This study focused on seeing the effect of mediation of job satisfaction between competency and motivation towards lecturer achievement and also  partially  tested both variables. The object of this study was lecturers at   universities in Gorontalo, with 100 respondents by spreading quisioner online. This study also uses structural equation technique with data analysis using SEM-PLS. The results showed that competency variables have a positive and significant influence both partially and mediation of job satisfaction to lecturer achievement. This research can be a reference for universities in looking at competency and motivation relationships through mediating of job satisfaction towards lecturer awards to be able to take the right policies. This research in the design is static, the model that we developed based on empirical studies and testing that is only limited to putting together a simple relationship related to competency variables and motivation as variables that can affect lecturer achievement by mediation of job satisfaction variables.

This study aims to examine the influence of store price image which is consisting of price fairness images, price pleasure images, price rewards images, price value images on overall store price images (OSPI), and repurchase intentions. The study also examines the role of moderation variables, store image, and price sensitivity on the relationship between OSPI and repurchase intentions. Several 423 respondents were recruited using a purposive sampling method. The structured questionnaire was distributed offline to respondents using paper and pencil test techniques. Data is processed using variant-based SEM (SmartPLS). The results showed that all antecedent variables of store price images have a positive effect on OSPI. Furthermore, OSPI effect positively on repurchase intentions. The study findings show that store image and price sensitivity did not moderate the relationship between OSPI and repurchase intention. This study found interesting results that store image and price sensitivity are mediating variables.

This study aims to test the relationship and influence between intellectual intelligence and emotional intelligence towards competency and performance and partially test both variables. The object of this study was a civil servant at the Gorontalo Regency Regional Secretariat Office with a sample of 150 respondents by spreading questioner online. This study also uses structural equation technique with data analysis using SEM-PLS. The results showed that intellectual intelligence variables positively and significantly influence employees' competence and performance. On the other hand, emotional intelligence does not have a significant effect on employee performance. This research can reference relevant agencies in looking at the relationship between intellectual intelligence and emotional intelligence to employees' competence and performance to take the right policies. This research in the design is static. The model that we developed based on empirical studies and testing is limited to establishing simple relationships related to intellectual intelligence and emotional intelligence variables that can affect employees' competence and performance.

There are many studies that focused on the role of organizational commitment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) specifically conducted in Indonesia. However, few of studies emphasize on the role of three conceptual constructs of organizational commitment namely affective, normative, and continuance on OCB in Indonesian context. Several empirical studies still remain inconclusive due to the inconsistency results. This research is intended as an empirical test to examine the role of three conceptual dimensions of commitment on OCB, and also tested to add body of knowledge about the results of this empirical study in Indonesia especially in hospitality industry. This is a quantitative causal research with 73 three-starred hotels’ employees as the respondents. The data is processed using SmartPLS 2.0 as the statistical tools, and as the result it is found that affective commitment affects positively and significantly toward OCB; normative commitment affects positively and significantly toward OCB; and lastly continuance commitment affects positively and significantly toward OCB.

Financial attitudes in emergency fund ownership decision-making are important in shaping decision-making behavior to have an emergency fund. In order to obtain an accurate profile of financial attitudes in emergency fund ownership decision-making, it required a good instrument with precise measurement model. This study focuses on developing a financial attitude scale in emergency fund ownership decision-making using Rasch model. The participants were 106 respondents and after going through 2 analysis process stages using Winsteps, the instruments possessed a very decent reliability index, both from alpha cronbach’s and item reliability value. The items has also met the accuracy of the item model, the unidimensionality number was above the standard, as well as the unexplainable variance by the instruments was not exceed the standard. Overall, it can be concluded that financial attitude scale in emergency fund ownership decision-making held a decent psychometric attitude, so that this attitude scale can be used to a second stage pilot test process with a larger number of respondents.
