Abstract

Misleading information often appears in political events. But the impact is different if it happens in the event of an accident. This study describes the form of misleading information that occurred in the Sriwijaya Air SJ-182 plane crash in the Kepulauan Seribu, by comparing the information content on Instagram account of @detikcom and @kompascom. This study uses a qualitative research method with a netnography approach, to explore the comparison of misleading information on the two accounts that have high credibility as news media in Indonesia. Netnography provides the ability to reveal and track various interactions of netizens with news on Instagram about the Sriwijaya Air SJ-182 accident. The number of informants in this study amounted to six people with the following criteria: (1) commenting on the @detikcom and @kompascom about the news of the Sriwijaya Air SJ-182 crash, (2) having knowledge aboout the rules and ethics of journalism. This study compares misleading information in the data on the number of victims, technical diction, credibility of news sources, and illustration support. The results of the study concluded that @detikcom caused more misleading information than @kompascom. The @detikcom account is less detail in conveying data, uses technical diction without adequate explanation, careless in displaying quotes from news sources, and lacks accuracy.

Abstract

AbstractThe pandemic creates various pressures and problems in all aspects. Education is the most interesting issue to be described and analyzed. Changes in learning locations can reduce the intensity of student enthusiasm, network barriers, and the slow adaptation process. It can also cause the quality of education to decline, especially at the elementary school level. Students are required to understand learning and are expected to be able to understand all methods that lack support. In addition to teachers as educators, parents also have the same burden as teachers, namely guiding children when learning is carried out. The role of women during the pandemic is experiencing a dilemma, including teachers. Female teachers in addition to having an obligation to their status as a teacher also have a domestic burden that must be done at home. Female teachers have multiple roles and the workload increases while at home. The roles of wives, mothers, and educators are not easy to harmonize. This problem can interfere learning process because it results in lessoptimal implementation as evidenced by students who have difficulty understanding. The purpose of this study was to analyze the role of teachers as educators and domestic duties and to guide their children for online learning. The theory used is liberal feminism which focuses on women and the world of work. This theory is considered very suitable because the theme in this study discusses the position of women and their roles. The method used is descriptive qualitative. So, the results in this study reveal female teachers have more than two roles (i.e. dualism). Apart from being an educator, she also doubles as a mother and wife who takes care of homework during working hours. It has a major impact on her professionalism as an educator.Keywords: Dual role, female teacher, Pandemic, Feminism.

Abstract

Beauty is an important thing for a woman because beauty describes the quality of a woman. In our daily life, we often encounter several advertisements that represent the beauty of a woman, one of which is the Garnier Light Complete Brightening Foam advertisement. Representation is a picture that has a certain meaning, so that everyone can have a different understanding in interpreting an action. In this article, we will discuss the representation of women's beauty in Garnier Light Complete Brightening Foam advertisements because the purpose of writing this article is to examine more deeply about the representation of women's beauty in advertisements that can affect consumer interest in consuming a product. In this Garnier Light Complete Brightening Foam advertisement, a woman who has a dull face is depicted and uses products from Garnier Light Complete Brightening Foam so that she has a bright face. This study is interested in reading the representation of beauty in the Garnier Light Complete Brightening Foam advertisement using an interpretive qualitative approach with semiotic textual analysis. In this study, the semiotic theory of Roland Barthes is used to reveal the meaning of the picture of beauty expressed by the Garnier Light Complete Brightening Foam advertisement video. The results of this study indicate that in the advertisement it is explained that beauty is a very important thing for every woman to have. Women will be much happier if they have a clean and bright face.

Abstract

Land is something very important for human life. Matters relating to the land necessary to have a legal certainty for rights holders bag ground through a land registration activities as stipulated in Government Regulation No. 24 of 1997 on Land Registration. Based on this research problem formulation is: How is the criminal aspect of the registration of land rights? How is the criminal responsibility of the perpetrators of criminal acts of falsification of documents in the registration of land rights? Criminal aspects in the field of registration of land rights is a forgery of documents in the form of written or printed letters that can be used as evidence such as a death certificate information, genealogy heirs, identity card, family card, certificate of village officials. Criminal liability against criminal falsification of documents in the registration of land rights is accounted for by the parties / people who have forged the document registration of land rights based on the principle of the mistakes made by the applicant for a land registration system in Indonesia is negative, but a positive tendency. Abstract

Rituals about death can be seen as a family's willingness to lose a member, but also as an attempt to provide confidence in the transition from the world of the living to the world of the dead. These rituals are often only carried out at certain times and become important for adults. Meanwhile, the death of a child under five, especially when a miscarriage occurs, is often not remembered. In fact, this is not entirely true for the Javanese Mataraman community. Through this research, the presence of children under five and/or fetuses in the womb that died has taken an important position in the kupatan tradition. These memories should be suspected of helping to minimize infant deaths and miscarriages. This can be known by using a qualitative approach with a phenomenological perspective of E. Husserl on the Kupatan tradition of Javanese society. This tradition is not only carried out in rural areas, but in urban areas. Through the illness narrative, the Kupatan tradition has socialized the importance of care during pregnancy. In the kupatan tradition, narratives of success and failure in pregnancy care are well recorded. From the narrative of failure, a mother and her husband develop a business for their success.
