Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of brand image on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction, (2) the effect of price on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction, (3) the effect of product quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction, (4) the effect of brand image on customer loyalty, (5) The effect of price on customer loyalty, (6) The effect of product quality on customer loyalty, and (7) The effect of consumer satisfaction on customer loyalty. This research method uses quantitative methods. The population in this study are all consumers who buy and consume Bear Brand Milk products in the city of Surabaya. While the sample in this study were consumers who consumed Bear Brand Milk products more than once in the city of Surabaya with an age range of 15 - 54 years with a sample of 100 people. The data analysis technique used is Path analysis. With the results of the study that the brand image variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty (Y) through customer satisfaction (Z). Price variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty (Y) through customer satisfaction (Z). Product quality variable (X3) has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty (Y) through customer satisfaction (Z). Brand image variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty (Y). Price variable (X2) has no positive and insignificant effect on customer loyalty (Y). Abstract

The development of information technology supported by the existence of the internet has caused changes in consumer behavior, namely initially making purchases through offline stores, now switching to shopping through online stores. Therefore, there are now many online shopping places called marketplaces and one of them is Lazada. The purpose of this research is to determine the magnitude of the influence of online customer reviews and e-service quality on buying interest in the Lazada marketplace on social media Facebook. This study uses quantitative methods and technical data analysis in the form of path analysis. The population is Lazada marketplace consumers on social media Facebook with a sample of 100 respondents who were taken using a finite population with the Slovin formula. The data obtained are : (1) There is a very strong correlation between online customer reviews and e-service quality of 0,800. (2) Partially, online customer reviews have a positive and significant effect on buying interest by 34,6%. (3) Partially, e-service quality also has a positive and significant effect on buying interest by 23,1%. (4) Simultaneously, there is an influence between online customer reviews and the e-service quality on buying interest of 57,7%. The rest in the contribution of other variables is equal to 42,3% which was not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to understand the impact of brand awareness, consumer trust, perceived value and word of mouth on purchase intention. The population used in this study were consumers of the online shopping site Shopee in Yogyakarta, the sampling technique used in this study was to use a purposive sample. Collecting data using a questionnaire on all consumers of the online shopping site Shopee in Yogyakarta. Data was taken using a questionnaire survey via Google Form using a Likert scale of 1 (strongly disagree) to 5 (strongly agree). Processed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results in this study state that brand awareness, perceived value, has no significant positive effect on purchase intention, while consumer trust, word of mouth, has a positive and relevant impact on purchase intention. Abstract

This research aims to find out the impact of capital turnover on firm value moderated by profitability. In this research, the researcher uses a population of companies in the food and beverage division that have been listed on the IDX from 2016 to 2019. This research is quantitative. Researchers used purposive sampling as a sampling technique and used SPSS 22. Researchers used a sample of 16 companies over a four-year period. This research concludes that: 1) The replacement of working capital does not affect the value of the company. 2) The response between capital turnover and profitability has an effect on firm value. This statement tells that the variable of profitability can moderate the turnover of working capital to the company's score. Keywords: Working Capital Turnover, Firm Value and Profitability

Abstract

The value of the company describes the quality of the company's effectiveness in growing the welfare of shareholders and is often used as a company's consideration. This is always tied to the stock price. The implementation of this research is expected to be able to interpret the impact of profitability on company scores and the role of dividend policy variables. The population taken is from companies in the property and real estate division, as many as 14 (fourteen) with a span of 4 years from 2017 and 2020. In this research, the researchers used the classical assumption test analysis method and multiple linear regression analysis. The variable from profitability to company score has an at-score of -1.010 and a significance score of 0.318, an at-count score of dividend policy of 0.322, and a significance score of 0.017. All variables from this research have calculated F of 2,963. This figure exceeds the score from the F table. Profitability has a non-significant effect on the company's score and significant dividend policy and can strengthen the impact of profitability on the value or score of the company. Abstract

The purpose of this study was determine and analyze the financial performance of Islamic Banks in Indonesia. The study used quantitative data type by using secondary data as the data source. Data type by using secondary data as the data source. The sample used in this research is 9 islamic commercial banks that’s was selected using purposive sampling method from a total population of 14 registered in Financial Service Authority from the period 2014-2018. The analytical technique used is descriptive analysis using the RGEC method: Risk Profile is measured using NPF and FDR ratio, Good Corporate Governance (GCG), Earnings is measured using ROA and BOPO ratio, and Capital is measured using KPMM ratio. The result showed that the NPF ratio in good category, FDR ratio in pretty good category, GCG in good category, ROA ratio in bad category, BOPO ratio in not good category and KPMM ratio in very good category. Abstract

This research is entitled Synergy for the Management of Productive Zakat and Waqf with the Development of Sharia Micro Finance by using descriptive research methods with a qualitative approach. The sources of data in this study are in the form of observation and reviewing several books and readings related to this discussion and comparing them with expert opinions and materials from seminars that discuss the issues under study. Data analysis was carried out qualitatively by interpreting data, facts and information that had been collected through intellectual understanding empirically and then studied in an in-depth way so as to produce a picture of the actual data. The management of zakat and productive waqf is generally under the control of amil zakat agencies and waqf institutions through Nazir waqf. The formula developed in the management of zakat and waqf has not been unified and combined in the management aspect between zakat management and waqf management. The utilization of productive zakat and waqf through Islamic microfinance institutions can be described by a model of adjusting zakat and waqf management in the aspect of zakat and productive waqf utilization through Islamic microfinance institutions. With the adjustment model of zakat and waqf management, it will be expected to give birth to an agreement in the management of zakat and productive waqf through sharia microfinance institutions

Abstract

Indonesia is the country with the largest muslim population in the world, so information related to sharia stock indexes has a fairly important role to understand capital market dynamics and investment decisions. This research aims to find out the simultaneous and partial influence of the Dow Jones Industrial Average, World Oil Prices, BI 7-Day reverse Repo Rate and Inflation on the Jakarta Islamic Index stock index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses a type of skunder data in the form of historical records of reports per end of the month of the index obtained from the official financial website, namely Bank Indonesia, Investing and the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study is a time-series data of 60 months, starting from September 2016 to August 2021 with a sample determination technique using the saturated sample method. Data is tested and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Hypotheses are tested using the F test and the t test. The results of the analysis showed that simultaneously variable Dow Jones Industral Average (DJIA), World Oil Price, BI 7-Day reverse Repo Rate and Inflation had a significant effect on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) Stock Index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Partially DJIA and BI 7-Day reverse Repo Rate negative but not significant, while World Oil Price and Inflation have a significant positive effect on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII).

Abstract

The objectives to be achieved by the authors in this study are to determine the Effectiveness of Zakat Management Management at BAZNAS Bekasi City with the Principles of Transparency and Accountability. Then specifically, this research has goals and uses which are expected to be useful for the community at large and for employees of BAZNAS Bekasi City. This type of research is field research (Field Research). Field research is research with data obtained from direct research on activities in the research field. The data were collected by the researchers directly from the sources, namely the manager of BAZNAS Bekasi City, Muzaki (community) and Munfik. This research was conducted from November 2021 to February 2022. BAZNAS Bekasi City has implemented the principle of transparency for its employees, every year a meeting is held to find out what plans will be implemented. BAZNAS Bekasi City has an RKAT (Annual Budget Work Plan) in which this RKAT must be approved by the province. From the results of the discussion, it can be concluded that the implementation carried out by BAZNAS Bekasi City is accountable based on predetermined standards that have been planned. In its implementation, Bekasi City BAZNAS does not only work alone, but also cooperates with several parties, such as collaboration with Bulog (Logistics Affairs Agency), Villages, Urban Villages, and Schools to find out data on underprivileged or high achieving students. The management of BAZNAS Bekasi City should always implement policies that are in line with the ideals of zakat management, namely the welfare of the people, namely by prioritizing the allocation for productive zakat schemes. If there is a standard allocation per scheme for the zakat program set by BAZNAS Bekasi City, then there should be optimal monitoring of the realization of distribution so that the target and realization run in harmony. Abstract

Foreign debt has an important and inseparable role in the history of Indonesia's national development. The government has changed seven times, foreign debt is always present to fill the development budget deficit. Debt is expected to help move the wheels of the economy, create growth, create jobs, and alleviate poverty. This study aims to analyze the effect of debt, budget, inflation and differences in government regimes on the Indonesian economy (GDP and Income per Capita) in Indonesia for the 1976-2021 period. The study uses secondary data obtained from Bank Indonesia, the National Development Planning Agency (Bappenas), the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), the World Bank, and other reference sources such as books, journals and scientific papers. The data used are the value of foreign debt, APBN, national income (GDP), population, inflation rate, and government regime in the period 1976 - 2021. The results of multiple regression analysis with dummy variables (using the Eviews 10 application program) show the following results: Foreign debt and APBN have a correlation with the condition of the national economy, especially the value of GDP. Debt and the state budget tend to increase the value of GDP. In terms of debt management as a driver of economic growth, the Suharto Era (New Order) tended to be better than the eras that followed. However, relatively speaking, the Habibe and SBY eras tended to be better than the Megawati era, the Abdurahman Wahid era, and the Jokowi era. In fact, Jokowi's era is no better than previous eras.
