Abstract

Penetapan Kinerja Institut Pemerintahan Dalam Negeri (IPDN) Kampus Kalimantan Barat tahun 2016 menetapkan 4 (Empat) sasaran strategis yang akan dicapai, dengan indikator kinerja sebanyak 6 (enam) indikator kinerja. Dari 6 (enam) indikator kinerja tersebut, 5 (lima) indikator mencapai penilaian kategori “Sangat Baik” dan 1 (satu) indikator mencapai kategori “sangat kurang” karena terjadinya efisiensi anggaran pembangunan. Capaian penilaian indikator tersebut dilihat dari pencapaian kinerja dari segi anggaran. Sedangkan capaian kinerja berdasarkan realisasi capaian volume dari 6 (enam) indikator dimaksud, terdapat 2 (dua) indikator dengan penilaian kategori “Sangat Baik”, 2 (dua) indikator dengan penilaian kategori “Baik” dan 2 (dua) indikator dengan penilaian “Sangat Kurang”. Disamping itu, IPDN Kampus Kalimantan Barat juga melakukan berbagai kegiatan pendukung dalam rangka meningkatkan akuntabilitas kinerja.

Abstract

The formation of regional devices based on the potential of region has set to the affairs of concurrent government and the elements of support in the certainty of PP No. 18/2017 about of regional devices. The policy implementation The formation of regional devices of Singkawang City Govermment from the communication aspect, community parcipation with compositation of regional devices have to good run. But need to improvement the human resources is not smooth and own technical capability. The ASOCA approach results of three strategy of fhe formation of regional devices, including: the positation admissing with merit system; raising of managerial skill; and raising of supervision, creation and coordinstion based culture for upgrade of aparatus performance.

Abstract

Implementation of smartcity in the city of Balikpapan is a challenge for governance that aims to provide the welfare of the community. Innovation are developed through the application of the concept of smartcity is still recently implemented and is still fairly new, but the application already indicates the serious intention of the city government to provide ease of information and services needed by the community. With the application of technology in the service to the community, of course the role and duty of the local government of the city will be helped and also the goal of the city government to provide excellent service to the public in order to realize the smart government will be achieved.

Abstract

The perspective of government communication is a picture of future communications that can be applied to bring about change and find the most efficient formula in its implementation. Implementation of the concept of good governance through information transparency can support the implementation of better governance activities. Change of government communication paradigm from old structure system, culture and procedure into better structure, culture and procedure. The change is seen in the higher public confidence in IPDN Selection of Prospective Admission (SPCP) online. With increasing public trust, will increase trust in the Institute of Domestic Government in the selection of candidates. The transparency of IPDN information ultimately supports the implementation of good governance in Indonesia in general.

Abstract

Allocation of Village Funds including Village Funds in its implementation is carried out by several regional government institutions, namely the first local government itself as the regulator or policy maker of use and utilization, secondly the sub-district government and related technical agencies that play a supervisory, mentoring and facilitator role and the third and final is the village government itself as the recipient, user and user of the fund. the implementation of village fund allocation policies in development in the village of Tatelu Rondor, Dimembe Subdistrict, North Minahasa Regency through physical development in the village did not work well, this condition was based on facts namely lack of proper and correct understanding of village government, unavailability of resources adequate in supporting the smooth implementation of village fund allocation policies, lack of communication in supporting implementation activities, lack of support from some village officials and the community, and bureaucratic structures often hampered.

Cultural tourism as tourism brand in Tana Toraja on its development is not running well. The government as is considered as the umbrella of the culture in one side, is also considered had marginalized the community. The efforts to foster and develop tourism nationally are also aimed at improving the quality of the country's culture, introducing the heritage of the nation as well as natural scenery, including maritime nature in various parts of the country in Indonesia. based on this, tourism management and development needs to be improved for the community.

Abstract

Community service has become a mission that must be implemented and improved in order to create good governance. It is expected that services carried out by government organizations in the regions in order to meet the increasingly complex needs of the community can work well. The performance of employees of the Tamalanrea Village in realizing services for the community has not yet been fully implemented optimally, there are still obstacles in the process of implementing services in the Tamalanrea Village, such as; the lack of supporting facilities and infrastructure in the process of service to the community, low awareness of employees about their duties and responsibilities as public servants, and the mindset of the people who want instant service so as to lead to brokering in the licensing process in Tamalanrea Sub-District

Abstract

The performance of the apparatus in carrying out government duties is expected to be carried out seriously by having a willingness to compete giving the best in order to achieve the stated goals. The function of guidance and direction of a sub-district head is reflected in the leadership style that is applied to the administration of government, development and community empowerment. The results of the study show that the Cooperation dimension, the dimension of listening and receiving suggestions / inputs and the dimensions of encouraging decision-making, are more dominantly applied by the sub-district head, which is the dimension of the participative leadership style.

Abstract

This articulation tries to expose the crisis about the smoke disaster in Indonesia which can exacerbate political relations between the Indonesia-Malaysia countries. This is important because the government and the people of Indonesia are often trapped in various problems that are actually simple. However, due to political miscommunication between countries coupled with the lack of coordination between bureaucracies, the problem that is actually simple is actually growing and complex.

Abstract
