiatan pembangunan bidang pertanian di Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara perlu dievaluasi dalam rangka mengetahui kinerja pembangunan pertanian yang telah dilaksanakan sekaligus untuk pengambilan kebijakan pengembangan pertanian ke depan yang lebih baik. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pembangunan pertanian di Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara tahun 2014. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis diskriftif kualitatif-kuantitatif, analisis komofitas unggulan, analisis statistika, dan analisis stakeholder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sumbangan sektor pertanian terhadap PDRB Kutai Kartanegara pada tahun 2013 cukup tinggi dibanding sektor lainnya yaitu mencapai 13,84 % (tanpa migas) dan dengan migas sekitar 7,50 %. Hal yang sama dengan PDRB perkapita juga cukup tinggi dan menduduki urutan kedua dibandingkan dengan kabupaten/kota lainnya di Kalimantan Timur, yaitu sebesar Rp 190.250.000,- pada tahun 2013. Sumberdaya manusia di sektor pertanian cukup besar yaitu sekitar 30,25 % atau sekitar (207.330 jiwa dari seluruh penduduk Kutai Kartanegara. Nilai Tukar Petani (NTP) dan Nilai Tukar Nelayan (NTN) pada tahun 2013 rata-rata di atas dari nilai 100, kecuali perikanan budidaya. Komoditas padi sawah, jagung, ubi kayu, kelapa sawit, karet, lada, sapi, ayam, perikanan laut, keramba dan tambak merupakan komoditas unggulan daerah. Khusus untuk padi sawah, luas panen mencapai 37.113 Ha dengan produksi sebesar 189.393 ton. Dari produksi tersebut, daerah ini surplus beras sebesar 37.815,60 ton atau 60.311.97 ton GKG.Key Word : Evaluasi, Pembangunan, Pertanian

Abstract

Interaction among climate, soil, and plants are very important dan influenced on each other. This paper was to inform suitability of climate and soil factors for perennial plants. The perennial plants were classified into plantation and forestry plants. Requirement of climate and soil factors for perennial plants was documented descriptively. Generally, many perennial plants need range annual 500-3,000 mm/year of rainfall, 15-34oC of monthly temperature, 70-90% of monthly relative humidity, and pH of 4.0-8.5. Information on suitability among species of perennial plants, climate elements, and soil properties for perennial plants is needed to support the success of plantation and forest programs. The plantation and forest programs are planned in large scale and long term, therefore selection of the appropriate plant species is vital for determine the successful of planting program.Key words: Climate element, soil properties, perennial plant, plantation plant, forest plant.

Abstract

Effect of superior plant hormone ZPT (hantu) and composition of planting media on the initial growth of dragon fruit (Hylocereus costaricensis) stem cuttings.The research was began in November 2018 until February 2019, taking place in Sukodono Hamlet, Sumber Sari Village, Loa Kulu Subdistrict, Kutai Kartanegara Regency. This research  was arranged in a Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) with 4 x 3 factorial analysis and repeated three times . The first factor is the provision of superior plant hormone ZPT (H) which consists of 4 levels, namely h0 (control or without treatment), h1 (1.5 ml L-1), h2 (3 ml L-1), and h3 (4,5 ml L-1) The second factor is the composition of the planting medium consisting of 3 levels, namely m1 (soil + cow manure (2: 1)), m2 (soil + cow manure (3: 1)), m3 (soil + cow manure (4: 1). The treatment of superior plant hormone ZPT administration had no significant effect on all parameters observed (first shoot time after planting, shoot length, number of shoots and stem circumference shoots 40, 60, and 80 days). The treatment of the composition of the planting medium has no significant effect on all parameters observed (first time shoots after planting, shoot length, number of shoots and stem circumference shoots 40, 60, and 80 days).
