This research aims to analyze the first Islamic philosophers (Al-Kindi). Philosophy which developed in the Islamic world is a legacy of Greek philosophy. Many Muslim philosophers took the thoughts of Aristotle, Plato, and Plotinus, so many Greek philosophical theories were taken by Muslim philosophers. It is this influence of Greek philosophy which is the basis of the counter-expression around the problem of philosophy in Islam. The results showed that the birth and development of philosophical thought in Islam was a necessary historical reality because of the interaction that was built between Muslim Arabs with conquered areas (non-Muslim nations), namely the Persians, Indians and especially Greek people. , so Islamic philosophy is said to contain many elements of Hellenism.

The articles disclosed on the peace agreement between GAM and the RI is not an easy journey, but it requires the preparation of good strategies and iknikad so as to create an effective negotiation forum. In the negotiation phase requires maturity and experience starting from the exploratory stage, the selection of mediators, until the commitment after the deal. This is what both GAM and RI have achieved in reaching a peace agreement. Aceh's dark sheet has been closed, now the new sheet has been opened since 2005 ago. Now is the time for Aceh to lead and manage its own territory with "foward looking" previously proposed by the RI in negotiations. This peace agreement should be put to good use, especially for the benefit of the people of Aceh, not only for ex GAM.

That article said that the 21st century is a century belonging to Asia, especially China. By 2050 half the world's gross national product will bedominated by Asia where China is predicted to displace the US to secondplace and will be the world's strongest player, followed by India in third.Globalization has opened up barriers and boundaries for the movement ofinformation, capital, goods, services, people, as well as state ideology andnationalism. Indonesia, which by Gunnar Myrdal called soft country, shouldrapidly improve itself to rise and compete in the era of globalization whereChina is increasingly dominant in competing against the US and its allies inAsia.

The woman status and rights in the inheritance law have a dissenting of opinion among scholars. Therefore, the position and rights of woman in Islamic inheritance law re-assessed. The method used is content analysis of references that is relevant to the issues discussed. Differences of opinion among scholars attributed to differences in understanding the meaning lafadh and expansion of the scope walad words contained in the verses of inheritance and influenced by pre-Islamic Arab culture (Oahiliyah). According to the Sunni scholars, women are not menghijab brother (both male and female), while according to scholars of the Shia , the word of walad include boys and girls, so the girls can also attract (menghijab) brother (both male and female). The presence of KHI has shifted the system of Islamic inheritance developed by scholars earlier patterned by the patrilineal to the bilateral inheritance system that attract the lineage from both directions from relatives of men and women .The bilateral patterned inheritance system is more in line with the kinship system in Indonesia and developments today's society.

This article argues that research on terrorism conducted in educational institutions for the study of philosophy was just as impressed as the strategy and tactics of counter-terrorism to the anti-terror apparatus, in which, unfortunately, it has no coherent philosophical argumentation. It also reflects the the poor philosophical literature on terrorism. In other words, the promoter nor promovendus in PhD program equally ignorant about how to frame the issue of terrorism in the realm of philosophy. This condition is an advantage for the ideologues in the terror movement operating in Indonesia. Therefore, it is time for the Government of Indonesia led scholars and professors of philosophy to develop counter-terrorism argument through research grants adequate.

The collapse of Soeharto’s military regime in May 1998 and the subsequent rise of a civilian regime under Baharuddin Jusuf Habibie have been embraced as the beginning of a new era of reform (era reformasi) in Indonesia. It was hoped at the time that Habibie would reform the country’s political system and initiate military reform, subjects which Soeharto had ignored for many decades. For this reason, radical students demanded that the new civilian regime consistently implement the demanded reforms, which included investigation and prosecution of Soeharto for his corruption, collusion, and nepotism, as well as the investigation and prosecution of the military on charges of human rights violations. They also called for peaceful solutions to be sought for separatist conflicts throughout the country.

This study is about the path of ideology in a democratic country. Ideology is a psychic tool. It is used to link the historical conditions of a period to their future origins. A kind of "back to the future" motion. In that mechanism it becomes absolute. Because, to "own" the future, he must glorify the past, as an excuse to "return to the future". Ideology is obsessive fantasy, which is "prayer" that guarantees the past ... in the future. In fact, ideology seeks its future into the past.

This paper deals with the single principle of Pancasila and efforts to redefine the "stabilization" of Indonesian politics. Ideological strengthening measures are based on the historical power of Indonesia, which is filled with a variety of conflicts and conflicts within community groups, in political parties or in elites in state institutions, especially in competition, polarization of political interests and ideological background. The concept of ideology cannot be destroyed, always dynamizing itself as an awareness that is believed by many people, groups or within political party institutions. From this understanding, at least the New Order patterned a political awareness about the necessity of Pancasila to become an ideology of the state in the direction of an ideological awareness in a life together in a community, becoming a nation within the Indonesian state.
