Abstract

The purpose of this study is technically to determine the implementation of the cultivation of cayenne pepper, economically to find out the amount of costs, revenue, income and profits on the cultivation of cayenne pepper in the Village of Pulantan Awayan District.. Average production of 241.70 kg / farmer. Average revenue of Rp.12,085,000.00 / farmer, Average Total Cost of Rp. 6,489,268.35 / farmer Average income of Rp.8,105,795.83 / farmer. average profit of Rp. 5,595,731.65 / farmer. The study was conducted in Pulantan Village, Awayan District, Balangan Regency South Kalimantan Province. Data obtained and processed in this study include primary data and secondary data. The research used the puposive method by intentionally taking farmers who specifically planted cayenne peppers. Whereas the sampling technique is done by census (complete enumeration of all elements of the population. The total number of samples taken is 20 farmers. The data collected is processed in tabulation and then analyzed which includes the costs, revenues, income and profits of the farming of Rawit Chili. Average production of 241.70 kg / farmer. Average income of Rp.12,085,000.00 / farmer, Average Total Cost of Rp. 6,489,268.35 / farmer Average income of Rp8,105,795.83 / farmer. average profit of Rp. 5,595,731.65 / farmer

Abstract

Krisan (Chrysanthemum) adalah salah satu tanaman hias yang mempunyai prospek baik dan potensial untuk dibudidayakan di Indonesia. Selain bentuk dan tipe yang beragam, warna bunga sangat bervariasi dan menarik sehingga permintaan pasar baik dalam negeri maupun luar negeri semakin meningkat setiap tahunnya (Lukito,1998). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pendapatan petani yang tergabung dalam anggota kelompok tani dan bukan anggota kelompok tani serta mengetahui pengaruh faktor keanggotaan kelompok tani dan bukan anggota kelompok tani, luas lahan, harga jual, tingkat pendidikan, jumlah tenaga kerja, jumlah anggota keluarga terhadap pendapatan petani. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Dusun Clapar Desa Duren Kecamatan Bandungan Kabupaten Semarang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan accidental sampling dan snowball sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 33 orang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Microsoft excel 2007 dan SPSS 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pendapatan yang diterima petani anggota kelompok tani sebesar Rp 220.794.486/ha dan pendapatan yang diterima bukan anggota kelompok tani sebesar Rp 152.877.569/ha. Faktor luas lahan dan harga jual berpengaruh nyata terhadap pendapatan petani sedangkan faktor keanggotaan kelompok tani dan bukan anggota kelompok tani, tingkat pendidikan, jumlah tenaga kerja, jumlah anggota keluarga tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap pendapatan petani.

Abstract

Ground water spinach (Ipomea reptana) is one type of horticultural commodity that can contribute to national development in order to realize community welfare, including for the fulfillment of nutrition for the community as a complement to four healthy five perfect foods, besides that ground water spinach can also be potential and prospective if made a business because cultivating ground water spinach is easy and simple. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that influence the risk of production of ground water spinach farming and this study was conducted in Waru Village, Mranggen District, Demak Regency. The sampling technique is by using quota sampling by taking a sample of 50 farmers, where this sample can meet the criteria of quota sampling. The quota sampling criteria used were respondents who conducted ground water spinach cultivation. The method of analysis uses production risk analysis with the Just and Pope model based on the Cobb-Douglas production function model, where Just and Pope is used to determine the effect of the use of production factors on production risk as indicated by variations in output productivity. The results of research that have been carried out that the factors of production that affect the risk of production of kangkung inland farming significantly affect the risk of production are seeds by 0.0569 with a coefficient of 0.0573.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of adding feed with maggot and rice bran as a base ingredient in basal feed on live weight, carcass and giblets of broiler chickens and to determine the rate of addition of feed with maggot and rice bran as a base ingredient in basal feed which will give good results. best on live weight, carcass and broiler chicken giblets. The implementation of this research took place at the practical location of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Palangka Raya Christian University, Jalan G.S Rubay Palangka Raya. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) with 4 treatments with 5 replications, namely A = 100% basal feed, B = 100% basal feed and 5% additional feed, C = 100% basal feed and 10% additional feed and D = feed. basal 100% and additional feed 15%. From the results of the study, it can be seen that the addition of feed with maggot and rice bran as a base ingredient in basal feed has no effect on live weight, carcass and broiler chicken giblets.

Abstract

The utilization of effective and efficient feed given for growth is an indicator of successful fish cultivation. Enzyme activity is one of affects the growth rate of fish factors. Therefore, it is expected the addition of the enzyme of feed increases the growth and utilization of Nile Tilapia's (Oreochromis Niloticus) significantly.  The study was to determine the effectiveness of prolaczyme dosage addition to the commercial feed fish on Nile tilapia's (Oreochromis niloticus) growth performance. This research was conducted from June to July 2020 on Palangka Raya, Central Kalimantan. This study used completely randomized method 3 treatments and 3 repetitions, tilapia's fish seeds size 2.07-2.23 cm with a  container (15 fish/basin) water volume of 50 liters, and 1 month maintenance time. The results of the calculation of absolute length growth at the end of the study showed that treatment C was higher 5.30 cm compared to treatment A was 3.71 cm and treatment B was 4.59 cm. The results of the calculation of the absolute weight growth at the end of the study also showed that treatment C was higher at 2.41 gr compared to treatment A was 0.99 grand treatment B was 1.52 gr. The FCR value shows that treatment C worth 1.77 is better than treatment A worth 3.33 and treatment B worth 2.44. The results of water quality temperature, pH, and dissolved oxygen (DO) both at the beginning and at the end of the study showed a range that tilapia could still tolerate for growth.

Abstract

Penelitian ini  bertujuan adalah :(1). Mengetahui gambaran secara teknis budidaya tomat; (2) mengetahui berapa biaya, penerimaan, keuntungan usahatani tomat  dan titik impas (break even point) usahatani tomat di Kelurahan Landasan Ulin Utara Kecamatan Landasan Ulin. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan teknik observasi.  Metode panarikan contoh menggunakan metode sensus yaitu mengambil semua populasi petani penanam tomat di Kelurahan Landasan Ulin Utara.  Populasi petani yang menanam tanaman tomat adalah 25 orang,  kemudian keseluruhan petani tomat yang ada di desa ini  dijadikan sebagai responden pada penelitian ini.Hasil penelitian adalah Luas lahan yang digunakan responden   rata-rata 0,77  hektar dan status kepemilikan lahan adalah hak milik. Produksi rata-rata sebesar  2.796 kg/responden atau rata-rata 3.631,17 kg/ha (3,63 ton/ha).Biaya total rata-rata sebesar Rp 4.360.046,77 /responden, biaya tetap rata-rata sebesar Rp 519.446,77 /responden dan biaya variabel rata-rata sebesar Rp 3.840.600,00 /responden. Penerimaan rata-rata sebesar Rp 13.980.000,00 /responden, Keuntungan  yang diperoleh  dalam satu kali proses produksi sebesar Rp 9.619.953,23 /responden atau rata-rata sebesar  Rp 12.493.445,76  /ha.  Nilai break even point (BEP) dilihat dari volume produksi adalah sebesar 143,43 kg dan jumlah penjualan sebesar Rp 717.145,44 /responden.  Pada titik BEP tersebut akan terjadi titik impas dimana jumlah penjualan sama dengan jumlah produksi

Abstract

Long beans are a food favored by Indonesian people because they have sufficient nutritional content for health. topping is a way to increase production. This study aims to determine the growth response and interaction of two varieties of Long Beans with different topping times. The research was conducted in Karawang Regency in July - August 2020. The method used was a randomized block design method with a split-plot design consisting of 2 factors. the first factor was the variety (v) with 2 levels, v1 (KP-1) and v2 (Katrina) with 4 replications. The second factor is the pruning time (p) with 3 levels, p0 (without trimming), p1 (pruning 20 days afterward), and p2 pruning 40 days afterward. If the treatment shows a significantly different effect, then proceed with the LSD 5% test. The results showed that the KP-1 variety with pruning treatment of 20 days after planting gave the highest yield with 348.20 grams per plant. Meanwhile, the highest yield of Katrina variety was in the treatment without pruning with a weight of 370.70 grams per plant.

Abstract

Pemupukan merupakan suatu upaya penyediaan unsur hara yang cukup guna mendorong pertumbuhan vegetatif tanaman yang sehat dan produksi tandan buah segar (TBS) yang maksimal dan ekonomis serta ketahanan terhadap hama dan penyakit. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui kandungan unsur-unsur hara yang terdapat di dalam daun kelapa sawit dan tanah dari aplikasi pemupukan yang telah diberikan melalui pengambilan contoh daun dan tanah. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kebun kelapa sawit Balai Pengawasan dan Sertifikasi Benih Perkebunan Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengambil contoh daun sebanyak 60 sampel daun yang terletak pada pelepah daun kelapa sawit ke-17 dan mengambil 4 contoh tanah yang telah dikompositkan dari beberapa titik pengambilan di sekitar pohon kelapa sawit. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan masih rendahnya kandungan hara yang terdapat pada tanah dan jaringan tanaman kelapa sawit, sehingga perlu adanya perbaikan kultur teknis di kebun kelapa sawit.kata kunci : Status hara, Kultur Teknis, Kelapa Sawit.

Abstract

A hydroponic indoor planting systems needs manipulation of artificial lighting so that plants can produce optimal growth and production, one of it is by manipulating the length of irradiation using Light Emitting Diode (LED) lamps. This study aims to know the effect of irradiation length using LED lights on the productivity of Job’s Tears fodder in hydroponic planting system. The research was conducted on January - February 2020 at Laboratory of Forage Crops, Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Padjadjaran University. Completely Randomized Design (CRD) was used in this experiment with three irradiation length treatments (P1 = 12 hours of irradiation; P2 = 16 hours of irradiation; and P3 = 20 hours of irradiation) with 6 replications. The data was analyzed by analysis of variance (ANOVA) and Duncan analysis. The results of statistical analysis showed that the length of irradiation using LED lights did not affect to Job’s Tears fodder productivity of plant length, plant height, and dry matter production.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui metode pengujian konsentrasi ekstrak bandotan (Ageratum conyzoides L.) yang tepat untuk menekan tingkat frekuensi dan intensitas serangan hama Plutella xylostela L. Penelitian dilaksanakan dari bulan Maret sampai dengan Juni 2020 pada lahan Pertanaman SMK-SPP Negeri Samarinda. Penelitian enggunakan Rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan faktor tunggal. yaitu konsentrasi pestisida nabati ekstrak bandotan (B) dengan 5 taraf yang diulang sebanyak 8 kali, yaitu : kontrol (b0), 10 ml L-1 (b1), 20 ml L-1 (b2), 30 ml L-1 (b3), dan 40 ml L-1 (b4).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) perlakuan ekstrak bandotan (Ageratum conyzoides L.) berpengaruh nyata sampai sangat nyata terhadap frekeunsi serangan umur 21 dan 35 hari setelah tanam, intensitas serangan umur 21 dan 35 hari setelah tanam; (2)  ekstrak bandotan bersifat sebagai insektisida botani terhadap ulat Pluttella xylostella L. semakin tinggi konsentrasi ekstrak bandotan yang diberikan maka semakin rendah frekuensi dan intensits serangan hama Pluttela xylostella L. pada tanaman lobak, dan (3)  konsentrasi Ekstrak bandotan yang dapat menekan ulat Pluttella xylostella L. terdapat pada konsentrasi 40 ml L-1.
