Abstract

Influence Giving Entomopatogen Fungus Beauveria bassiana on Pest Attack Rate and Growth and Production on Tomato Plant (Lycopercicum esculentum Mill). This study aims to determine the effect and dose of Entomopatogen Beef Entomopatogen bassiana to the level of pests and the growth and production of tomato plants (Lycopercicum Esculentum mill.)This research was conducted for 4 months from January to April 2017 located at Jalan Pembagunan Kecamatan Long Mesangat, East Kutai Regency. Using Group Random Design (RAK) consisting of 4 treatments The treatment is: B0 = Control B1 = Beauveria bassiana 2 gr / ltr, B2 = Beauveria bassiana 4 gr / ltr, B3 = Beauveria bassiana 6 gr / ltr. To know the effect of treatment then do the analysis of variance and if there is a real influence then proceed with BNT test level 5%.The results showed that the treatment of fungus beauveria bassiana had a very significant effect on the emphasis of pest attack rate, growth increase, flowering age and production of tomato plants at various observations. Dose 6 grams / liter of water beauveria bassiana is the best treatment in suppressing the level of pest attack 14 HST (15.23%), 28 HST (20.37%), 42 HST (11.84%). Increased number of leaves 14 HST (53.65 strands), 28 HST (89.28 strands), 42 HST (141.46 strands). Acceleration of flowering age 25.33 days. The weight of fruit is 172.5 kg and the production rate is 9.79 tons / ha. Keywords: Fungi Beauveria bassiana, Pest. Tomato

Abstract

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh pemberian pupuk organik vedagro berpengaruh nyata terhadap parameter tinggi tanaman umur 60 hari setelah tanam, diameter batang umur 60 hari setelah tanam, umur berbunga, dan umur panen tanaman cabai rawit tetapi tidak berbeda nyata terhadap parameter tinggi tanaman dan diameter batang umur 20 dan 40 hari setelah tanam, berat buah segar dan berat kering tanaman. Pengaruh pemberian pupuk organik vedagro yang terbaik dihasilkan pada perlakuan 10 gram/polibag sementara pengaruh pemberian pupuk prima organik yang terbaik dihasilkan pada perlakuan 4 gram/liter air tetapi pengaruh pemberian pupuk organik vedagro dan pupuk prima organik tidak memberikan hasil yang baik terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman cabai rawit.

Abstract

The domestic need of soybeans in Indonesia has yet to be met due to its low productivity. One effort to improve it is through the provision of rhizobium, NPK fertilizer and bokashi. The purpose of this study was to determine the interaction effects of rhizobium, NPK fertilizers and bokashi in peat soil on growth and yield parameters of soybean. The research used a two-factorial Randomized Block design (RBD) with three replicates.  The first factor was rhizobium (without and with rhizobium).  The rhizobium added was at a rate of 20 g legin/kg seed. The second factor is the rates of fertilizers (with no fertilizer added, 25 kg NPK/ha, 50 kg NPK/ha, 75 kg NPK/ha and 2 ton bokashi/ha).  The results showed that the interaction of the rhizobium and the NPK fertilizer added at 20 kg/ha was significantly affected plant height, number of pods per plant, number of filled pods per plant, number of seeds per plant but it was not significant on leaf number, number of seeds per pod, weight of 100 seeds and number of root nodules. The interaction of the rhizobium and the NPK fertilizer added at 50 kg/ha significantly affected plant height, number of pods per plant, number of seeds per pod, number of seeds per plant, number of root nodules but no significant effect on leaf number and weights of 100 seeds. The interaction of the rhizobium and the NPK fertilizer added at 75 kg/ha significantly affected plant height, number of pods per plant, number of pods per plant, number of seed pods per plant but no significant effect on leaf number, number of seeds per pod, weight of 100 seeds and number of root nodules. The interaction of the rhizobium and the bokashi significantly affected number of pods per plant, number of filled pods per plant, number of seeds per plant but no significant effect on plant height, number of leaves, weight of 100 seeds and number of nodules.

Abstract

Permasalahan kedelai di Indonesia adalah tidak terpenuhi kebutuhan dalam negeri karena produktivitas yang rendah. Salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkannya melalui pemberian Rhizobium, pupuk NPK dan bokashi. Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh interaksi pemberian Rhizobium, pupuk NPK dan bokashi pada tanah gambut terhadap tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, jumlah polong per tanaman, jumlah polong isi per tanaman, jumlah biji per polong, jumlah biji per tanaman, bobot 100 biji, dan jumlah bintil akar. Metode Rancangan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) faktorial dengan 2 faktor dan tiga ulangan yaitu faktor pertama tanpa Rhizobium (RO) dan dengan Rhizobium (R1) Rhizobium diberikan bersamaan saat tanam dengan cara mencampurkan benih dengan Rhizobium dengan dosis 20 g legin/kg benih. Faktor kedua adalah dosis pupuk NPK dan pupuk bokashi yang terdiri dari atas 4 taraf 0 kg/ha (PO) 25 kg/ha (P1), 50 kg/ha (P2) dan 75 kg/ha (P3) dan pemberian pupuk bokashi dengan dosis 2 ton/ha (P4). Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat interaksi Rhisobium dengan pupuk NPK dosis 20 kg/ha berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman, jumlah polong per tanaman, jumlah polong isi per tanaman, jumlah biji per tanaman dan tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap jumlah daun, jumlah biji per polong, bobot 100 biji dan jumlah bintil akar. Interaksi Rhizobium dengan pupuk NPK dosis 50 kg/ha berpengaruh nyata serta memberikan hasil terbaik terhadap tinggi tanaman, jumlah polong per tanaman, jumlah polong isi per tanaman, jumlah biji per polong, jumlah biji per tanaman, jumlah bintil akar dan tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap jumlah daun dan bobot 100 biji. Interaksi Rhizobium dengan pupuk NPK dosis 75 kg/ha berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman, jumlah polong per tanaman, jumlah polong isi per tanaman, jumlah polong biji per tanaman dan tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap jumlah daun, jumlah biji per polong, bobot 100 biji dan jumlah bintil akar. Interkasi Rhizobium dengan pupuk bokashi 2 ton/ha berpengaruh nyata terhadap jumlah polong per tanaman, jumlah polong isi per tanaman, jumlah biji per tanaman dan tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, bobot 100 biji dan jumlah bintil akar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis interaksi antara dosis biochar TKKS dan konsentrasi bakteri metanotrof dalam meningkatkan produksi padi sawah, jumlah populasi bakteri dan perubahan sifat kimia tanah. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Desa Lantula Kecamatan Witaponda Kabupaten Morowali Sulawesi Tengah pada bulan Agustus sampai Desember 2021. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Petak Terpisah terdiri dari 2 Faktor. Petak utama dosis biochar TKKS terdiri 4 dosis yaitu: B0: tanpa biochar TKKS (kontrol), B1: biochar TKKS dosis 2 ton/ha, B2: biochar TKKS dosis 3 ton/ha, B3: biochar TKKS dosis 4 ton/ha dan Anak Petak konsenterasi bakteri metanotrof terdiri atas 4 konsenterasi yaitu: M0: tanpa bakteri metanotropik (kontrol), M1: sebanyak 5 liter res/ha, M2: bakteri 7,5 liter/ha metanotrof, M3: 10 liter/ha bakteri metanotrof masing masing perlakuan diulang sebanyak tiga kali. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis variansnya, dan jika terdapat pengaruh yang otentik dan akurat dilakukan uji lanjutan dengan uji LSD pada taraf (α 0,05). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa interaksi biochar TKKS 3 ton/ha dan bakteri menotrofik 5 liter/ha menunjukkan hasil terbaik untuk tinggi tanaman. Interaksi 4 ton biochar TKKS per ha dan 7,5 liter/ha bakteri metanotrof menunjukkan hasil terbaik untuk bobot gabah/ha, bobot gabah per petak, jumlah gabah utuh dan persentase gabah kosong terendah. Interaksi biochar TKKS dan bakteri metanotrof dapat meningkatkan pH, C organik, nitrogen, kapasitas tukar kation (KTK), Ca, Mg, Na dan P205. Total populasi bakteri tanah meningkat dari 54,05x106 (Cfu/mL) menjadi 15,85x107 (Cfu/mL) setelah penambahan biochar TKKS dan bakteri metanotrof.

Abstract

The aim of this studyto improve passing ability by usingdrill method on studentsSMPN 2 BUA class VIII. This research includes classroom action research.The research subjects were grade VIII students of SMPN 2 BUA, with a total of 32 students, consisting of 18 boys and 14 girls in the 2023/2024 academic year.The meetings in this study were designed in two cycles, namely cycle I and cycle II. Passing data collection was carried out using passing assessment process sheets in cycles I and II. The collected data were analyzed quantitatively. The results of the quantitative analysis of passing data show that the number of students who passed in cycle I was 22 students with a percentage of 69% and the number of students who completed in cycle II was 30 people with a percentage of 94%. The results of the analysis show that there is a significant increase in passing ability. Based on the results of data analysis it was concluded that there was an increase in passing abilityby usingdrill method on studentsSMPN 2 BUA class VIII.

Abstract

This paper examines the application of waqf to the source of funds for the Pesantren DDI Al-Ihsan in Kanang. Objective is to reveal private educational institutions at the Pesantren DDI Al-Ihsan in Kanang which can carry out an important role in the education of Islam in Indonesia. This paper reveals social facts so that a qualitative research field is carried out. This paper shows that graduates from the Pesantren DDI Al-Ihsan in Kanang have succeeded in becoming quality leaders who are no less competitive than graduates from public educational institutions. The success of graduates can be seen through the ability and independence in managing their finances by optimizing the management of the use of waqf funds. Waqf funds are one of the sources of funds at the Pesantren DDI Al-Ihsan in Kanang to meet their needs, such as in terms of construction and other required facilities.

Abstract

Strategic Planning in education, especially in higher education, is a critical component in maintaining the quality and relevance of education. FKIP Lecturer (Faculty of Teaching and Education) of Widya Gama Mahakam Samarinda University has an essential role in planning Strategic platform development and innovation. This article aims to discuss planning strategies that can be carried out by FKIP UWGM lecturers in developing platform-learning innovation at the University. Strategic planning and innovation approaches are used to understand the steps that FKIP lecturers can take to achieve these goals. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive approach. The results of this study indicate that FKIP lecturers need strategic planning in developing an e-learning platform, including needs analysis, instructional design, technology used, and learning evaluation. Strategic planning by FKIP lecturers in developing innovative e-learning platforms is essential to improve the quality of learning. Through proper planning, lecturers can provide learning experiences that meet student needs, integrate appropriate technology, and conduct effective evaluations.

Abstract

Indonesia is the world's largest producer of palm oil, with millions of hectares of plantations. However, along with the growth of the palm oil industry, various challenges and issues related to the worker welfare have emerged. One important issue is musculoskeletal disorders or health problems associated with work in palm oil plantations. Workers in palm oil plantations are often exposed to heavy and repetitive work conditions, such as carrying heavy loads, performing monotonous movements, and working in non-ergonomic positions. These factors can increase the risk of musculoskeletal disorders, such as back pain, shoulder pain, neck pain, and other health issues. Therefore, this research aims to evaluate existing musculoskeletal disorders and provide recommendations for improvement and management of ergonomic risks in PT. DSN in Muara Wahau. The research methods include direct observation of palm oil farmers during their work, structured interviews to gather information on complaints and ergonomic risks, and the use of ergonomic analysis methods in accordance with the SNI 9011:2021 standard. The data obtained will be analyzed to identify ergonomic risk factors contributing to musculoskeletal disorders. The results of this study showed that  all of palm oil harvesting workers experienced high risk level on their neck, while all of palm oil transportation workers encountered high risk on their elbow. Stretching or warm-up exercises before and after work were recommended to reduce the risk of injuries caused by non-ergonomic work positions among harvesting workers. Furthermore, redesigning Hook-T was recommended in order to minimize the MSD among palm oil transportation workers.

Abstract

Abstract. Parents embed values that they value from one generation to the next through nurturing. The purpose of this study is to describe the childcare in the Bugis family. The study used a qualitative approach with case study methods. Data collection uses semi-structured interviews with thematic analysis. The informant was chosen in purposive sampling which took three units of the Bugis family consisting of fathers, mothers, and 15-year-old children and indigenous people as supporting informant. The results of this study show that in the three families of Bugis tribe prioritizes siri' value especially in the parenting of daughters. In families who nurture boy, in addition to instilling a siri' value also imparts the value of ammaccang and reso'. The process of planting those values, parents have full authority on the children in applying the rules and give understanding to the child, as well as values in the family can be practiced and maintained. If the child commits a value violation, then the parent is given punishment and provides explanation to the child regarding the parent's actions, so that the child can accept and behave in accordance with the expectations desired parents.Keywords: family; Siri’ value; child parenting; Bugis tribe
