<![CDATA[West Bandung Regency is one of the regions in Indonesia which also has an independent and autonomous regional government system as the principle of decentralization is carried out and implemented at the regional government level. Law Number 23 of 2014 concerning Regional Government is the basic point of departure for the decentralization system in Indonesia and the distribution of rights and powers of regional governments in carrying out various programs in their regions as evidence of an autonomous and independent government. Decentralization also prioritizes regional capacity and authority to provide good public services to the community. Nonetheless, central government intervention into the local government system is something that cannot be avoided. Many steps and also central government programs have actually reduced local government from various aspects, especially aspects of regional planning. One of the things that can be seen in West Bandung Regency is that with the realization of a national strategic project, the regional government of West Bandung Regency has to re-adjust the plans they have made in the medium and long term.]]>

<![CDATA[This paper aims to analyze the role of the West Java government in efforts to grow the economy during the Covid-19 pandemic. There are 9 priorities from the West Java government policy, namely 1) Decentralization of health services; 2) Economic organization based on innovation; 3) Access to education; 4) Religious education; 5) Development of infrastructure and tourist destinations; 6) Building movement of the village; 7) Regional connectivity; 8) Regional structuring innovation and public services; 9) Subsidies for economically weak groups. Government policies are analyzed by looking at the realization of the implementation of government policies that occur in the field. The data was obtained from the RKPD which was presented at the West Java BAPPEDA event by looking at the alignment between government policies and practices that occur in the field.]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi program pengelolaan sampah terhadap pendapatan badan usaha milik Desa mujur Kalosi Alau Kecamatan Dua Pitue Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. Hasil olah kuesioner diperoleh rekapitulasi Indikator Implementasi sebesar 58,28% berada pada kategori cukup baik. Rekapitulasi Indikator Badan Usaha Milik Desa dalam program pengelolaan sampah sebesar 59% berada pada kategori “Kurang Baik: dan pengaruh antara implementasi program pengelolaan sampah dan pendapatan badan usaha milik desa mujur Kalosi Alau Kecamatan Dua Pitue Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang dikategorikan Berpengaruh/signifikan, dari uji ANOVA didapat Fhitung yang hanya diperoleh sebesar 0,85 dengan tingkat signifikan 0,771 hal ini menunjukkan pengaruh variabel independen secara keseluruhan berpengaruh signifikan, dan probabilitas jauh diatas 0.05., secara parsial t hitung (292) > t tabel (1.65922) artinya implementasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan badan usaha milik Desa Kalosi Alau Kecamatan Dua Pitue Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang sebesar “ 56,3% berada pada kategori Cukup Baik.]]>

<![CDATA[Perencanaan pembangunan daerah merupakan bentuk nyata dari adanya desentralisasi fiskal. Dalam tahapan perencanaan pembangunan, daerah melakukan penyusunan anggaran atau rencana keuangan setiap tahunnya. Proses penyusunan anggaran didahului dengan penyusunan Rencana Kerja Pemerintah Daerah (RKPD) yang disiapkan Tim Anggaran (eksekutif) untuk diserahkan kepada Badan Anggaran (legislatif) yang menjadi pedoman dalam penyusunan Kebijakan Umum Anggaran dan Prioritas Plafon Anggaran Sementara (KUA-PPAS). Pembahasan KUA-PPAS dibahas bersama pihak eksekutif dan legislatif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis masing-masing kepentingan yang dibawa pemerintah daerah selaku eksekutif dan DPRD selaku legislatif serta menggambarkan bentuk relasi yang terjadi antara kedua lembaga ini dalam proses penyusunan anggaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang diperoleh dari wawancara, observasi, dan dokumen yang tersedia. Temuan hasil penelitian ini adalah berlangsungnya bargaining politik antara pihak eksekutif dan legislatif dalam mengakomodir masing-masing sumber daya untuk dimasukkan dalam anggaran. Proses anggaran berlangsung lancar selama kepentingan diakomodir dan adanya komunikasi yang baik.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the efforts of village heads in increasing the professionalism of apparatus work at the Sipododeceng village office. The population in this study amounted to 38 people. Sampling was carried out with a total sample, namely taking the entire population so that it became 38 people. The data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews, literature review and questionnaires. The collected data is then used by means of quantitative analysis techniques with frequency tables. The results showed that the village head's efforts to improve the professionalism of the apparatus at the Sipodeceng Village Office were categorized as good with a percentage of 71%. Cooperation motivation is the most dominant value. Cooperation motivation is a condition that influences to generate, direct, and maintain behavior related to the work environment. The professionalism of the work of the apparatus in the Sipodeceng Village Office, Baranti District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency is cooperation in commitment with a percentage of 73.5%. The most dominant value is the accountability of apparatus at work when they make mistakes serving the community and the influence of transformational leadership on increasing the professionalism of apparatus work at the Sipodeceng Village Office, Baranti District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency is categorized as influential with a percentage of 72%. The most influential indicator is motivation.]]>

<![CDATA[Kemiskinan merupakan masalah serius dan terus menerus ada dalam perkembangan kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara khususnya di Indonesia. Ketika terjadi pandemi covid-19 di Indonesia, Angka kemiskinan di Indonesia meningkat hingga dua digit selama pandemi Covid-19. Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) mencatat angka ini sebesar 10,19% pada September 2020. Langkah-langkah yang dilakukan pemerintah untuk mengatasi kemiskinan tentu tak bisa sendirian, harus melibatkan berbagai stakeholder termasuk pihak swasta seperti Yayasan Yatim Mandiri. Yatim Mandiri adalah Lembaga Amil Zakat Nasional (LAZNAS) milik masyarakat Indonesia yang berkhidmat mengangkat harkat sosial kemanusiaan yatim dhuafa dengan dana ZISWAF (Zakat, Infaq, Shadaqah, Wakaf) serta dana lainnya yang halal dan legal dari perorangan, kelompok, perusahaan/lembaga. Berdasarkan informasi tersebut, maka kiranya sangat penting untuk dilakukan penelitian mengenai bagaimana Yayasan Yatim Mandiri dalam memanajemen sumber daya manusia bagi tim yang bertugas agar dapat Bersama pemerintah dan masyarakat dalam mengentaskan kemiskinan. <![CDATA[This research aims to examine the political participation of members of the Sorong City DPRD in the making of local regulations. The research adopts a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews and participatory observation. Respondents in this study are members of the Sorong City DPRD and relevant parties in the process of making local regulations. The results indicate that the political participation of members of the Sorong City DPRD in the making of local regulations is still low. This is due to various factors such as the limited access to information and the time constraints that DPRD members have to study draft local regulations. In addition, internal DPRD policies that restrict the participation of DPRD members in the process of making local regulations also pose obstacles. Therefore, efforts are needed to increase the political participation of DPRD members in the making of local regulations in Sorong City. Efforts that can be made include expanding access to information and providing training related to the making of local regulations to DPRD members. Additionally, there is a need to change internal DPRD policies that accommodate the participation of DPRD members in the process of making local regulations. It is expected that with increased political participation of DPRD members, the resulting local regulations can be more responsive to the interests of the community]]>

<![CDATA[Political socialization is one of the urgent pillars in the implementation of a democratic party, as well as having an influence on the level of voter participation in an election, in this case the regional head election. On this basis, the researcher is motivated to prove that political socialization has an important role in increasing the participation of first-time voters in the 2019 regional head elections in Megang Sakti District, Musi Rawas Regency. In this study, the researcher used descriptive qualitative research by describing and interpreting data and facts obtained during field research from 30 informants so that in the end a hypothesis could be formulated. The results of the study show that the socialization of politics has an influence on increasing the political participation of first-time voters in Megang Sakti District, Musi Rawas Regency in the 2019 regional elections. The factors that influence the increase in the political participation of young voters are due to the influence of information and understanding of the democratic process or general elections, especially in the 2019 regional election elections.]]>

Salah satu layanan di Mall Pelayanan Publik (MPP) Kabupaten Karawang adalah pendaftaran antrian secara online melalui website MPP Kabupaten Karawang, yang dapat memudahkan masyarakat untuk mendapatkan nomor antrian layanan yang dituju tanpa harus mengantri panjang di MPP Kabupaten Karawang. <![CDATA[PT. POS Indonesia’s public service innovation in delivery service competition (Study at PT. POS Indonesia Palopo City branch). In competitive business world, particularly those focus on goods delivery services, the innovation demand was a central aspect needs concern, in particular of technological advances. This paper aims to discover why public of Palopo City tend to apply private shipping services instead of PT. POS and how it’s business innovation to face competition. The research was conducted on qualitative with descriptive approach. The results of the study was indicate that there was an interconnection relationship and influence on the delivery preference of goods based on information technology which has mostly been used by PT POS Indonesia's competitors. On the other hand PT. POS Indonesia was trying to maintain it’s existence by strengthening innovation in both products and processes, and the business aimed to upgrade competitiveness with other delivery service providers]]>
