<![CDATA[Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Islamic Boarding School is a combination of Religion and general science. This Islamic boarding school still maintains its traditional system by using the method of sorogan and wetonan in carrying out the process of its education system especially in the study of classical books while the quality of education in the Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Islamic Boarding School is quite good. Educational programs in the Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Islamic Boarding School, namely formal education programs including Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) and Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs), non-formal education in the form of diniyah education for 6 years for SD/MI graduates and 3-year program for graduates MTs. The social program includes preaching and social activities of students. One of the factors supporting the implementation of the education system in the Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Islamic Boarding School which is urgent and important is the building. From year to year, Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Islamic Boarding School experienced a development starting with buying land or land until now it has become a building that can be occupied and to study Islam. The inhibiting factor in the implementation of the Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Islamic Boarding School is the most urgent matter in terms of dormitory because, with the increasing number of students, a large place for students to live or live is needed.]]>

<![CDATA[Ethics can be the values or norms that become a guideline for a person or group in regulating their behavior. In this study, the researchers took the Raudhatul Khuffadz Aimas Islamic boarding school in Sorong Regency as a study site. The Book of Ta'lim al-Muta’allim. Relationship ethics to the teacher or religious teacher and teacher in the environment of the Raudhatul Khuffadz Islamic Boarding School although not yet fully achieved because of differences in the character of each individual student. However, as the results of interviews with board administrators that it is not an inhibiting factor in realizing what they have learned either through studying the book itself or through studies guided by the cleric and his cleric. They not only realize it in the hut environment but also formal education and also when they return to their respective homes.]]>

<![CDATA[This study discusses "The Influence of Teacher Creativity on Learning Achievement of the Subjects of Islamic Morals in Students of Class XII of Religion in Madrasa Aliyah Negeri Sorong City in 2019. The purpose of this study is to explore and describe the workings of teachers for learning XII students of religious subjects of the Islamic creed. in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Sorong City. This type of research is quantitative research. The samples in this study were 20 people. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The collected data is then processed using SPSS type 22 application program assistance. Based on the results of statistical analysis with the help of the SPSS type 22 application, the results obtained at the teacher level are classified as medium qualifications, namely at intervals of 36-39. Sorong, this completes with a t count of 1.958> t table (2.080).]]>

<![CDATA[The research in this thesis is motivated by the low student learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subjects caused by Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers in presenting subject matter which is sometimes monotonous. Teachers are more likely to use the lecture method in learning, thereby making students bored. Therefore, researchers chose one of the cooperative learning models namely the Numbered Head Together (NHT) model to improve student learning outcomes. This model uses a grouping system with 4-6 members, which in the implementation phase includes the numbering, asking questions, thinking together and answering questions. This research is a classroom action research (CAR) conducted at Sorong Public High School 2, which aims to improve the learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) students by using the cooperative learning model type Numbered Head Together (NHT). The subjects of this study were students of class XII Science 3 of SMA Negeri 2 Sorong in the odd semester of the 2015/2016 academic year totaling 22 people. This research was conducted in 2 cycles, namely the first cycle and the second cycle was held 2 meetings. Data retrieval is done using learning outcomes tests and observation sheets. The collected data were analyzed both quantitative and qualitative data. Quantitative data is calculated using the SPSS 16.0 formula. The results obtained after the action are given, namely: (1) the activeness of students during the learning process in the classroom has increased, (2) in the first cycle the average score of the Islamic Religious Education learning outcomes (PAI) of students is 71.91 are in the medium category and in the second cycle the average score of the test results of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) students was 88.50 in the high category, (3) in the first cycle the number of students who thoroughly studied in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) was 11 people ( 50%), while in cycle II the number of students who have finished learning is 20 people (90.91%), and (4) the students' responses to the Numbered Head Together (NHT) type of cooperative learning model are 95.45%. From the results of this study, in general, it can be concluded that an increase in learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) class XII students of Sorong Public High School 2 after applying the Numbered Head Together (NHT) type of cooperative learning model.]]>

<![CDATA[This study titled "Perception of Class XI Accounting Students Against Professionalism of Islamic Religious Education in the Application of Teaching Methods in SMK Negeri 1 Kota Sorong" reasons the authors are interested in the title above because of the low understanding of students about the understanding of methods and the lack of professional attitude of PAI teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Sorong City. This research is motivated because not least the teacher's priority scale in teaching is the activity of the teacher itself, even though the real learning is active students in every process of teaching and learning activities. In addition, students' perceptions are not good towards the professionalism of teachers in carrying out their duties and responsibilities at school, one of which is in the application of teaching methods in class so that students are able to understand learning material easily. This type of research is qualitative research with descriptive analysis research. Data collection techniques were obtained by using: 1) interview, namely knowing students' perceptions directly and knowing the methods used by teachers in the classroom. 2) Documentation is in the form of data about the school and documentation throughout the research. The results showed that the XI grade accounting students of SMK Negeri 1 Sorong City had a good perception of the professionalism of Islamic religious education teachers being classified as good.]]>

<![CDATA[This study entitled "The Relationship of Emotional Quotient with Student Learning Motivation in the Subjects of Fiqh in MA Muhammadiyah Aimas Sorong Regency" which discusses emotional quotient (emotional intelligence) can affect student motivation in fiqh subjects. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence with student motivation in the subject of Fiqh in MA Muhammadiyah Aimas, Sorong Regency? The purpose of this study is to describe the relationship of emotional intelligence with student learning motivation on fiqh subjects at MA Muhammadiyah Aimas, Sorong Regency. This type of research is quantitative using survey methods and correlational techniques. The sample of this study was the XI grade students of MA Muhammadiyah Aimas with a total of 22 students. In order to obtain the required data, the authors use the Likert scale questionnaire method. The data that has been collected is then processed using the help of the SPSS application for Windows 20.Based on the results of statistical analysis using the help of the SPSS application program for Windows 20, the results of the study showed that emotional intelligence influenced students' learning motivation in fiqh subjects in class XI students.]]>
