Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the transformational leadership and discipline of work on job satisfaction of employees in the district of East Bogor.The study population was all employees in Bogor subdistrict East by as many as 105 employees and sample as many as 83 employees of people using slovin. The research instrument was a questionnaire. Collected data is processed using correlation analysis technique.The results show that: 1. There is a positive and significant relationship between transformational leadership and job satisfaction with a correlation coefficient (r) between transformational leadership and job satisfaction of 0.658, meaning that value indicates that there is a relationship strong unidirectional linearity. 2. There is a positive relationship between the discipline of working with employee satisfaction being that the correlation coefficient of 0.421.Keywords: Transformational Leadership, Work Discipline and Job Satisfaction

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of Liquidity and Leverage on Profitability food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Samples in this study as many as 12 companies. Sampling in this study using purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using regression analysis. The results showed that: First, variable liquidity (current ratio) has a 0.01 probability value 0.05. Thus the current ratio (CR) significant effect on profitability (Return On Assets) at 95% confidence level. CR positive effect on ROA with a coefficient of 1.022.Second, the variable Leverage (Debt Assets Ratio) had a probability value 0.931 0.05. Thus Debt Assets Ratio (DAR) had no significant effect on profitability (Return On Assets). Increasing the value of DAR does not significantly affect the increase in the value of ROA.Third, the F value of 9.158 at F Prob value of 0.000 0.05. So that CR and DAR jointly significant effect on ROA. Thus simultaneous hypothesis variables CR and DAR together positive and significant impact on ROA.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of fundamental analysis on stock price Coal and Oil companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2011-2015. Samples in this research that the company Coal as many as 13 companies and plantation companies as many as 10 companies. Sampling in this study using purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using panel data analysis. The results showed that: First, partially Fundamental Analysis with significant influence on stock price of coal company is Cash Ratio (CR) and Return on Equity (ROE). Second, partially Fundamental Analysis with significant influence on stock price of companies Plantation is Cash Ratio (CR), Return on Equity (ROE), and Total Assets Turn Over (TATO). Abstract

This research can be classified in a correlational study that consists of two independent variables, namely the Principal Leadership and Teacher Work Motivation and one dependent variable, namely Teacher Job Satisfaction. This study was conducted at five state Senior High Schools at South Tangerang City in 2012 with total sample of 129 people taken with proportional random sampling technique. The method used is survey and data analysis techniques using correlation and regression statistical. The hypothesis testing performed on the significant level of 0.05 and 0,01. The results of the study showed that: First, there is positive and highly significant correlation between principals leadership with teachers job satisfaction with correlation coefficient, ry1 = 0.5683 and regression equation ? = 78.042 +0.382X1. Second, there is positive and highly significant correlation between work motivation with teacher job satisfaction, with correlation coefficient ry2 = 0.5974, and regression equation ?=50.497+0.573X2. Third, there is positive and highly significant correlation between principal leadership and work motivation all together with teacher job satisfaction with correlation coeficient ry1,2 = 0.7125, and regression equation, ?=31.738+0.278X1 + 0.438X? Based on the result above it can be concluded that teachers job satisfaction can be improved through principal's leadership and work motivation.Keywords : teachers job satisfaction, principal's leadership and work motivation.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the relationship between Transformational Leadership, Discipline and Work Motivation to Performance Civil Servants. Samples in this study as many as 153 employees of a total population of 246 employees Satpol-PP Bogor City. The sampling technique used was simple random sample (Simple Random Sampling). Data were analyzed using regression analysis. The results show that: First, the closeness of the relationship between transformational leadership with employee performance obtained a correlation coefficient of 0.592 that is in the category of the relationship is. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination between transformational leadership on employee performance that is equal to 35.1%. Second, the closeness of the relationship between the Discipline Working with employee performance showed the correlation coefficient (r) of 0.614 which is in the category of strong relationships. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination between Discipline Working with employee performance amounted to 40.8%. Third, the closeness of the relationship between work motivation with employee performance correlation coefficient of 0.564 that is in the category of the relationship is. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination between work motivation with employee performance that is equal to 31.9%. Fourth, the closeness of the positive relationship between Transformational Leadership, Discipline and Work Motivation simultaneously with employee performance obtained a correlation coefficient of 0.599 which has the power of the closeness of the relationship was. Abstract

Research on the Relationship of Principal Leadership and Motivation Work with Teacher Job Satisfaction aims to examine the relationship between two independent variables, namely the Principal Leadership (X1) and Work Motivation Teacher (X2), the dependent variable is Teacher Job Satisfaction (Y) The population of this research is all the Junior High School teachers who were civil servants in the district Ciwandan Cilegon. The samples in this study were drawn from a population of 89 teachers. There is a positive and highly significant relationship between the Principal Leadership and Motivation Teacher Working together with Teacher Job Satisfaction with the regression equation Y = 12.512 + 0.389 X1 + 0.504 X2. Abstract

Perikanan merupakan salah satu sektor ekonomi yang mempunyai potensi dan peranan penting bagi perekonomian Indonesia. Pembangunan perikanan merupakan bagian integral dari pembangunan nasional. Peranan sektor perikanan dalam pembangunan nasional terutama bisa dilihat dari fungsinya sebagai penyedia ekspor hasil perikanan, penyedia kesempatan kerja, peningkatan pendapatan nelayan atau pembudidaya ikan dan pembangunan daerah, serta peningkatan kelestarian sumberdaya perikanan dan lingkungan hidup (DKP 2009).

Abstract

This research is to study the correlation between principals leadership and teachers work ethic with teachers work productivity both individually and collectivelly. Among 93 teachers were surveyed and were selected as samples for the research. Normality, simple regression, multiple regression, homogeneity, simple correlation, multiple correlation, and partial correlation are several data analysis method that were used in this research. The result of this research imply that: Firstly, a positive and significant corelation was found between principals leadership with teachers work productivity and expressed in a form of regression equation as ? = ? = 100.073 + 0.249 X1. The correlation coefficient is ry1 = 0.246 and determination coefficient is r2y1 = 0.06. This means that principals leadership contributed as much as 6% towards teachers work productivity. Secondly, a positive and significant corelation was found between teachers work ethic with teachers work productivity and expressed in a form of regression equation as ? = 37.701 + 0.675 X2. The correlation coefficient is ry1 = 0.615 and determination coefficient is r2y2 = 0.378. This means that principals leadership contributed as much as 37.8% towards teachers work productivity. Thirdly, this research also found that there is a positive and significant corelation between principals leadership and teachers work ethic along with teachers work productivity which is expressed in regression form of ? = 8.613 + 0.232X1 + 0.667X2 and multiple correlation of Ry12 = 0.656 and determination coefficient is Ry12 = 0.43. This means both contribute 43% to the teachers work productivity. This research was also shows that the correlation strength between the principals leadership to the teachers work productivity is lower than the correlation strength between teachers work ethic to the teachers work productivity. Thus, the teachers work ethic are the main variable in this research and it contribute the biggest contribution to the teachers work productivity.Keywords: principals leadership, teachers work ethic, teachers work productivity

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship Situational Leadership and Transformational Leadership on Job Satisfaction of employees at Panin Bank KCU Civil Servants Bogor and Bogor subdistrict North.The study population was all employees Panin Bank KCU Bogor with a population of about 138 employees with the sample used as many as 103 respondents. The sampling technique using Proportional Random Sampling technique. While the study population at the Civil District of North Bogor amounted to 107 employees with the sample used as many as 85 employees. The sampling technique by using Simple Random Sampling. Data were analyzed using regression analysis.The results show that: First, the closeness of the relationship between situational leadership and job satisfaction of Panin Bank KCU Bogor obtained correlation coefficient of 0.578 means the closeness of the relationship was. The closeness of the relationship between transformational leadership and job satisfaction of Panin Bank KCU Bogor obtained correlation coefficient of 0.607 means the closeness of the relationship was. The relationship between situational leadership and transformational leadership together with job satisfaction at Panin Bank KCU Bogor correlation coefficient means that the relationship of closeness 0,641 strong. Second, the closeness of the relationship between situational leadership and job satisfaction of the Civil Service District of North Bogor obtained correlation coefficient of 0.616 means keerata strong relationship. The closeness of the relationship between transformational leadership and job satisfaction of the Civil Service District of North Bogor obtained correlation coefficient of 0.639 means the closeness of the relationship strong. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the correlation of work discipline and work motivation with organizational commitment in Education Department of Bogor City. The study population was 153 people with a total sample of 111 people determined using Slovin formula. Primary data collection using questionnaires and secondary data using recording. Data analysis techniques used descriptive statistical analysis techniques and correlational statistical analysis techniques. The research results are as follows: (1) There is a positive and significant correlation between work discipline with organizational commitment with correlation coefficient ry.1 = 0.519 and functional relationship Ŷ = 88.073 + 0.453X1. Contribution of work discipline to organizational commitment equal to 27.0%., (2) There is a significant positive relationship between work motivation with organizational commitment with correlation coefficient ry.2 = 0.749 and functional relationship Ŷ = 75.975 + 0.637X2. Contribution of work motivation to organizational commitment equal to 56.1%, and (3) There is a significant positive correlation between work discipline and work motivation together with organizational commitment with correlation coefficient r = 0.806 and functional relation Ŷ = 81.940 + 0.274X1 + 0.620X2. The contribution of work discipline and work motivation collectively to organizational commitment is 64.9%.
