The purpose of this study was to understand the influence of the Islamic leadership style of village officials on community satisfaction at the Leranwetan Village Office. This research was conducted with an associative quantitative approach. This research was conducted at the Leranwetan Village Office with a total of 100 respondents, but the population surveyed was residents of Leranwetan Village. This research uses incidental sampling with non-probability sampling technique. Data collection was carried out using the questionnaire or questionnaire method which was distributed directly via the Google form and then evaluated using a Likert scale and the SMARTPLS program version 4.0 with the SEM analysis method. The results of this study indicate that when viewed partially the Islamic leadership variable (X) has a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction variable (Y). Fast Moving Consumer Goods menjadi salah satu sumber dalam mewujudkan investasi dengan sumber utama dari produk kebutuhan sehari-hari, seperti makanan, minuman, produk rumah tangga, dan produk kecantikan. Namun, ternyata beberapa waktu terakhir harga saham PT. Unilever Indonesia justru mengalami penurunan yang sangat signifikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh EPS, DPS, PBV dan DER terhadap harga saham. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa data sekunder yang diambil dari laporan keuangan PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk periode 2015-2022. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda menggunakan eviews. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel EPS tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap harga saham. Sedangkan variabel DPS, PBV dan DER berpengaruh terhadap harga saham. Hasil secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa varaiabel EPS, DPS, PBV dan DER mempunyai pengaruh terhadap harga saham.

This research aimed to determine the effect of income, loans, economic literacy, and lifestyle on household consumption expenditure in Mojosari Village Kras District Kediri Regency. The research sample consisted of 94 households in Mojosari Village using the Slovin technique. This research used multiple linear regression analysis with a dummy variable in SPSS 20. The results explained that income and loans partially had a significant effect on household consumption expenditure, while economic literacy and lifestyle partially had no significant effect on household consumption expenditure in Mojosari Village Kras District Kediri Regency. Income, loans, economic literacy, and lifestyle simultaneously had a significant effect on household consumption expenditure in Mojosari Village Kras District Kediri Regency.

Air minum merupakan kebutuhan pokok yang harus dicukupi karena lebih dari separuh komposisi tubuh manusia adalah air. Namun Kualitas air saat ini banyak yang tidak layak konsumsi karena banyak mengandung bakteri berbahaya. Alternatif lain untuk mencukupi kebutuhan air minum tersebut yaitu adanya produk Air Minum Dalam Kemasan. Melihat banyaknya kebutuhan AMDK harusnya sejalan dengan meningkatnya penjualan berbagai perusahaan produsen AMDK. Namun Club justru mengalami fluktuasi penjualan yang menurun dibanding perusahaan kompetitor lain. Sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk dan brand trust terhadap keputusan Pembelian Air Minum Dalam Kemasan Merek Club. Penelitian dilakukan secara online dan Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebar kuisioner melalui g-form. Teknik yang digunakan untuk mengambil sampel yaitu purposive sampling dengan berjumlah 98 responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis komponen dengan menggunakan alat analisis Patrial Least Square (PLS). Hasil dari uji hipotesis Penelitian ini menunjukkan pada variabel Kualitas Produk dan variabel Brand Trust memiliki pengaruh signifikan dan arahnya positif terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Air Minum Dalam Kemasan Merek Club.

Tax is a sector that has a major influence on state revenues. Taxes are used as a source of state income which is then used to finance state expenditures. Taxpayer compliance in paying taxes is very important as a source of income for the Indonesian state in order to design national development, both in terms of economic, political, taxation and legal development. The purpose of this research is to find out and prove the effect of taxpayer satisfaction on motor vehicle tax compliance. The theory used in this research is Theory of Planned Behavior. This research was conducted using primary data using quantitative methods through questionnaires and random sampling data collection techniques with a sample of 100 motorized vehicle taxpayers in the Gresik District SAMSAT. In testing the researcher uses partial least squares analysis and is processed through tests carried out on SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results showed that taxpayer satisfaction had an effect on motor vehicle tax compliance. This research has implications for tax agencies to continue to develop innovation and increase taxpayer satisfaction. Keywords: Taxpayer compliance, Taxpayer satisfaction.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are an economic sector in Indonesia that have an important role in developing the country's economy. Even though MSMEs have a role in the economy, in the course of business there are still obstacles and obstacles faced by MSME actors. These problems include the low level of education and gender issues whose equality is still questionable. This study aims to determine the effect of education level on the performance of MSMEs in Jakarta in terms of gender. The method used in this study is a quantitative method using a random sampling technique with a total sample of 80 respondents from SMEs in Pasar Rebo District. This study took data through a closed questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that the level of education has a significant effect on the performance of MSMEs, whereas if viewed through the gender aspect it does not affect the performance of MSMEs. This study aims to determine the effect of employee performance on the career development of the Public Works Service and Karawang regency spatial planning. This type of research is quantitative research with descriptive and verification research methods. The sample in this study was 175. The sampling technique used in this study was saturated sampling. The analysis model in this study uses a multiple linear regression analysis model. The results of the study show that there is an influence between employee performance on the career development of the Public Works Office and spatial planning of the Karawang regency. This study aims to determine the results of research on the influence of lifestyle, halal labels, and halal awareness on Coffee Shop purchasing decisions in Islamic Students of Surabaya State University. This study used descriptive quantitative methods through a sample of 80 students. The distribution of questionnaires was carried out by means of Likert scales on lifestyle, halal labels, and halal awareness. This study used multiple regression analysis using instrument data tests, classical assumption tests and hypothesis tests using t tests, f tests and coefficient of determination (r2) tests. The results of this study explain that partially the variables of lifestyle and halal awareness have a positive and significant influence on the variables tied to purchasing decisions, while the variables of halal labels do not have a positive and insignificant effect on variables bound to purchasing decisions. Then simultaneously lifestyle variables, halal labels, and halal awareness have a positive and significant influence on variables tied to purchasing decisions. The results of the coefficient of determination test (R Square) found that lifestyle, halal labels, and halal awareness had a simultaneous influence of 65.1% on Coffee Shop purchasing decisions in Islamic Students of Surabaya State University. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penempatan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Camat Talang Ubi Kabupaten Pali. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 52 orang pegawai. Teknik pengambilan sampek pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier sederhana dengan bantuan program Statistical for Product and Service Solution (SPSS) versi 25. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa penempatan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Camat Talang Ubi Kabupaten Pali. Upaya meningkatkan kinerja pegawai, pimpinan hendaknya mempertimbangkan terlebih dahulu sebelum menempatakan pegawai berdasarkan latar belakang pendidikan, pengetahuan kerja, pengalaman kerja dengan job description yang akan dibebankan kepada pegawai pada posisi yang baru.
