Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the correlation between organizational culture and transformational leadership together with the performance of employees at the UPT BPPSDMP Ministry of Agriculture in Bogor. The population in this study was the number of employees of the Official Government (ASN) with general functional positions as many 140 people. With a total sample taken amounted to 104 with Slovin formula. The results showed (1) there is a positive and significant correlation between organizational culture and employee performance with a correlation coefficient (r) of 0,848. The contribution of organizational culture (X₁) to employee performance (Y) is calculated based on the determination coefficient value, it is known that the value of R Square = 0,719, This means that organizational culture (X₁) forms a contribution of 71,9% to employee performance (Y). (2) there is a positive and significant correlation between transformational leadership and employee performance with a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.747. Transformational leadership contribution (X₂) to employee performance (Y) is calculated based on the determination coefficient value of R Square = 0,558, This means that transformational leadership (X₂) forms a contribution of 55,8% to employee performance (Y). (3) there is a positive and significant correlation between organizational culture and transformational leadership together with employee performance with the value of the correlation coefficient (r) of 0,853. The contribution of organizational culture (X₁) and transformational leadership (X₂) together on employee performance (Y) is calculated based on the determination coefficient value Adjusted R Square (R²) = 0,727, this shows that 72,7% employee performance is influenced by organizational culture and transformational leadership.

Abstract

This research aims to study correlation between corporate image and service quality to the customer loyalty of BCA Prioritas KCU Bogor. This research is a correlational study consist of two independent variables, they are corporate image and service quality, and the customer loyalty as a dependent variable. This research was performed in BCA Prioritas KCU Bogor in 2016. The responden of sample of this research are one hundred and fifteen customers which are selected by purposive sampling of the customer population of one hundred and sixty two customers. The technique of the data analysis used are the analysis technique of correlation statistic and multiple correlation. The hyphothesis test is done at significance level of a 0.05. the conclusion of this research as the following : First, there is a positive and significant correlation between corporate image and the customer loyalty which is shown with correlation coefficient value ry 1 = 0.463 and coefficient of determination (r2) 0.214. Second, there is a positive and significant correlation between service quality and the customer loyalty which is shown with correlation coefficient value ry 2 = 0.632 and coefficient of determination (r2) 0.400. third, there is positive and a significant correlation between promotion mix and service quality to the customer loyalty  which is shown with correlation coefficient value ry 12 = 0.632 and coefficient of determination (r2) 0.400. According to the result of this research, the customer loyalty can be improved by corporate image and service quality.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know whether there is a relationship between compensation and performance appraisal with employee attachment. The population of this research is the employees of PT Haleyora Power technical services with the number of 230 employees. Sampling technique using Slovin after calculated obtained the number of samples as 147 employees. The research instrument is kusioner. The data collected is then processed using correlation analysis techniques with the help of SPSS software. The method used is survey and data analysis techniques using statistical test of correlation and simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The hypothesis testing performed at a significant level of 0.05. Result of research yield three conclusion that is: First there is significant positive correlation between compensation with employee attachment with regression equation Ŷ = 22.369 + 0,917X1 and relationship that happened between compensation with employee attachment including category "very strong" because that value ry.1 = 0,992 is between 0,800 - 1,00. Second, there is a significant positive correlation between performance appraisal and employee attachment with regression equation Ŷ = 19.136 + 0.907X2. and the relationship between performance appraisal and employee attachment is "strong" because the value of ry.2 = 0.988 is between 0,800-1.00. Third, there is a significant positive correlation between compensation and performance appraisal together with employee attachment with regression equation Ŷ = 20,986 + 0,652X1 + 0,265X2 and correlation coefficient ry1.2 equal to 0,993. Based on these matters, it can be concluded that employee engagement can be improved through compensation and performance appraisal.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the influence BI rate, maturity, coupon bond, and net profit margin (NPM) emiten to bond prices which are listed in Indonesia Bond Price Agency (IBPA). The population has been obtained by using purposive sampling on emisi which are listed in Indonesia Bond Price Agency in 2012 - 2016 periods and based on the predetermined criteria 49 emisi have been selected as samples. The analysis method has been done by using multiple linear regression analysis and the SPSS (Statistical Product And Service Solutions) 23. The result of partial test shows that (1) BI rate, and coupon bond give influence to the bond price. (2) There is influence between BI rate (X1) , coupon bond (X2), maturity (X3), and Net Profit Margin (NPM) Emiten (X4) together with bond prices.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of organizational support and work attitudes on work productivity of PT. Prime Prima. The research method used in this study is a survey method with a correlational approach, which is a research method designed to obtain information about the relationships between different variables in one population. The instrument used in this study consisted of questionnaires for each variable that was valid and reliable. The results of the study show that 1) Organizational support has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity, meaning that the higher the organizational support provided, the more work productivity of employees will increase. 2) An effective work attitude has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity, meaning that the better the work attitude that employees have, the employee's work productivity will increase. 3) Organizational support and work attitudes together have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity, meaning that the higher the organization's support and the better the work attitude that is owned, then the work productivity of employees will increase.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between organizational climate and job satisfaction together with commitment to employee organization. The population in this study were staff at Salak Tower Hotel, Bogor which amounted to 145 people, determining the number of samples using slovin formula as many as 107 people. The approach of this research is correlational consisting of two independent variabels, namely Climate Organization and Job Satisfaction, while the dependent variabel is Commitment to Organization. Analytical techniques use multiple correlation, partial correlation and dimensional analysis.The results show that (1) There is a positive and significant relationship between Climate Organization (X1) with Commitment to Organization (Y), ryx1 = 0,994). (2) There is a positive and significant relationship between Job Satisfaction (X2) and Commitment to Organization (Y), (ryx2 = 0,992). (3) There is a relationship between Organizational Climate (X1) and Job Satisfaction (X2) together with Commitment to Organization (Y), (ryx1.2 = 0.995). Thus it can be concluded that Commitment to the Organization can be improved through Organizational Climate and Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of financial performance on the projection of bankruptcy in the company of fishery sub-sector. This research was conducted by using secondary data of fishery sub-sector company period 2009-2016. In this study the amount of data taken is 5 companies for 8 years. The data analysis used multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS program. Liquidity there is no significant effect on the projection of bankruptcy. Profitability has no significant effect on bankruptcy projection. Solvency has no significant effect on bankruptcy projection. Activity there is significant influence to bankruptcy projection Together F test results can be known F value is positive marked 81.956 with a significance value of 0.000 0.05 thus this shows that the resulting regression equation is feasible to use, and liquidity factor, profitability , solvency and activity together have a significant positive effect on the projection of bankruptcy at companies listed in the stock exchange indonesia period 2009-2016.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the relationship between service quality and customer trust with the loyalty of visitors to Jungleland Sentul Bogor. The study was conducted at the Sentral Jungleland Adventure Park, Bogor. In this research, the writer uses quantitative methods. The population of this study is all consumers / visitors of Sentul Jungleland Tourism Object Bogor. The sampling method used was purposive sampling. The sample in this study was chosen based on the visitor's understanding of the research object. In this study the number of samples taken was 10 x the number of subvariables (13) so in this study the sample was 130 samples. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS program.The results showed there was a positive and significant relationship between service quality variables with consumer loyalty with a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.859, which means very strong. And the contribution of service quality (X1) to consumer loyalty (Y) obtained R Square value (R²) of 0.738, this means that service quality (X1) contributed 73.8% to consumer loyalty (Y). There is a positive and significant relationship between the trust variable and consumer loyalty with a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.717, which means strong. And the contribution of the trust variable (X2) to consumer loyalty (Y) obtained an R Square value of 0.514, this means that the trust variable (X2) formed a contribution of 51.4% to consumer loyalty (Y). There is a positive and significant relationship between service quality and trust variables together with consumer loyalty with a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.922, which means very strong. And the contribution of servive quality (X1) and trust (X2) together to consumer loyalty (Y) obtained Adjusted R Square (R²) value of 0.848, this shows that 84.8% of Jungleland Sentul Bogor consumer loyalty is influenced by service quality and trust while the remaining 15.2%, consumer loyalty Jungleland Sentul Bogor is influenced by other factors which in this study were not discussed. The most dominant variable affecting consumer loyalty Jungleland Sentul Bogor is the service quality variable (X1) with a regression coefficient of 0.481.

Abstract

This research to determine the effect of interest rates, exchange rates, GDP growth on ROA and the effect of interest rates, exchange rates, GDP growth, ROA on stock prices of the consumer goods industry sector that listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX)). The population in this study are the stock prices index in the consumer goods industry sector on the IDX during period 2010-2020. The sampling technique in this research is using a purposive sampling technique to produce 24 annual panel data samples during period 2010-2020. The analytical technique is using the panel data regression analysis. The results of this research are: 1) Interest rates do not have a significant effect on the profitability of companies in the consumer goods industry sector. 2) The exchange rate has a significant negative effect on the profitability of companies in the consumer goods industry sector. 3) GDP growth has no significant effect on the profitability of companies in the consumer goods industry sector. 4) Interest rates do not have a significant effect on the stock prices of companies in the consumer goods industry sector. 5) The exchange rate has a significant negative effect on the stock prices of companies in the consumer goods industry sector. 6) GDP growth has no significant effect on company stock prices in the consumer goods industry sector. 7) Profitability has a significant positive effect on company stock prices in the consumer goods industry sector. Based on the Adjusted R Square (R2) value in this research, the composite stock price index (IHSG) can be explained by the effect of variations in the independent variables of interest rates, exchange rates, GDP growth and profitability (ROA) of 84% meanwhile 16% is explained by other variables besides the variables in this research.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of Organizational Culture and Transformational Leadership on organizational commitment through the mediation of work motivation. The study population was 144 employees at the Ibnu Taimiyah Islamic Boarding School in Bogor and a sample of 106 employees. Data collection for each variable studied used a questionnaire with an assessment scale. Data analysis techniques using descriptive statistical analysis techniques and path analysis techniques (path analysis). The results showed: (a) There is a direct influence between organizational culture on work motivation with a regression coefficient value of β = 0.875, (b) There is a direct influence between transformational leadership on work motivation with a regression coefficient value of β = 0.035, (c). There is a direct influence between organizational culture on organizational commitment with a regression coefficient value of β = 0.421, (d). There is a direct influence between transformational leadership on organizational commitment and the value of the regression coefficient of β = 0.268, (e). There is a direct influence between work motivation and organizational commitment and the value of the regression coefficient of β = 0.303, (f). There is an indirect influence between organizational culture on organizational commitment through work motivation with a zhitung value greater than ztabel or 2,171 1.96. Then it can be concluded that work motivation mediates the indirect influence between organizational culture on organizational commitment, and (g). There is an indirect influence between transformational leadership on organizational commitment through work motivation with a zhitung value smaller than ztabel or 0,565 1.96. So it can be concluded that work motivation mediates the indirect influence between transformational leadership and organizational commitment.
