Abstract

Spot transactions peanut producers and consumers in the Village is the cornerstone of Middle Ulin Pasar Jaya subdistrict Platform Ulin there are two patterns of distribution channels, with the level distribution pattern of the biggest marketing margin on institutions village traders at $ 2,600 (44.82%) while the two patterns Rp 3,800 (71.70%). while the level of marketing efficiency in both the pattern is efficient because the marketing pattern of the index amounted to 32.72 Economical efficiency greater than Technical Efficiency Index of 28.35, while the marketing pattern of two Economical efficiency Index 34 is also larger than the Technical Efficiency Index of 33.0.

Abstract

The aims of this study is to determine the effect of giving Trichoderma Compost on the growth and production of Brachiaria humidicola grass on peatlands and to determine the dosage of Trichoderma compost which gives the best results for the growth and production of Brachiaria humidicola grass on peatlands. This research was conducted in Tanjung Taruna Village, Jabiren Raya District, Pulang Pisau Regency, from September to November 2018. This study was designed using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with a single treatment of various doses of compost (K), k0 = without compost, k1 = 20 tons ha-1, k2 = 30 tons ha-1 and k3 = 40 tons ha-1. The results of this study showed that giving compost had an effect on the plant height of Brahiaria humidicola grass 6 week after planting and 8 week after planting as well as crop production and 30 ton ha-1 compost giving the best production of Brahiaria humidicola on peat land.

Abstract

This research was conducted from March to May 2016 at Bina Putra Garden, Guntung Payung, Landasan UlinDistrict, Banjarbaru.  The Purpose of study to determine the effect of papaya leaf solution and the better concentration to against leaf-eating caterpillars pests and to promoted mustard production. The experimental design used a randomized block design one way with four of solution of papaya leaf percentage treatments (0, 40, 70 and 100).  All treatments were made in the formulation 100 ml of solution. Study results showed that papaya leaf solution concentration of 100% is capable to control leaf- eating caterpillar pets and production of mustard.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the cost, revenue, profit and the level of sensitivity of flat fish cracker processing business in the district Seruyan Seruyan Hilir. The method used is the method of census, census method is a research method that uses all individuals in the population so that in this study did not use samples. Analysis of the data used is the analysis of qualitative and quantitative analysis, qualitative analysis performed to obtain a picture or descriptive business processing fish cracker flat and quantitative analysis was conducted to analyze the costs incurred for activities ranging from investment costs, operational production to marketing and financial analysis used to find out feasible or not its business of processing flat fish cracker by using the criteria for eligibility of investment are: Net Present Value (NPV), Internal rate of Return (IRR), Net Benefit Cost ratio (Net B / C), Payback Period and analysis sensitivity is used to determine the sensitivity level of effort against the changes to the parameters used in raw material costs rise (10%, 15% and 20%), the selling price of flat fish crackers  down (10%, 15% and 20%) and raw material prices rise and the selling price of flat fish crackers down (10%, 15% and 20%). The research results show that the business of processing flat fish cracker cultivated with parameters (10%, 15% and 20%) worth the try and the results of the sensitivity analysis (switching value) indicates that the decrease in production volume or price of fish crackers flattened more sensitive or sensitive when compared to the price increase of raw materials the main manufacture of flat fish crackers.

Abstract

Banana plants are plants that from the roots to the leaves can be used for human purposes. But the quantity and quality of production is still low, to increase production, it needs special treatment with fertilization. In addition to being a banana producer, Balangan Regency also has the potential for guano fertilizer. The purpose of this study was (i) to find out the growth and yield of muli bananas by guano organic fertilizer (ii) to get the best dose of guano organic fertilizer for optimal growth and yield of muli banana. This research was conducted in Kambiyain Village, Tebing Tinggi District, Balangan Regency, South Kalimantan Province, from March 2018 - May 2019. This experiment used a single randomized block design (RBD), the factor studied was the administration of various doses of guano fertilizer (G) consisting of 4 levels , namely: g1 = 10 tons. ha-1 is equivalent to 3.3 kg. 1, g2 = 15 tons. ha-1 is equivalent to 4.95 kg. 1, g3 = 20 tons. ha-1 is equivalent to 6 , 6 kg. -1, g4 = 25 tons. ha-1 is equivalent to 8.25 kg. -1. Each experimental treatment consisted of 4 combinations and repeated 6 times, so that 24 experimental units were obtained. Where each experimental unit consists of 2 plants so that the whole plant has 48 plants. The results showed the growth of plant height aged 2, 3 and 4 month after planting (MAP); number of leaves aged 4 MAP; stem diameters 2, 3 and 4 showed a response to the growth of muli banana plants against various doses of guano fertilizer on podsolic fields. In generative growth only affects many fruits per comb, while at flowering time, harvest age, bunch length and many combs do not respond to the administration of various doses of guano fertilizer on podsolic fields. The best dose of guano fertilizer was g4 (25 ton.ha-1) for the growth of mauli banana plants on podsolic fields.

Abstract

Surimi is  a minced fish that washed with water and added cryoprotectants, can be made using various types of fish, especially for white fleshed fish. This study aimed to determine the best characteristics of surimi from various types of fish. The treatments were  P1 (Belida; Chitala sp), P2 (Nila; Oreochromis niloticus), P3 (Biji Nangka; Openeus moluccensis) and P4 (Bandeng; Chanos-chanos). The parameters tested in this study were yield, moisture content, protein content, pH, and folding test.  This study applied Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with four treatments and three replications. The results of this study showed that the type of species was significant affected the yield parameters, protein content and pH, but were not significant to the moisture content. The high protein content was found in P3 (Upeneus moluccensis) of 21.1%. The best folding test for surimi gel was found in P4 (milkfish) with a value of 4, included in grade A.

Abstract

Cabbage Flowers is one of the vegetable crops that have high commercial value and prospects in Indonesia, because these plants have a central role as meeting the needs of food, feed and the domestic industry. To improve the quality and yield of couliflower are some things to consider include the supply of nitrients to the plants throug fertilization, one cow urine as an organic liquid fertilizer as solutions and alternatives to obtain optimal results in podsolic land. This study aims to determine the concentration of liquid fertilizer of cow urine on the growht and yield of couliflower. The research was conducted from March to June 2017, housed in the Village Hariang Banua Lawas Distric of Tabalong. The study was conducted using a Randomized Block Design (RBD) with a single faktor consisting of 6 level with 4 group. Faktor to be examined is the concentration of liquid fertilizer of cow urine consists of : : 5 cc.l-1 (u1), 10 cc.l-1 (u2), 15 cc.l-1 (u3),  20 cc.l-1 (u4),  25 cc.l-1 (u5), dan 30 cc.l-1 (u6). The results showed liquid fertilizer of cow urine with various concentration has no effect on the observed variables that plant height, leaf number, age of the plant during flowering, severe fresh crop planting and perimeter planting flowers.

Abstract

Produksi rumput Benggala ditentukan oleh kesuburan tanah. Pemanfaatan arang aktif dapat meningkatkan unsur hara tanah. Tujuan dari penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh arang aktif terhadap pertumbuhan dan produktivitas rumput Benggala. Bahan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari arangaktif (sekampadi, tongkoljagung, tempurungkelapa), urin sapiperah dan tanah. Metode penelitian menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap faktorial 3x3 yang terdiri dari faktor A (dosis arangaktif) yaitu D1: dosis 0% (kontrol), D2: dosis 2,5 %, D3: dosis 5% sedangkan faktor B (jenis arang aktif) yaitu: J1: Jenis arang aktif sekampadi, J2:Jenis arang aktif tongkol jagung, J3: Jenis arang aktif tempurung kelapa selanjutnya diujilanjut dengan menggunakan Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT) dengan tingkat signifikan 5%. Parameter yang diukur adalah tinggi tanaman, jumlah anakan, berat segar daun, berat kering daun dilakukan pada periode pemotongan I (umur 45 HST) dan pemotongan II (umur 90 HST),protein kasar, serat kasar dilakukan pada pemotongan I dan Berat segar akar dan berat kering akar dilakukan pada pemotongan II. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dosis arang aktif 2,5% dan 5% meningkatkan tinggi tanaman, jumlah anakan, berat segar daun, berat kering daun, kandungan serat kasar, berat segar akar dan berat kering akar rumput Benggala.Jenis Arang aktif sekam padi memberikan hasil terbaik terhadap pertumbuhan dan produktivitas rumput Benggala.

Abstract

Luas wilayah konsensi pertambangan PT. Kaltim Prima Coal adalah 90.938 ha. Sebagian peralihan wilayah pasca tambang dijadikan zona pemanfaatan untuk pengembangan sektor agribisnis seperti peternakan. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis strategi rencana pembangunan peternakan kambing di lahan pasca tambang. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis SWOT yaitu faktor sistematis dalam menetukan strategi perusahaan untuk rencana pembangunan peternakan. Hasil analisis SWOT menunjukkan bahwa strategi pembanguan peternakan kambing berada pada kuadran 1 di koordinat 3,250 (Internal Factor Evaluation) dan 2,661 (Eksternal Factor Evaluation) matriks internal eksternal. Terdapat 6 (enam) strategi yang dapat digunakan sebagai acuan rencana pembangunan peternakan kambing oleh perusahaan. Rencana pembangunan peternakan kambing dapat dilaksanakan sesuai hasil dari matrik SWOT yaitu tumbuh dan membangun, dengan potensi terbesar yaitu ketersediaan lahan dan hijauan makanan ternak.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi ektoparasit pada ikan Kapar (Belontia hasselti) yang dipelihara di kolam terpal. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pengambilan sampel ikan Kapar yang mengalami gejala penyakit di kolam terpal. Identifikasi ektoparasit pada ikan dilakukan di laboratorium. Sebagai pembanding juga dilakukan pengambilan sampel ikan Kapar di sungai Sebangau tempat asal ikan ini diambil untuk melihat apakah ada ektoparasit bawaan dari alam. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan serangan ektoparasit banyak terdapat di insang ikan. Jenis ektoparasit diperoleh 3 ektoparasit antara lain Dactylogyrus sp, Myxobolus sp, Vorticella sp. Namun, ektoparasit yang menyerang ikan Kapar lebih dominan jenis Dactylogyrus sp. Kisaran suhu dan pH masih normal untuk kehidupan ikan Kapar. Namun Kisaran DO dikolam terpal lebih rendah yaitu berkisar 3 mg/l dibandingkan di sungai Sebangau yaitu berkisar 4 mg/l meskipun sudah ada tambahan aerasi, kemungkinan hal inilah yang menyebabkan ikan mengalami stress.
