Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the work environment and workload have on employee performance at PT Pekerti Nusantara which includes variables (independent) work environment, workload has an influence on employee performance (dependent). The population in the study were all employees totaling 35 people. Sampling data obtained through questionnaires were tested through quantity tests; namely validity and reliability tests and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression, determination test (R2 ), t test and f test. From the results of multiple linear regression shows that employee performance is influenced by work environment variables b1X1: 0.545, workload variables b2X2: 0.215. The results of the coefficient of determination (R2 ) use an adjusted r square value of 0.775, this indicates that the variables studied work environment variables (X1) and workload variables (X2) have an influence on employee performance (Y) of 75.5% while the remaining 24.5% is influenced by variables not studied. From the results of the t test and f test calculations, it can be seen that all elements of the work environment variable and workload variable together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance variables with a Sig value of 0.000 < 0.05 and an Fcalcute values of 53.480 > Ftable 3.280. For the variable that has the most dominant effect on employee performance variables is the work environment variable

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strategies and opportunities of human resource management in the digital era to improve the career development of Generation Z in Rangkasbitung Subdistrict. The digital era has changed the way Generation Z views and manages their careers, especially in utilizing the growing digital technology. This research used a qualitative approach with a case study method, where data was collected through in-depth interviews with several informants from Generation Z who work in various fields. The results show that digital technology supports daily work, especially in communication, task management, and learning. In addition, human resource management strategies such as training, mentoring, and regular performance evaluations have proven effective in improving Generation Z's competencies and readiness to face future career challenges. Despite facing challenges such as adaptation to new technologies and undisciplined student management, the opportunities offered by the digital era, such as easy access to learning resources and the chance to upgrade skills through online courses, are key drivers in their career development. This study concludes that proper support from the work environment, supported by an adaptive and flexible human resource management strategy, can help Generation Z in Rangkasbitung Sub-district to continue to develop and adapt in their careers in the digital era. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of work environment, organizational culture and work ethics on employee performance of La Tansa Islamic Boarding School in Lebak Regency, and thus, improve employee performance level. A questionnaire-based survey was conducted at La Tansa Islamic Boarding School in Lebak Regency, analyzing a sample size of 65 employees. The results of path analysis modeling revealed that work environment has a positive and significant effect on work ethics, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on work ethics, work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work ethics has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through work ethics and organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through work ethics. This study provides important contributions in the field of work environment that can be useful for La Tansa Islamic Boarding School in Lebak Regency to recognize the importance of work environment to improve employee performance. The findings also provide significant implications for organizations to better understand the importance of work environment, which will help to improve organizational success.

Abstract

Good government cannot be achieved without optimum supervision so as to achieve conditions of mutual supervision that encourage the Government to manage state resources in a transparent and accountable manner. This study aims to analyze the effect of the General Allocation Fund on capital expenditure and the effect of the Special Allocation Fund on capital expenditure. This research uses quantitative methods. The population used in this study were 62 respondents / employees who worked at the Regional Finance and Asset Agency (BKAD) office in Lebak Regency. Sampling using purposive sampling using primary data. Primary data in the study is data in the form of data from the results of questionnaires distributed. The research data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis methods with the help of SPSS version.25.The results of this study found that the General Allocation Fund variable partially affects capital expenditure, the Special Allocation Fund variable partially affects capital expenditure. And simultaneously the General Allocation Fund and Special Allocation Fund variables have a positive and significant effect on capital expenditure.

Abstract

Company performance is a series of processes that are referred to and measured over a certain period of time based on an agreement that has been made previously. This study aims to examine and analyze the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) on the performance of service industry companies in the property and real estate sub-sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2016-2020. The method used in this research is the quantitative method. The sample of this research is 12 property and real estate sub-sector service industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2016-2020. Company performance is measured using Tobin's Q value, and using purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis technique using the SPSS V.20 . program The results of the study show that for the t-test there is a partial effect between the size of the board of directors, independent board of commissioners and audit committee on company performance. As for the F test, there is a significant effect between the size of the board of directors, the independent board of commissioners, and the audit committee on the company's performance simultaneously.

Abstract

Financial performance is an analysis conducted to assess how well a company operates its business by adhering to sound financial rules. It reflects the company's achievements over a period, including capital adequacy, liquidity, and profitability. This study aims to analyze the impact of capital structure and sales growth on the performance of retail companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The study population comprises retail companies listed on the IDX. The sample was determined using purposive sampling based on specific criteria, resulting in 14 companies with 70 financial report data points. Secondary data were utilized, and multiple linear regression analysis was conducted using SPSS 20. The results indicate that capital structure (DER) negatively and significantly affects performance (ROA), while sales growth positively and significantly impacts performance. Together, capital structure and sales growth positively and significantly influence company performance. Future researchers are advised to expand the sample of companies listed on the IDX and consider using Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) to measure the relationship between total debt and total assets. This variable is considered more relevant to improving company performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand values and brand preferences on parents' decisions on student registration at the Kun karima pandeglang Islamic boarding school. The method used in this research is quantitative method with questionnaire data collection techniques, interviews,. The sample in this study were the guardians of class 1 MTs at Pondok Pesantre Kun Karima Pandeglang, totaling 35 respondents. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The statistical tests used were data normality tests, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity, autocorrelation, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determinant coefficient analysis, hypothesis testing (t test and f test) using the SPSS V 25 program. The results of this study indicate that Brand Value (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Parents' Decision on student enrollment (Y), Brand Preference (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Parents' Decision on Student Enrollment (Y), Brand Value (X1) and Brand Preference ( X2) has a positive effect on Parents' Decisions on Student Registration (Y).

Abstract

To find out the influence of motivation on employee performance in employees at the Lebak Regency Ministry of Religion Office. To find out the effect of work facilities on employee performance in the Lebak Regency Ministry of Religion Office employees. To find out simultaneously the influence of motivation and work facilities on employee performance in Lebak Regency Ministry of Religion Office employees. This research used a sampling technique, namely Sampling/Saturated Sample", a total of 49 people/employees. The data analysis method used is descriptive and hypothesis testing uses regression analysis with the SPSS 25.00 for Windows program. The results of the research are Motivation is proven to have a partial positive and significant effect on employee performance.) Work facilities are proven to have no partial effect on employee performance. Motivation and Facilities are proven to have a simultaneous positive and significant effect on employee performance. It is hoped that the results of this research can be used as consideration in taking action to improve marketing performance by paying attention to Motivation (X1) and Facilities (X2) so that Service Employee Performance (Y) is competitive. It is hoped that more samples can be used, so that the expected results can be achieved. It is hoped that different analytical tools will be developed so that they can reveal more problems and provide research findings that are more meaningful and useful for many parties.
