This study aims to determine the influence of corporate governance, risk on firm value, and the influence of corporate governance on risk in banking sector companies which are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2017-2019 periods. The populations are banking sector companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample collection technique has been done by using purposive sampling method, 40 companies were obtained from 43 banking sector companies. The analyzing tool that used in this study was path analysis with SPSS program. The study found that corporate governance give positif and significant influence on firm value, risk give non significant influence on firm value, and corpotrate governance give negative and significant influence on risk. In additional, this study also found that risk does not mediated the influence of corporate governance and firm value.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor penting dalam pengambilan keputusan kemitraan dengan pertimbangan khusus yang diberikan pada situasi spesifik usaha kecil dan menengah (UKM) dan bagaimana model kemitraan (aliansi) pada sentra kerajinan Tas Tanggulangin Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Sampel penelitian ini adalah Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) yang telah melakukan kemitraan dan masih berlanjut (sustain) pada Sentra Kerajinan Tas Tanggulangin Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Data dikumpulkan dalam tiga cara: 1) wawancara dengan responden (In-depth Interview), 2) review dokumentasi, dan 3) observasi kegiatan. Target sampel penelitian ini adalah pemilik atau pengambil keputusan pengelola UKM sejumlah 76 pemilik usaha. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa : (1) Kompetensi pada setiap rantai bisnis dan tumbuhnya lingkungan serta atmosfir bisnis yang sama menimbulkan sikap saling membutuhkan, memperkuat, dan menguntungkan menjadi dasar dalam kemitraan antar UKM, (2) Enam pilar yang terdiri kesamaan visi, kepercayaan, profesionalisme, spesialisasi, modal sosial dan senergi telah mempengaruhi UKM di sentra kerajinan tas Tanggulangin untuk membangun kemitraan. dan (3) Keberlanjutan kemitraan dalam kurun waktu yang cukup lama, karena itu etika bisnis sebagai landasan mengembangkan kemitraan , serta adanya pola pembagian peran dan penyelesaian konflik serta perselisihan bisnis dilakukan melalui dialog dan musyawarah . Kata Kunci : Kemitraan Bisnis dan Usaha Kecil Menengah

Nilai perusahaan adalah hal yang sangat penting, karena mencerminkan kinerja perusahaan yang dapat berpengaruh terhadap persepsi investor kepada perusahaan. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui, menguji, dan membuktikan secara empiris dari (1) pengaruh keputusan investasi terhadap nilai perusahaan, (2) pengaruh keputusan pendanaan terhadap nilai perusahaan, (3) pengaruh kepemilikan manajerial dalam memoderasi hubungan keputusan investasi terhadap nilai perusahaan, (4) pengaruh kepemilikan manajerial dalam memoderasi hubungan keputusan pendanaan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan populasi perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2016-2018 berjumlah 166 perusahaan. Dengan menggunakan teknik sampling, yaitu metose purposive sampling sehingga sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 48 perusahaan. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi moderasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) keputusan investasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, (2) keputusan pendanaan berpengaruh non signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, (3) kepemilikan manajerial memoderasi hubungan keputusan investasi terhadap nilaiperusahaan, (4) kepemilikan manajerial tidak mampu memoderasi hubungan keputusan pendanaan terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Performance is form of reached progress by company. Company performance of yielded profit from overall of company operation. Many company in Indonesia having problem degradation of performance, this related with some factor that is business risk, growth strategy, and capital structure. This research aim to know influence between business risk, growth strategy, capital structure, to company performance at company of food and beverage which enlist in Stock Exchange of Jakarta. Population in this research is all company of food and beverage which enlist in Stock Exchange of Jakarta period 2003-2007. Sample in research taken with technique of purposive sampling that obtained 8 company as sample. Data type the used is data of secondary which in the form of financial statement summary company of food and beverage which there are in Indonesian Capital Market Directory 2004 and 2007. Analysis model the used is analysis path use regression standardize Result of research conclude that business risk have an effect on positive to capital structure. Growth strategy have an effect on positive to capital structure. Capital structure have an effect on negativity to performance company of Strategy growth have an effect on negativity to company performance. Purpose: This research aimed to observe the development of SMEs problems that related with financial knowledge. The importance of educating SMEs in a systematic, integrated and sustainable manner regarding financial literacy is expected to be able to build a strong business foundation which is very much needed. Increasing financial literacy is expected to contribute to financial system stability, reduce vulnerabilities in the financial system and make effective decisions on financial resources.Design/methodology/approach: The data were collected through self-administered questionnaire. There were 14 items used to edu finance and financial literature . The research design used in this research is quantitative research because it uses data in the form of numbers in descriptive statistical analysis. The results of these calculations will then be compared with the criteria for the level of financial literacy according to Chen and VolpeFindings: The results of this study indicate that based on the five variables that use the financial literacy level of SMEs, women are in the low category. Therefore, an appropriate model is needed to increase financial literacy knowledge in creative industry SMEs in Sidoarjo District, by prioritizing the importance of planning and evaluation that produces feedback for improving financial literacy.Research limitation/implications: The data were collected fromMSME creative industry sector in Sidoarjo District. It is limited in that it may not have captured the reflections of MSME creative industry sector in Indonesia that maybe differed from the sample used. Practical implications: The condition of SMEs in the creative industry sector in Sidoarjo District currently still has limitations with various problems. The limitations experienced include financial skills, and financial behavior, limited access to information and technology. Therefore, financial literacy is crucial for SMEs to improve their business performance. Several studies have been conducted to prove that financial literacy contributes to the improvement of MSME performanceOriginality/value: This research contributed to identifying how respondents need a Systematic, integrated, and sustainable education for SMEs regarding financial literacy is needed to build a strong business foundation.

Fenomenon of C2C online shop which is currently in high demand by customers, has effect to the increasing with the amount an level of competition between companies. The purpose of this study is to examine the factors that can influence continuance intention of C2C online shop. The population in this study is consumer of C2C online shop in Surabaya city, and the research sample being C2C online consumers who have bought at least 1 transaction in a minimum period of 1 year purchased by 100 people. The method used in this study is a quantitative method, with PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis technique. The results showed that perceived usefulness and customer satisfaction has effect to the continuance shop intention. Perceived usefulness has effect to the customer satisfaction. Emotional stability has not effect in moderating perceived usefulness into the customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction has effect tn mediating of the perceived usefulness into the continuance shop intention . The research implications show that continuance shop intention can increase customer purchase transactions at C2C online Shop. The value of the company describes the quality of the company's effectiveness in growing the welfare of shareholders and is often used as a company's consideration. This is always tied to the stock price. The implementation of this research is expected to be able to interpret the impact of profitability on company scores and the role of dividend policy variables. The population taken is from companies in the property and real estate division, as many as 14 (fourteen) with a span of 4 years from 2017 and 2020. In this research, the researchers used the classical assumption test analysis method and multiple linear regression analysis. The variable from profitability to company score has an at-score of -1.010 and a significance score of 0.318, an at-count score of dividend policy of 0.322, and a significance score of 0.017. All variables from this research have calculated F of 2,963. This figure exceeds the score from the F table. Profitability has a non-significant effect on the company's score and significant dividend policy and can strengthen the impact of profitability on the value or score of the company. Nilai perusahaan disebut sebagai nilai pasar yang beredar. Nilai perusahaan dapat berfungsi sebagai ukuran tingkat kesuksesan perusahaan dalam memaksimumkan kesejahteraan pemegang saham. Dalam penelitian ini memiliki sasaran untuk mancari tahu korelasi profitabilitas dan struktur modal kepada nilai perusahaan dengan kebijakan dividen sebagai variabel moderasi. Penelitian ini memakai 44 perusahaaan sektor Manufaktur sebagai sampel, dengan menggunakan teknik purpose sampling dengan standar yang dibutuhkan. Memakai data sekunder berbentuk laporan finansial yang diterbitkan pada periode yang dipakai pada riset. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisa regresi moderasi. Hasil riset menunjukan adanya profitabilitas berkorelasi positif dan signifikan kepada nilai perusahaan. Sebaliknya, struktur modal berkorelasi negatif dan signifikan kepada nilai perusahaan. Kebijakan dividen tidak memoderasi korelasi profitabilitas dan struktur modal korelasi nilai perusahaan.

Indonesia is one of the largest coffee-producing countries in the world. Indonesia has an advantage in terms of conditions related to natural resources. Diversification of coffee products can be developed on an SME scale as well as on a large scale, considering that coffee processing technology is relatively simple and can be designed on various business scales. One of the coffee industries is in Wonosobo Village, Srono District, Banyuwangi Regency, which is driven by An-Nuur Al-Fadhol, Islamic Boarding School students who process coffee plantations into packaged products. However, the business is still underdeveloped in terms of marketing distribution channels whose reach is still limited and packaging is relatively simple. This service activity seeks to provide knowledge transfer in the form of how to do product development and increase product diversity and diversification as well as how to packaging that has a certain appeal and branding to attract consumers and opportunities to be marketed to various regions through social networks and e-commerce facilities. Implementation method with: focus group discussion, demonstration, and practice or exercise. The result of this service activity is an increase in marketing activities that can increase sales and increase the efficiency of business activities with the application of management.

JAYALAND is a developer of the Puri Surya Jaya Gedangan Housing in Sidoarjo. Observing this business opportunity, the company has the opportunity to attract consumers' interest in purchasing housing products that have been built in the city of Sidoarjo. PT. Jayaland must understand the importance of marketing expenses and manage them to provide sustainable benefits for the company. The purposes of this study are 1) to find out and empirically test the influence of Internal Marketing on Marketing Performance at Puri Surya Jaya Housing PT. Jayaland Sidoarjo; 2) to find out and empirically test the impact of Internal Marketing on Marketing Performance with Branding Strategy as a moderating variable at Puri Surya Jaya Housing PT. Jayaland Sidoarjo. In this study, the sampling technique used a census where the sample members obtained were about 41 employees of the Puri Surya Jaya Housing Marketing Division PT. Jayaland Sidoarjo. The data analysis technique in this study used the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. This study concludes that Internal Marketing has a significant positive effect on marketing performance, and Branding Strategy as Moderating Variable has no impact on Marketing Performance.
