Abstract

This study aims to discuss various sensor technologies that monitor lumbar, leg, and arm movements, which are considered to contribute to the risk of LBP. The research method used is the literature review method of 10 journals obtained from the EBSCO database, Pro Quest, and EMBASE. The research results were based on the online search method and selection of scientific journals; ten articles were selected for further review. The results of a study of 10 journals show that the sensor technology that has been developed can detect movements of the lumbar, arms, and legs which are effective in evaluating the activities of nurses for the prevention of low back pain. In conclusion, the use of sensor technology that can be used is very efficient. It benefits in increasing nurses' awareness of preventing LBP risks while working. Abstract

This study aimed to detect seizures early on the mobile health application in children with epilepsy. The research method used was the literature review database at the University of Indonesia, namely Science Direct, ProQuest, Scopus, EBSCOhost, and Google Scholar (2018-2022. The results of this study show that a review literature search obtained from seven journals showed that the mobile health application is used to detect seizure waves in children. A lot of review literature on mobile health can detect seizure waves early so that parents or caregivers can prepare themselves before seizures appear in children using mobile health. The application can also improve patient medication adherence, assist in documenting seizures, and increase knowledge about epilepsy for children, parents, or caregivers. In conclusion, mobile health applications benefit children with epilepsy in self-management. Keywords: Epilepsy, EEG, Mobile Health Application

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of telemonitoring on the incidence of readmission in patients with heart failure. The method used in this study is a literature review focusing on articles published in the last five years and English, with the target population being patients aged over 18 years. The article search strategy uses online databases, namely "ScienceDirect," "ProQuest," "Sage," and "Scopus," using keywords and Boolean Operators. The results showed that using a telemonitoring system in most articles proved effective in reducing readmissions in heart failure patients. This difference occurs due to differences in the number of samples and the length of time of the study. In conclusion, telemonitoring is effective in reducing readmission in heart failure patients compared to those who receive regular care. Keywords: Heart failure, Rehospitalization, Telemonitoring

Abstract

This study aims to improve the application of unit quality indicator reporting through a digital system that makes it easier for nurses to access so that reports can be submitted quickly and accurately. The method used is a literature review of 11 kinds of literature and various other literature on improving the quality of nursing through the reporting system. The research results show that the basis for nurses in supporting the work program of the Department of Nursing is to maintain the quality of nursing services, which is guided by hospital patient safety. One of them is implementing a technology-based and information system-based nursing quality indicator reporting system. In conclusion, reporting unit quality indicators becomes more accessible, faster, and precise. It becomes an effort to determine the quality of performance and nursing services in each nursing unit, which benefits health workers, hospitals, and the community.
