Abstract

Research on the Effectiveness of Interpersonal Communication and Work Motivation with Teacher Job Satisfaction aims to examine the relationship between two independent variables, namely the Effectiveness of Interpersonal Communication (X1) and Work Motivation (X2), the dependent variable is Teacher Job Satisfaction (Y). The population of this research is all Private School of Madrasah Aliyah teachers who were civil servants in the district Sukabumi. The samples in this study were drawn from a population of 104 teachers. There is a positive and highly significant relationship between the Effectiveness of Interpersonal Communication and Work Motivation working together with Teacher Job Satisfaction with the regression equation ? = 22,565 + 0,414X1 + 0,359X2.Keywords: Effectiveness of Interpersonal Communication , Work Motivation, Teacher Job Satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the financial performance of the company's stock return at LQ 45 go public in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Thecompany's financial performance is measured by using the Net Profit Margin(NPM), Total Assets Turnover (TATO), and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). The population for this study is LQ 45 with a total sample of 20 companies.Collected data is processed using the technique of path analysis (path analysis). The results showed that the NPM has a direct positive influence on stockreturns with 41 path coefficient = 0.378 and 2.645 t NPM with significance ? of0.05, the significance of t ? Addressing NPM 37.8% effect on stock returns. Inthis study the effect on stock returns TATO has 41 beta coefficient = -0.001 witha significant level thitung TATO on stock return is -0.010 to 0.992 for ? so TATOhas no effect on stock returns. Based on the results of path coefficient analysis showed that DER directimpact negatively on the Stock Return with direct negative influence on 43path coefficient = -0.308. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aimed to analyze the effect of profitability and leverage to the price of property companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2011-2015 period. Samples in this study as many as nine companies. Sampling in this study using a purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results show: Return on Investment is partially significant effect on stock prices. Where the higher the return on investment of a company's share price the company would be higher. Earning per Share significantly influence stock prices. Where the higher a company's earnings per share the company's share price will be higher. Debt to equity ratio and significant negative effect on stock prices. Where the results DER negatively affect the stock price. This suggests that the changes DER information can be obtained from the company's financial statements affect the decision of stock prices in the capital market.In simulation, Return on Investment, Earning Per Share and Debt to Equity Ratio simultaneously or together significantly positive effect on stock prices.Keywords: Profitability, Leverage and Stock Price

Abstract

Fishing is one of the economic sectors that have the potential and important role for the Indonesian economy. Fisheries development is an integral part of national development. The aim of this research is to describe the general overview of steamed fish business and to identify the potential market for processed products steamed fish in Sub Pamoyanan, South Bogor subdistrict. The method used in this research is a case study with the case unit is processing industry engaged in fishing in the Village Pamoyanan, South Bogor. The aim is to give a detailed description of the background, characteristics and characters clear from the case or the status of the individual, which then of distinctive properties above will be a matter of a general nature. The subject of this research may be individuals, groups, institutions or society.By looking at some of the above conditions, market opportunities steamed fish are still open, both to meet domestic needs as well as to penetrate the global market. Fish as part of the staple diet in everyday life will certainly have continuity request. Besides the public taste and awareness of the importance of consuming fish is also an important factor on the demand of fish, including steamed fish. Based on the information obtained, pemindangan fish in Sub Pamoyanan also been marketed to the supermarket, which means customers are low-income segments of the population to high (all classes). It is also associated with the production of boiled fish whose quality consists of several levels, ranging from low to high quality. one type of fish that is durable because it has been preserved through steamed fish. The potential steamed market processed fish products is still very open to any entrepreneur boiled fish, this is due to the increasing needs of the community. The potential market could be scattered in several areas of the city of Bogor. Open market potential must be observed by businesses in the Pamoyanan Village as an opportunities and strategies that efforts must be made so that the opportunities of the potential market can be maximized by good.Keywords : potential market, steamed fish

Abstract

The research can be classified into a correlational research consist of two independent variables, namely principals transformational leadership and organizational culture, and a dependent variable, namely teachers work motivation. The research was conducted in the private vocational school at Cibadak Commissariat, Sukabumi District, West Java Province in 2014 with amount of sample 126 taken by proportional random sampling.The research used survey method and data analysis technique used single and multiple linear correlation and regression. Hypothesis testing conducted at the 0.05 significance level. The research has three conclusions namely (1) there is positive and highly significant correlation between principals transformational leadership with teachers work motivation, with correlation coefficient, ryl = 0.744 and regression equation ? = 44.505 + 0.697X1. (2) There is positive and highly significant correlation between organizational culture with teachers work motivation, with correlation coefficient, ry2 = 0.843 and regression equation ? = 25.164 + 0.885X2. (3) There is positive and highly significant correlation between principals transformational leadership and organizational culture simultaneously with teachers work motivation, with correlation coefficient, ry12 = 0.873 and regression equation ? = 15.774 + 0.290X1 + 0.661X2. Based on the conclusions, they have some implications that teachers work motivation can be increased through principals transformational leadership and organizational culture.Keywords : Transformasional Leadership, Organizasional Culture, Work Motivation

Abstract

This research can be classified in a correlational study that consists of two independent variables, namely the Principal Leadership and Organizational Culture and one dependent variable, namely Teacher Job Satisfaction. This study was conducted at five state Senior High Schools at South Tangerang City in 2012 with total sample of 129 people taken with proportional random sampling technique. The method used is survey and data analysis techniques using correlation and regression statistical. The hypothesis testing performed on the significant level of 0.05 and 0,01. The results of the study showed that: First, there is positive and highly significant correlation between principals leadership with teachers job satisfaction with correlation coefficient, ry12 = 0,3329 and regression equation ?= 42,392+0,681X1. Second, there is positive and highly significant correlation between organizational culture with teacher job satisfaction, with correlation coefficient ry22=0,34,5, and regression equation ?=45,739+0,655X2. Third, there is positive and highly significant correlation between principal leadership and organizational culture all together with teacher job satisfaction with correlation coeficient ry.122 = 0,475, and regression equation, ?=24,757+0,468X1+0,305X2. Based on the result above it can be concluded that teachers job satisfaction can be improved through principal's leadership and organizational culture.Keywords : teachers job satisfaction, principal's leadership and organizational culture .

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of motivation on employee performance employee Village Community Empowerment Board Governance Dispenda Bogor and Bogor City. The study population was all employees Dispenda Bogor City with samples are 114 employees and employees of the Agency for Community Empowerment Bogor Regency Village Government with a sample of 121 employees. The research instrument was a questionnaire. Collected data is processed using correlation analysis technique.The results show that: of First, the relationship between work motivation and performance korelasiry.2 coefficient = 0.507 rtabel (rtabel = 0.176 at ? = 0.05 and rtabel = 0.230 at ? = 0.01). Relations were significant for Sig = 0.000 This value is identical to the p-value, where the p-value is smaller than ? (0.05). That is, there is a positive and significant relationship between motivation and employee performance Employees Community Empowerment Board Bogor Regency Village Government.Secondly there is a relationship work motivation and performance of employees, the value of the relationship is 0.673. The direction of the relationship is 'positive' and the degree of relationship 'strong' as the value of the relationship is between the value of the relationship 0.673 from 0.60 to 0.799. Figures probability or Sig. Abstract

The purpose of this study, is to describe and to analyze the motivation of employees working at the District Office of Central Bogor.The study population was all employees in Central Bogor subdistrict with a population of about 125 employees staff sections villages in Central Bogor subdistrict with research samples totaling 95 employees people using Slovin. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the District Caringin Employee Performance analysis and Cigombong based on Cultural Organization and Work Discipline. The study population is all employees at Kecamatan Caringin by as many as 136 employees and employees of the District Cigombong by as many as 93 employees. The research instrument is a questionnaire. Collected data is processed using correlation analysis technique.The results show that: First, there is a positive relationship between organizational culture with employee performance with the power of a strong and significant correlation, with correlation coefficient (r) of 0.681, the coefficient of determination obtained by 46.4%, and a functional relationship equation Y = 26.923 + 0,747X1, meaning that there is a strong correlation between organizational culture with employee performance. So for that, if the organization has a good organizational culture automatically employee performance was good. Secondly, there is a positive relationship between the discipline of working with employee performance and the strength of the strong relationship that is equal to 0.645. Then the coefficient of determination of 41.6%. %. Functional relationship between the performance of employees working Discipline of Y = 36.505 + 0.692 X2. This means that the employee's performance is largely determined by the work discipline. Good working discipline will result in height the performance of employees at work and vice versa if the poor work discipline, the performance of lower-level officials. Secondly, there is a positive relationship between the discipline of working with employee performance and the strength of the strong relationship that is equal to 0.645. Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between organizational climate and job satisfaction of teachers and school leadership to teacher job satisfaction and jointly between organizational climate and leadership skolah with teacher job satisfaction. Research conducted at the Junior High School located in the eastern district of Bogor by civil service teachers as many as 154 samples randomly selected people (proportional random sampling). The method of collecting research data in the field using survey methods, while the statistical analysis using the technique of correlation analysis, simple regression analysis, and multiple regression analysis. Measurements taken hypothesis at significance level ? = 0:05 and at significance level ? = 0.01, respectively.Based on the calculation results obtained from the three main research results are: First, there is a positive relationship and very significant between organizational climate and teacher job satisfaction indicated by a correlation coefficient of 0.38 and a coefficient ry1 r2y1 determinant of 0.3906, thereby contributing Organizational Climate variables (X1) to the professional competence of teachers (Y) of 39.06%. This means that the variation of teacher job satisfaction is determined by the Organizational Climate. Secondly, there is a positive relationship and very significant between school leadership and job satisfaction of teachers indicated by a correlation coefficient of 0.4395 and ry2 r2y2 determinant coefficient of 0.1928, so the contribution of variable X2 to Y by 19.28%. This means that the variation of teacher job satisfaction is determined by the Principal Leadership. Third, there is a very significant positive relationship between motivation and work and school leadership together with job satisfaction of teachers demonstrated by multiple correlation coefficient (ry2.12) amounted to 0,467, and the determinant coefficient so that the contribution of X1 and X2 to Y by 46 , 70%. This means the variation that occurs in teacher job satisfaction is determined jointly by the Climate Organization and the leadership of the Principal.Keywords : Climate Organization, Work Motivation, Principal Leadership
