Bidayatuna: Jurnal Pendidikan Guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (p-ISSN: 2621-2153, e-ISSN: 2715-0232) terbit dua kali dalam setahun, yakni bulan Oktober dan April. Jurnal ini diterbitkan oleh LP3M Institut Agama Islam Syarifuddin Wonorejo Lumajang. Jurnal ini bertujuan untuk menampung pemikiran kritis dan terbuka bagi semua kalangan (akademisi, agamawan, intelektual dan mahasiswa) dengan spesifikasi kajian dan penelitian di bidang Pendidikan Dasar Islam, Guru Kelas Madrasah Ibtidaiyah dan/ atau Guru Kelas Sekolah Dasar juga Manajemen Pendidikan Guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah.

<![CDATA[Today, many students are not familiar with algebra. They consider algebra to be a scary lesson. Not even a few who really hate this lesson. Starting from there, algebra material always tries to be presented in a more pleasing form. Appearances that feel new are indeed worth showing to increase the love of algebra. The concept of algebra, consciously or unconsciously, has actually been taught from an early age in kindergarten, Play Group. For example when studying while playing / singing accompanied by a knock on a table, chair or other object. By paying attention to the sequence of repeating beats, the teacher can simply explain the concept of algebra to the child according to his level of reasoning. One difficulty in solving problems is to explain the answers we try to find from the unknown. In algebra if they are numbers, they are often explained by letters such as 'a' or 'x'. This usually leads to misunderstanding. In arithmetic, letters are used as abbreviations for measurements, for example if the length of the garden is known to be 12 m. which means 12 meters. sometimes 3a + 4b which means '3 apples and 4 bananas'. In the context of algebra, 3a + 4b means 3 times a plus 4 times b, that is, a and b do not represent apples and bananas, they stand alone for unknown numbers. If ‘a’ is 5 and ‘b’ is 2 then 3a + 4b will be 3x5 + 4x2 = 15 + 8 = 23.]]>

<![CDATA[School is a forum for improving the quality of human resources. Therefore, it is not surprising that education has been the problem that government has to find a common ground. School is an institution that is expected by the community, government and the state to create quality human resources. To create a quality school, it needs to be managed properly in accordance with the functions and goals of education itself. So that the output which is the focal point in education can play a role in accordance with the duties and functions according to the institution they do. Human resource management is equally important in the process of improving the quality of education in general. Therefore, the management of human resource also needs to be carried out optimally so that what is needed by individual, organizations or institutions can be achieved. In addition, good management of human resources in education will also answer challenges related to competitiveness, which is a problem in our country today.]]>

<![CDATA[Education in the 20th century was more focused on the formal direction, so that rarely students who want to study at the Musholla, as if there was no time to study Koran, sometimes students can not study at all. To realize this, a special institution which facilitates the learning of the Koran is needed. This research used descriptive qualitative method and data analysis using triangulation. The result of research on the implementation of the Tilawati method in MIS Tarbiyatul Mubtadiin is said to be quite good because learning there only runs within one year but the progress of reading ability of the Koran is greatly improved. It can be seen that an increase in values is quite good and the achievement in the Koran contest is very good.]]>

<![CDATA[This article discusses basic education programs for children with special needs in Surabaya. The program is carried out by the Surabaya City Education Office through the provision of Disability Service Centers or PDC, which are located in the West, East, North, South and downtown of Surabaya. In 2009, children with special needs were given learning facilities together with children without special needs through inclusive schools. In the inclusive school, there are Special Advisory Teachers (SPT) who have a bachelor's background in special education and a bachelor of psychology. In 2016, the inclusive school program that was already running was strengthened by the existence of PDC. This program is proof that Surabaya is serious about providing protection and services for people from various backgrounds or levels of society. This is also an effort to implement the spirit of the 1945 Constitution which is based on social justice principles, including in the field of education. The theory used in this article relates to basic education, counseling (because children with special needs need this intervention), and public policy. The method used is qualitative with a literature review approach. This article discusses how PDC's public policy is related to the concept of sustainable development outlined by the United Nations and the concept of the benefit of the Ummah that is emphasized by Islamic teachings. The results of this study show that the PDC program is compatible with sustainable social development and the spirit of fostering the benefit of the people. Thus, this program deserves to be continued, of course with the openness to make improvements at a later date, and is suitable for replication in other areas.]]>

<![CDATA[Learning outcomes are the culmination of all teaching and learning activities, because they are part of the benchmarks for the assessment of learners and teachers through various learning patterns and methods within a certain period of time. This is to become a new and further framework for teaching and learning activities (KBM). Learning outcomes are also inspired by methods from the teacher to students and their feedback. Various types of learning methods have been used as a learning formulation, one of which is Jig Saw Learning, this method is an interesting strategy to use if the material to be studied can be divided into several parts and the material is not in the order. The advantages of this strategy are all students learn and teach others. This method is can be implemented in various subjects with supporting capacities and tools such as syllabus, implementation of learning (RPP), student activity sheets (LKS), formative tests, and test validity. In this study the authors conducted a study to what extent the effectiveness of the Jig Saw Learning method was applied in Indonesian language lesson by comparing the theory with the application of the method, not only on learning outcomes, but also on students' understanding and mastery of the subject matter.]]>

<![CDATA[Educational process services are integration of educational processes and outcomes standards. Educational institutions apply service standards based on the future design of the institution as an organization, namely the Vision. Educational institutions have a vision and organizational goals as guides in achieving their goals, so are Islamic boarding schools. This research is motivated by a phenomenon that is contrary to the strength of the vision of the Islamic boarding school in creating educational processes and services that meet the standards of consumer needs. The performance of the pesantren leadership, namely Kiai, greatly determines the vision that becomes the movement for pesantren organizations to provide excellent educational services. The effectiveness of the organization in Islamic boarding schools is very dependent on the work of the Kiai as a guide, a mover for institutional change, communicator, and mentor. <![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to find out whether there is an influence of the use of game applications on smartphones on the learning outcomes of PGSD STKIP PGRI Trenggalek student learning outcomes, by using quantitative research methods with non-experimental research types or Ex-postfacto. Data obtained by distributing questionnaires through google form with the aim to determine the effect of using game applications on smartphones (independent variables) and documentation to determine student learning outcomes (dependent variable). After the data is collected, it is analyzed by the simple linear regression hypothesis test. The result of analyzing the data it is known that there is a significant influence with the results of r count = 7.774 and consulted with the value of t table = 1.699 with a confidence level of 95%. While the influence of variable X (the use of game applications on smartphones) on the Y variable (learning outcomes) was 49.4%. With these results, the alternative hypothesis is accepted and the null hypothesis is rejected. In other words it can be concluded that there is a significant influence on the use of game applications on smartphones on the learning outcomes of PGSD STKIP PGRI Trenggalek student learning outcomes.]]>

<![CDATA[The low pedagodic ability of the teacher affects in carrying out a practical learning activity in class V SDN Barat 02 Padang, Lumajang and learning with lecture model and assignments carried out by the teacher during the learning delivery process taking place at SDN BARAT 02 Padang, Lumajang. This study used a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews and document study. This study shows the concept of learning cognitivism, which is a learning process involving mental activities in students and the implementation of the concept of learning cognitivism through practicum in science subjects in class V SDN Barat 02 Padang, Lumajang.Teachers make preparations for various things, from the material that will be delivered until the material used for practice and things important during the learning process.]]>

<![CDATA[This article explains the importance of collaboration and synergy in teaching team management between lecturers and scout trainers to realize the achievement of scouting mastery learning ins Study Program of Islamic Elementary Education(PGMI). This research is a literature review with a conceptual approach. The selection and sorting of relevant data is carried out and then analyzed in a descriptive qualitative manner. The research formulation is how the team teaching management of scouting courses in Islamic elementary education courses? The result of the study states : first; teaching team is started and based on the MoU between study programs or faculties stake holders and scout coaches. Second; teaching teams of scouting collaborate continuously in the implementation or education of basic and advanced courses. Third; teaching team of strengthening the role of the education and training center as well as research and development in research and public service in scouting. Fourth; teaching team in distribution evaluation of Scoutmaster students to group of siaga and penggalang as a test of the competency of professional teacher candidates on an ongoing basis.]]>

<![CDATA[The development of technology seem that affected the change of socio-emotional early childhood. Moreover, the appearance of Pandemic Covid-19 make the technology effect toward the socio-emotional early childhood. The research aim to know the development of Socialmotional among the Islamic Elementary School students within the school learning online_based. The method used was Purposive sampling. The analysis was using the two theories; Psychosocial Eric Ericson and The Maslow Emotional Development. The result of data analysis was the development of socio-emotional among the children in Daring learning are various, some are having no confidence in their ability of thinking for join the online learning well, some are close friends and parents which make the student depend on them, when his/her friends done, he/she did it. When the parent command, he/she would do it and vise verse. Those are because the lack of their emotional quotient, fluctiative feeling, sometime in happiness, sometime in sadness, and the lack of their sensitivity to environment.]]>
