Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Application of E-Government in Realizing Transparency in Village Governance in Bulo Timoreng Village. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. The results show that e-government in transparency uses an implementation system. The implementation is by coordinating with the community to find out the problems or benefits that arise in the Implementation of E-Government in Realizing Transparency in Village Governance in Bulo Timoreng Village.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of education level on community participation in community empowerment institutions in Batu Village, Pitu Riase District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The method used in this study is a descriptive research method with a quantitative approach. In general, this study uses inductive statistics to analyze research data. Based on the results of these studies indicate that the level of education is needed in the community in order to improve the development of human resources, especially in planning, implementing and supervising development in Batu Village. People who are highly educated are quicker to understand and understand the development programs that will be implemented. They are also expected to motivate other communities to participate in development activities in the Kelurahan in order to realize the common goals of the community for the progress of the region.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the role of the village government towards the transparency of the family program hopes of Banua Village Bungin District. The population in this study was 110 residents in Banua Village Bungin District of Enrekang Regency, where sampling used is Saturated Sampling using Slovin Formula with the number of Samples 110, this study uses Quantitative Descriptive Methods. Data collection techniques used through Observation, Questionnaire (Angket), Interview, Library Study. Data Analysis techniques used are Descriptive Statistics, Linear Regression, Hypothesis Testing using SPSS 16.0 and Likert Scale. The results of this study showed that the role of the village government towards the transparency of the family program hopes of Banua Village Bungin District with a value of 53% categorized ''influential''. The Indicator of the Role of the Village Government in the form of Provision is Facilities (51%), the Role of the Village Government in the provision of motivation is (54.2%), the Role of the Village Government as a Mediator is (52.8%). While the Transparency Indicator is the Willingness to Access Documents which is (55.4%), Clarity and Completeness of Information that is (54.4%), Open Access is (55.2%), The Regulatory Framework is (49%). So that the role of the village government towards the transparency of the family program hopes Banua Village Bungin Regency with a value of 53% categorized ''influential''.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of the Bumdes Information System application and Village and Village Management to the public services of the Cipotakari Village Office, Panca Rijang District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency and the supporting factors that affect the public services of the Cipotakari Village Office in Panca Rijang District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population in this study is the head of the family in Aka-Akae Village, Watang Sidenreng District, the number of people served in the last 2 months, namely September-December 2020 as many as 85 people. The number of samples in this study was carried out by means of total samples, so all members of the population had the same opportunity to be samples. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature study. The collected data is then used quantitative analysis techniques with frequency tables. The results showed that the application of the Bumdes and Village and Village Management Information System applications to the public services of the Cipotakari Village Office, Panca Rijang District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency was categorized as poor with a value of 60.11%. The supporting factor that affects the public services of the Cipotakari Village Office in Panca Rijang District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency, namely the Awareness Factor marked by the punctuality of the work of the apparatus at the Cipotakari Village Office is categorized as good with a score of 64.6%. The rule factor is marked by the work arrangement for the apparatus service at the Cipotakari Village Office which is categorized as poor with a score of 59.2%. The income factor is marked by the compensation for services provided by the apparatus at the Village Office which is categorized as good with a value of 65%. The ability factor is marked by the guidance of apparatus services to the community at the Cipotakari Village Office categorized as good with a score of 68%. The facility factor is marked by the work facilities of the apparatus in serving the community at the Cipotakari Village Office categorized as good with a score of 65.4%.

Abstract

The study aims to find out how the implementation of Accountibility and transparency in the Covid 19 pandemic in Lagading Village, Pitu Riase District, Sidenreng rappang Regency.The population in this study was 404 households where the sampling used was Incidental Sampling Incidental Slovin formula. The error rate was 10% with a sample size of 80 Households.This study uses descriptive quantitative Methods.Data collection techniques used are through observation, questionnaires, interviews and Literature study. The Results of this study indicate that the average Percentage of the application of Accountability and Transparency to the management of Village funds in the Lagading Village,Pitu Riase District,Sidenreng Rappang District Is 65,3 with a Good Category,and the factors that influence the application of Accountability and Transparency to the nanagement of village funds in the past.the Covid 19 pandemic is 59,3 in the doubtful Category.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the government's strategy for empowering women based on entrepreneurship in Cipotakari village, to determine the factors that influence the government's strategy to empower women based on entrepreneurship in Cipotakari village. The population of this study was 280 people (adult women), while the research sample was 72 people. The data collection techniques used in this study were (1) observation, (2) literature study, and (3) questionnaire. The collected data was then analyzed using a frequency table and using the SPSS 2.1 application. The results of the research on the Government's Strategy for the Empowerment of Entrepreneur-Free Women in Cipotakari Village, Panca Rijang District, can be categorized as "not good" with a percentage of 50% based on the results of respondents' recapitulation on government strategy indicators. The factors that influence the leadership of the village head in empowering women from the percentage results have an influence of 2.3%, while the power factor on the Cipotakari village government in giving authority to women to become entrepreneurs from the percentage results has an influence of 0%. This can be seen from the t test, where t count 0.960 is smaller than t table 1.997, so H0 is accepted meaning that it is not significant. So the Government's Strategy has no significant effect on Entrepreneurial-Based Women's Empowerment in Cipotakari Village.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the governance of Bina Baru Village, Kulo District, based on E-Government in improving public services in the Industrial Era 4.0 and to find out the inhibiting factors for E-Government-based public services in the Industrial Era 4.0 in Bina Baru Village, Kulo District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. . The research population was 329 people/person and the sample was 49 people/person. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The data collection techniques used are observation, library research, questionnaires or questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique is in the form of descriptive statistics. The results showed that 66% of E-Government-based governance was "good", in terms of developing a reliable service system 69% good, managing government work processes 70% good, utilizing information technology optimally 62% good, developing human resource capacity 64% good. Public service 67% "good", in terms of the availability of good infrastructure 71% good, responsible to every consumer from beginning to end 66% good, able to serve quickly 58% not good, able to serve properly 66% good, able communicates 76% well. Factors that hinder public services are awareness 64% influential, 65% influential rules, 60% less influential organization, income 63% influential, 62% influential officer skills, 86% very influential facility factor.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how to use village websites in Carawali Village, Watang Pulu District, the use of village websites to improve public services during the COVID-19 pandemic in Carawali Village, Watang Pulu District. And the factors that influence the use of the website in Carawali Village, Watang Pulu District. The population in the study was 540 people and the sample was 54. This type of research is quantitative narrative. Data collection techniques mean observation, questionnaires (questionnaire) & literature. The analysis technique uses descriptive statistics. The results of the research output on the use of village websites in Carawali Village obtained poor results with an average percentage of 38.2%. The factors that encourage influencing E-Government are in the influential category with an average percentage of 70.9%. Then the use of village websites to improve public services during the COVID-19 pandemic shows a significant level of 0.002.

Abstract

Kantor Kecamatan Lawang yang terletak di Kabupaten Malang dipimpin oleh seorang camat yang berkedudukan dibawah dan bertanggung jawab kepada Bupati melalui Seketaris Daerah. Kantor Kecamatan Lawang yang terletak di Jl. Thamrin No. 2 Kecamatan Lawang, Kabupaten Malang 65211. Tujuan awal dalam mengambil judul ini adalah untuk melihat apakah ada pengaruh antara gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Kantor Kecamatan Lawang. peneliti menggunakan metode kuantitatif, yakni dalam metode ini untuk teknik pengumpulan datanya yakni penyebaran kuisioner, dokumentasi dan juga wawancara sebagai pelengkap untuk data. Penelitian ini mendapatkan hasil yang memperlihatkan bahwa secara parsial Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh secara signifikan dan positif terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Secara simultan antara Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap Kinerja Pegawai.

Abstract

This study discusses innovative governance which is an assessment of the acceleration and improvement of governance. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a unit of analysis for the regional government of Bantaeng Regency. The technique of determining the informants is done by purposive, data collection with in-depth interview techniques, observations, documentation, webinars, and online data. Data analysis includes several stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, after the selected data is analyzed using Nvivo 12 plus, and then conclusions are drawn. The results showed that the factors that determine the success of local governance are (1) leaders & leadership, (2) institutions, (3) modernization of the public sector, (4) organized civil society, (5) democratic traditions or culture, (6 ) the level of public trust, and (7) factors of communication, coordination, and synergy. Building innovative local governance requires several strategies, namely community involvement, utilization of cooperation, integrated services, utilization of information technology, and decentralization. To accelerate governance innovation, it is recommended to apply a collaborative model between institutions/agencies and determine the theme in each program and activity.
