Abstract

Abstrak— Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dari Baitul Mal Aceh pada tahun 2022, Baitul Mal Aceh membuka program bantual modal usaha individu untuk mendorong pertumbuhan usaha dan memberdayakan keluarga pra sejahtera. Baitul Mal Aceh menyalurkan bantuan usaha kepada pelaku usaha mikro yang berdomisili di 5 kabupaten/kota dengan persentase kemiskinan tertinggi di aceh. Total jumlah pendaftar pada tahun tersebut mencapai 22.602 pelaku usaha. Tingginya minat masyarakat untuk mendapatkan program penerimaan modal usaha pada Baitul Mal Aceh harus didukung dengan kemampuan penyeleksian kelayakan penerima modal dengan mudah dan cepat. Hal ini diperlukan agar penerima modal usaha dapat terlayani dengan baik. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut penelitian ini mengusulkan perancangan sistem pendukung keputusan menggukana Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART). Penelitian ini dilakukan di Baitul Mal Aceh yang merupakan salah satu lembaga yang mengelola dan mengembangkan zakat, infaq, waqaf, harta keagamaan lainnya dan pengawasan perwalian berdasarkan syariat islam. Penelitian ini mengguanakan 7 (tujuh) kriteria penerimaan modal usaha yaitu ktp, level usaha, lama usaha, modal usaha, pendapatan, status, domisili. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan sistem yang diusulkan dapat melakukan penyeleksian kelayanan penerima bantuan modal usaha pada Baitul Mal Aceh dengan tepat dan efisien.Kata kunci: sistem pendukung keputusan, smart, penerima modal usaha, baitul mal acehAbstract— Based of data obtained from Baitul Mal Aceh in 2022, Baitul Mal Aceh will open an individual business capital assistance program to encourage business growth and empower underprivileged families. Baitul Mal Aceh distributes business assistance to micro-entrepreneurs who are domiciled in 5 districts/cities with the highest poverty percentage in Aceh. The total number of registrants in that year reached 22,602 business actors. The high level of public interest in obtaining a business capital acceptance program at Baitul Mal Aceh must be supported by the ability to select the eligibility of recipients of capital easily and quickly. This is necessary so that business capital recipients can be served properly. Based on these problems, this study proposes the design of a decision support system using the Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART). This research was conducted at Baitul Mal Aceh which is one of the institutions that manages and develops zakat, infaq, waqf, other religious assets and supervision of trusteeship based on Islamic law. This study uses 7 (seven) criteria for receiving business capital, namely identity card, business level, length of business, business capital, income, status, domicile. Abstract

Abstrak— Kelulusan mahasiswa merupakan tanda berakhirnya mahasiswa dalam menyelesaikan pendidikan pada jenjang sarjana. Kelulusan juga merupakan hasil akhir pencapaian yang membanggakan dalam menempuh suatu pendidikan pada jenjang tertentu. Untuk memenuhi standar kopetensi lulusan bagi mahasiswa program sarjana (S1) beban wajib yang harus ditempuh adalah paling sedikit 144 SKS dengan masa studi waktu maksimal 14 semester. Tetapi penulis melihat di lapangan terdapat beberapa mahasiswa yang tidak bisa lulus tepat waktu. Dalam kasus ini, penulis melakukan penelitian di prodi Teknik Informatika. Penulis melihat ada beberapa mahasiswa yang tidak dapat menyelesaikan masa perkuliahannya dengan tepat waktu. Untuk itu, penulis membuat sebuah aplikasi prediksi kelulusan mahasiswa untuk melihat apakah para mahasiswa dapat lulus tepat waktu atau tidak.Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan metode SAW (Simple Additive Weight) untuk melakukan proses prediksi kelulusan dengan perhitungan kriteria seperti nilai IPK, IP, semester berjalan, dan juga kecukupan SKS. Penelitian ini menguji setidaknya 25 mahasiswa dengan kriteria nilai berupa IPK, 2 nilai IPS terakhir, Semester berjalan dan banyaknya SKS yang diambil. Hasil dari sistem yaitu, V23 dengan nilai 1, mendapatkan peringkat 1, memiliki kemungkinan tinggi untuk bisa menyelesaikan perkuliahan tepat waktu.Kata kunci: Kelulusan, Informatika, SAW, IPK, SKSAbstract— Student graduation is a sign of the end of students in completing education at the undergraduate level. Graduation is also the final result of a proud achievement in pursuing an education at a certain level. To meet graduate competency standards for undergraduate students (S1) the mandatory load that must be taken is at least 144 credits with a maximum study period of 14 semesters. However, the author sees that in the field there are several students who cannot graduate on time. In this case, the authors conducted research in the Informatics Engineering study program. The author sees that there are some students who cannot complete their studies on time. For this reason, the authors created a student graduation prediction application to see whether students could graduate on time or not. In this study, the authors used the SAW (Simple Additive Weight) method to carry out the graduation prediction process by calculating criteria such as GPA, GPA, semester running, and also the adequacy of credits. This study tested at least 25 students with grade criteria in the form of GPA, the last 2 IPS scores, the current semester and the number of credits taken. The results of the system, namely, V23 with a value of 1, get a rank of 1, have a high probability of being able to complete lectures on time.Keywords: Keywords : Graduation, Informatics, SAW, GPA, Credit

Abstract

Abstrak— Penyajian informasi jadwal praktek dokter dan poli pada Rumah Sakit Sultan Iskandar Muda Nagan Raya selama ini masih belum terpublikasi dengan bauk kepada masyarakat. Untuk mengetahui jadwal dokter dan poli masyarakat mengharuskan diri ke rumah sakit langsung. Permasalahan pada informasi yang diberikan pihak Rumah Sakit khususnya pada website yang tersedia tidak adanya informasi jadwal dokter, jadwal poli. Dengan adanya teknologi informasi berupa aplikasi, nantinya masyarakat bisa mengetahui dengan akurat jadwal dokter dan fasilitas kesehatan yang tersedia di Rumah Sakit Sultan Iskandar Muda. Masyarakat tidak perlu datang langsung ke Rumah Sakit apabila hanya sekedar untuk mengetahui jadwal dokter dan fasilitas kesehatan yang tersedia. Guna mengatasi permasalahan tersebut dibutuhkan sebuah sistem yang dapat memberikan informasi terkait dengan jadwal dokter dan fasilitas yang ada pada Rumah sakit tersebut secara online. Teknologi yang digunakan pada sistem ini nantinya berbasis websiste di sisi admin dan android pada bagian pengguna atau masyarakat. Teknologi yang digunakan untuk membangun aplikasi android menggunakan bahasa pemrograman dart dengan framework flutter. Informasi yang disajikan dari aplikasi ini berupa jadwal dokter dan fasilitas baik poliklinik, dan sebagainya yang tersedia pada Rumah Sakit Sultan Iskandar Muda.Kata Kunci : Android, jadwal dokter, fasilitas rumah sakit, kesehatan, flutterAbstract—The presentation of doctor and polyclinic schedule information at Sultan Iskandar Muda Nagan Raya Hospital has not been effectively communicated to the public. To obtain doctor and polyclinic schedules, people are required to visit the hospital directly. The problem lies in the lack of information provided by the hospital, particularly on their website, where there is no information about doctor schedules or polyclinic schedules. With the use of information technology in the form of an application, the public will be able to accurately access the schedules of doctors and healthcare facilities available at Sultan Iskandar Muda Hospital. People will no longer need to visit the hospital just to find out about doctor schedules and available healthcare facilities. To address this issue, a system is needed that can provide online information regarding doctor schedules and available facilities at the hospital. The technology used in this system will be based on a website for the admin side, and on Android for the user or public side. The technology used to develop the Android application will involve the Dart programming language with the Flutter framework. Abstract

Abstrak—Perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi informasi pada masa ini sangat pesat. Adanya pemasaran produk secara global tersebut menjadikan perkembangan ekspedisi barang juga mengalami kemajuan yang signifikan. Kebutuhan penggunaan jasa ekspedisi barang yang dipergunakan masyarakat untuk memenuhi berbagai kebutuhannya sangat meningkat pesat. Hadirnya berbagai jasa ekspedisi barang tidak hanya mempermudah masyarakat namun juga para pengusaha atau seller. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sentimen terhadap kepuassan customer ekspedisi yaitu tiki, sicepat express dan ninja express pada twitter dengan menggunakan metode Algoritma Naïve Bayes. Beberapa proses dalam melakukan klasifikasi sentimen, yang pertama melakukan koleksi data di twitter menggunakan scraping setalah itu pemberian labelling, kemudian dilakukan text pre-processing pada data yang meliputi cleansing data, case folding, tokenizing, stopword removal, dan stemming. Selanjutnya dilakukan proses klasifikasi pada data. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 3000, setiap objeknya dengan jumlah 1000 data kemudian dibagi menjadi 3 kelas yaitu positif, negatif dan netral. Dari 3000 data dibagi menjadi 2 bagian yaitu 70% data training dan 30% data testing. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi klasifikasi dengan algoritma Naïve Bayes menghasilkan akurasi yang sangat tinggi. Akurasi Sicepat Express sebesar 89,73%, presisi sebesar 58,81%, recall sebesar 40,1% dan f1-score sebesar 42,6%. Akurasi Ninja Express sebesar 80,66%, presisi sebesar 49,4%, recall sebesar 40,8% dan f1-score sebesar 41,5%. Akurasi Tiki sebesar 74,48%, presisi sebesar 65,42%, recall sebesar 57,14% dan f1-score sebesar 56,81%.Kata kunci: Ekspedisi, Sentimen, Data, Naïve BayesAbstract— The development of science and information technology at this time is very rapid. The existence of global product marketing has made the development of freight forwarding also experience significant progress. The need for the use of freight forwarding services that are used by the community to meet their various needs is increasing rapidly. The presence of various freight forwarding services not only makes it easier for the community but also entrepreneurs or sellers. This study aims to analyze sentiment on customer satisfaction on expeditions, namely tiki, sicepat express and ninja express on twitter using the Naïve Bayes algorithm. There are several processes in classifying sentiments, the first is to collect data on twitter using scraping after that labeling, then text pre-processing is carried out on the data which includes data cleansing, case folding, tokenizing, stopword removal, and stemming. Furthermore, the classification process is carried out on the data. The data used in this study amounted to 3000, each object with a total of 1000 data was then divided into 3 classes, namely positive, negative and neutral. Of the 3000 data is divided into 2 parts, namely 70% training data and 30% testing data. Based on the results of the classification evaluation with the Naïve Bayes algorithm, it produces a very high accuracy. The accuracy of Sicepat Express is 89.73%, precision is 53,5%, recall is 40,1% and f1-score is 42,6%. Ninja Express accuracy is 80.66%, precision is 49,4%, recall is 40,8% and f1-score is 41,5%. Abstract

Abstrak— Pandemi COVID-19 telah memberikan dampak yang signifikan terhadap kesehatan masyarakat, terutama pada kelompok lansia yang rentan terhadap penyakit dan komplikasi yang serius. Pemantauan kesehatan lansia menjadi sangat penting dalam memastikan mereka tetap aman dan mendapatkan perawatan yang diperlukan. Namun, dalam situasi pandemi ini, di mana interaksi fisik harus dibatasi, diperlukan solusi teknologi yang efektif untuk melakukan pemantauan kesehatan lansia secara berkala. Dalam penelitian ini, kami menggunakan metode pengembangan aplikasi cepat (Rapid Application Development) untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem pemantauan kesehatan lansia yang responsif dan mudah digunakan. Pendekatan ini memungkinkan pengembangan aplikasi yang cepat dan fleksibel, yang sangat diperlukan dalam situasi darurat seperti pandemi. Sistem pemantauan kesehatan lansia yang dihasilkan melibatkan penggunaan perangkat mobile dan platform berbasis web. Lansia dapat mengunduh aplikasi mobile yang dirancang khusus untuk mereka, yang memungkinkan mereka memantau gejala kesehatan mereka sendiri, seperti suhu tubuh, tekanan darah, dan denyut nadi, serta memasukkan informasi penting seperti riwayat perjalanan dan kontak dengan orang yang terinfeksi COVID-19. Data yang dikumpulkan oleh aplikasi mobile dikirim secara real-time ke platform web, di mana petugas kesehatan atau dokter dapat memantau kondisi kesehatan lansia. Jika ada perubahan signifikan dalam data kesehatan atau kemungkinan adanya gejala COVID-19, petugas kesehatan dapat memberikan rekomendasi atau intervensi yang sesuai, seperti melakukan tes diagnostik lebih lanjut atau memberikan saran perawatan. Melalui pendekatan Rapid Application Development, kami berhasil mengembangkan sistem pemantauan kesehatan lansia yang dapat digunakan secara efektif di masa pandemi COVID-19. Sistem ini memungkinkan pemantauan kesehatan yang terus-menerus, memberikan perawatan yang lebih baik dan lebih responsif kepada lansia, serta membantu mengurangi risiko penyebaran virus.Kata kunci: Pemantauan kesehatan lansia, COVID-19, Rapid Application Development, Aplikasi mobile, Platform web.Abstract—The COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on public health, especially the elderly who are vulnerable to serious illnesses and complications. Monitoring the health of the elderly is very important in ensuring they stay safe and get the care they need. However, in this pandemic situation, where physical interaction must be limited, an effective technological solution is needed to regularly monitor the health of the elderly. In this study, we used the Rapid Application Development method to design and implement a responsive and easy-to-use elderly health monitoring system. This approach allows for fast and flexible application development, which is indispensable in emergency situations such as a pandemic. The resulting elderly health monitoring system involves the use of mobile devices and web-based platforms. Seniors can download a mobile application specially designed for them, which allows them to monitor their own health symptoms, such as body temperature, blood pressure and pulse, as well as enter important information such as travel history and contact with people infected with COVID-19. The data collected by the mobile application is sent in real-time to a web platform, where health workers or doctors can monitor the health conditions of the elderly. If there is a significant change in health data or there is a possibility of symptoms of COVID-19, the health worker can provide appropriate recommendations or interventions, such as conducting further diagnostic tests or providing treatment advice. Through the Rapid Application Development approach, we have succeeded in developing an elderly health monitoring system that can be used effectively during the COVID-19 pandemic. This system enables continuous health monitoring, provides better and more responsive care to the elderly, and helps reduce the risk of spreading the virus.Keyword: Elderly health monitoring, COVID-19, Rapid Application Development, Mobile applications, Web platforms

Abstract

Taman Bunga Celocia Garden di Aceh Jaya adalah salah satu destinasi wisata populer yang menawarkan keindahan alam dan kebun bunga yang menakjubkan. Namun, untuk meningkatkan pengalaman pengunjung dan memberikan informasi yang lebih lengkap tentang taman ini, diperlukan suatu aplikasi asisten pribadi y ang dapat diakses melalui perangkat Android. Dalam penelitian ini, kami merancang dan mengembangkan aplikasi asisten pribadi berbasis Android untuk membantu pengunjung saat mengunjungi Taman Bunga Celocia Garden. Aplikasi ini dirancang untuk memberikan informasi tentang atraksi utama, rute navigasi di dalam taman, jadwal acara, dan informasi praktis lainnya seperti fasilitas umum, restoran, dan tempat istirahat. Dalam penelitian ini, kami merancang dan mengembangkan aplikasi asisten pribadi berbasis Android untuk membantu pengunjung saat mengunjungi Taman Bunga Celocia Garden. Aplikasi ini dirancang untuk memberikan informasi tentang atraksi utama, rute navigasi di dalam taman, jadwal acara, dan informasi praktis lainnya seperti fasilitas umum, restoran, dan tempat istirahat. Aplikasi ini menawarkan fitur-fitur Peta Interaktif: Pengunjung dapat menggunakan peta interaktif untuk menjelajahi taman dan menemukan atraksi-atraksi yang menarik. Peta ini juga menyediakan petunjuk arah untuk membantu navigasi di dalam taman. Fitur Pencarian: Aplikasi ini dilengkapi dengan fitur pencarian yang memungkinkan pengunjung mencari atraksi atau fasilitas tertentu di taman. Notifikasi: Pengunjung dapat menerima notifikasi tentang informasi penting, perubahan jadwal acara, atau pemberitahuan khusus lainnya. Dengan menggunakan aplikasi asisten pribadi ini, pengunjung dapat memiliki pengalaman yang lebih interaktif dan informatif saat mengunjungi Taman Bunga Celocia Garden. This application is designed to provide information about the main attractions, navigation routes within the park, event schedules and other practical information such as public facilities, restaurants and rest areas. By using this personal assistant application, visitors can have a more interactive and informative experience when visiting the Celocia Garden Flower Garden. Abstract

Abstak - Perkembangan Teknologi Internet pada zaman sekarang ini sangat berkembang pesat yang juga di tandai dengan berkembangnya teknologi pengiriman media streaming yang merupakan proses pengiriman media broadcast secara real time dari sebuah server melalui jaringan point to point yang menggunakan layanan internet untuk di terima dan ditampilkan di Komputer client dan dari komputer client bisa menyiarkan secara langsung ke Televisi menggunakan sinyal analog yang pada akhirnya pemirsa dirumah bisa menyaksikan segala sesuatu program televise ataupun kegiatan yang disiarakan oleh stasiun televise yang diterima menggunakan antenna Televisi Analog. Untuk mengetahui performance jaringan Point to Point yang ada pada Stasiun Televisi UBONTV dengan menggunakan 2 (Dua) aplikasi video streaming , menggunakan metode Quality of Service (QoS) berdasarkan empat Parameter Delay, Jitter, throughput,dan packet loss Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis Quality of Service (QoS) kualitas kerja streaming yang baik pada stasiun televise UBONTV, yang akan dapat dilihat dari pengukuran Delay, Jitter, throughput,dan packet loss, Pengukuran dilakukan dengan cara streaming video dari PC Studio UUI dan diterima dari PC Studio Mata Ie dengan menggunakan aplikasi ViMIX dan VLC, kemudian menangkap paket-paket tersebut dengan menggunakan aplikasi wireshark. Berdasarkan dari hasil pengujian, diperoleh nilai dari throughput, packet loss, delay, dan jitter. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa parameter-parameter tersebut masih berada pada nilai standar berdasarkan Standarisai TIPHON, Nilai QoS yang bagus diperoleh oleh scenario seperti parameter throughput = 4.978.785 bit/s pada VLC PC Studio UUI,  packet loss = 27,80 %, pada VMIX PC Studio MATA IE,  delay = 2 ms, pada VMIX PC Studio MATA IE dan jitter = 0,001 ms pada VLC PC Studio UUI.Kata Kunci : Point To Point, QoS, Client, Televisi Analog.Abstrac - The development of Internet technology today is growing rapidly which is also marked by the development of streaming media delivery technology which is the process of sending broadcast media in real time from a server through a point to point network that uses internet services to be received and displayed on client computers and from a client computer, it can broadcast directly to television using an analog signal so that in the end viewers at home can watch all television programs or activities broadcast by television stations that are received using an analog television antenna. To determine the performance of the Point to Point network that exists at the UBONTV Television Station using 2 (two) video streaming applications, using the Quality of Service (QoS) method based on four parameters of Delay, Jitter, throughput, and packet loss. This study aims to conduct Quality analysis of Service (QoS) good quality of streaming work on UBONTV television stations, which can be seen from measurements of Delay, Jitter, throughput, and packet loss. Measurements are made by streaming video from PC Studio UUI and received from PC Studio Mata Ie using the ViMIX and VLC applications, then capture these packets using the wireshark application. Based on the test results, the values of throughput, packet loss, delay, and jitter are obtained. The test results show that these parameters are still at standard values based on the TIPHON standard. Good QoS values are obtained by scenarios such as the throughput parameter = 4,978,785 bit/s on VLC PC Studio UUI, packet loss = 27.80 %, on VMIX PC Studio MATA IE, delay = 2 ms, on VMIX PC Studio MATA IE and jitter = 0.001 ms on VLC PC Studio UUI.Keywords: Point To Point, QoS, Client, Televisi Analog.

Abstract

Abstrak-Instalasi Gawat Darurat (IGD) adalah salah satu unit dalam rumah sakit yang memberikan penanganan terdepan terhadap pasien. Dalam hal ini sering kali unit gawat darurat memiliki kendala dalam mengetahui informasi tentang ketersediaan kamar terhadap pasien yang baru masuk atau yang sudah ditangani oleh dokter umum, sehingga membuat pasien terlalu lama ditangani oleh dokter spesialis dikarenakan perawat harus mengecek dulu ruangan yang kosong untuk merujuk pasien, ditambah lagi keadaan sekarang lagi wabah pandemic covid-19 yang mengharuskan jaga jarak dan tidak boleh berada dalam keadaan kerumunan. Penelitian ini merancang Sistem Informasi Pendataan Kamar Di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Tgk Chik Ditiro Sigli. Aplikasi sistem ini dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP dengan basis data MySQL. Dengan cara kerja sistem yaitu data yang di input oleh pihak IGD selanjutnya sistem akan menampilkan data-data ruang dengan kamar yang masih kosong atau belum ditempati. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut menunjukan sistem menunjukan data-data ketersediaan kamar kosong pada seluruh kamar yang ada di rumah sakit serta membatu pihak IGD dalam mempercepat informasi ketersediaan kamar kosong.Kata Kunci: Pendataan Rawat Inap, Sistem Informasi, PHP.Abstract-The Emergency Room (IGD) is one of the units in the hospital that provides advanced treatment for patients. In this case, the emergency unit often has problems in knowing information about room availability for patients who have just entered or who have been treated by general practitioners, so that it takes too long for the patient to be treated by specialists because the nurse has to check the empty room to refer the patient first plus the current situation, the covid-19 pandemic outbreak, which requires keeping your distance and not being in a crowd. Based on the above problems, this study designed a Room Data Collection Information System at the Tgk Chik Ditiro Sigli Regional General Hospital. This system application is created using the PHP programming language with MySQL database. With the way the system works, namely the data that is input by the IGD, then the system will display data on the room with rooms that are still empty or not yet occupied. From the results of this study, the system shows data on the availability of empty rooms in all rooms in the hospital and helps the emergency department in accelerating information on the availability of empty rooms.Keywords: Inpatient Data Collection, Information Systems, PHP.

Abstract

Abstrak-Pandemi Covid-19 telah memporak-porandakan aspek kesehatan dan dampak perekonomian yang terpuruk. Pemerintah sedang mengalami kesulitan perekonomian pada tahun 2020, khususnya bagi UMKM (Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah). Banyak di antara mereka yang tidak mampu membayar utangnya kepada pihak ketiga, apalagi mengharapkan keuntungan. Sayangnya, karena UMKM merupakan ujung tombak perekonomian masyarakat, khususnya di pedesaan. Dalam kondisi seperti ini, kemampuan inovasi terhadap produk lebih penting dilakukan, untuk memenuhi permintaan pasar. Kemampuan pemasaran dengan menggunakan teknologi digital juga dapat membantu pemasaran yang lebih luas dengan harga yang kompetitif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat pengaruh terhadap profitabilitas UMKM pada masa pandemi Covid-19, dengan variabel kapabilitas inovasi dan teknologi digital sebagai variabel independen. Metode yang digunakan adalah mengerjakan kuesioner dan menguji hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji asumsi dan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial kapabilitas inovasi berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas UMKM. UMKM yang berinovasi menciptakan produk yang dibutuhkan di masa pandemi memiliki profitabilitas yang tinggi. Teknologi digital tidak berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas UMKM. Hal ini terjadi karena masyarakat biasanya tidak menggunakan teknologi keuangan dan kurang percaya pada pasar. Secara simultan kemampuan inovasi dan teknologi mempengaruhi UMKM.Kata Kunci: Kemampuan Inovasi, Teknologi Digital, Profitabilitas UMKM, Pandemi Covid-19Abstract-The Covid-19 pandemic has devastated aspects of health and impacted the economy. The government is experiencing economic difficulties in 2020, especially for MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises). Many of them are unable to pay their debts to third parties, let alone expect a profit. Unfortunately, because MSMEs are the spearhead of the community's economy, especially in rural areas. In conditions like this, the ability to innovate products is more important to meet market demand. Marketing capabilities using digital technology can also help wider marketing at competitive prices. The aim of this research is to see the influence on the profitability of MSMEs during the Covid-19 pandemic, with innovation capability and digital technology variables as independent variables. The method used is to complete a questionnaire and test hypotheses using assumption tests and multiple linear regression. The research results show that innovation capability partially influences the profitability of MSMEs. MSMEs that innovate to create products needed during the pandemic have high profitability. Digital technology has no effect on the profitability of MSMEs. This happens because people usually do not use financial technology and lack trust in the market. Abstract

Teknologi informasi berdampak pada efektivitas dan efisiensi dalam melakukan pekerjaan. Bagi sebagian besar perusahaan, teknologi dapat mempermudah aktivitas karyawannya. Dengan perkembangan teknologi sekarang ini sudah banyak perusahaan perusahaan yang telah menggunakan sistem informasi atau aplikasi sebagai salah satu alat kerja guna mempermudah pekerjaan karyawan. Hal ini dilakukan dengan mempertimbangkan dari efisiensi waktu dan biaya yang dikeluarkan serta terkait dengan pengarsipan dokumen yang lebih baik dan aman. Salah satu catatan perusahaan yang dianggap penting adalah terkait dengan dokumentasi cuti karyawan. Bagi karyawan cuti merupakan salah satu kebutuhan karyawan yang harus disediakan oleh perusahaan. Cuti tersebut dapat digunakan untuk tidak masuk kerja dengan alasan tertentu seperti kebutuhan pribadi, sakit atau kebutuhan lainnya. Dari permasalahan yang dipaparkan maka diperlukan sebuah sistem informasi atau aplikasi yang dapat mengelola terkait dengan cuti karyawan pada sebuah perusahaan. Cuti merupakan salah satu bagian dari sistem informasi kepegawaian, sistem informasi ini bertujuan untuk mengelola cuti karyawan atau ketidakhadiran karyawan dalam waktu tertentu .Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendesain aplikasi pengajuan cuti karyawan berbasis website dan untuk menawarkan solusi atas permasalahan cuti karyawan yang dihadapi oleh Bandara Sultan Iskandar Muda agar lebih efisien dan efektif.Kata Kunci : Cuti, Sistem Informasi, Aplikasi Pengajuan Cuti, UML, WebsiteInformation technology impacts the effectiveness and efficiency of work. With the current technological advancements, many companies have adopted information systems or applications as tools to facilitate employee tasks. This consideration takes into account time and cost efficiency, as well as improved and secure document processing. One critical aspect for companies is related to employee leave documentation. Leave is a necessity provided by the company for its employees, which can be utilized for various reasons such as personal needs, illness, or other necessities. Hence, there is a need for an information system or application to manage employee leave within a company. Leave management is a part of the personnel information system, aiming to manage employee leave or absence within a specific period. The objective of this study is to design a web-based employee leave request application and offer a solution to the leave management issues faced by Sultan Iskandar Muda Airport for greater efficiency and effectiveness.Keywords : Leave, Information System, Leave Request Application, UML, Website
