Abstract

This study aims to examine the social problem is a complex problem, because it is related to the interests of various parties who are interconnected with the company, namely analyzing and explaining the description of the variables and the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Intellectual Capital on Financial Performance. The research method used in this research is regression research with a quantitative approach. The population used in this study are all banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2015 - 2020. This study has a total population of 42 companies. The sample selection method used in this research is the Purposive Sampling Method, so 15 samples of banking companies are obtained which will be used as data sources for analysis. The results of the analysis show that CSR has an effect on Financial Performance (ROA) so that the higher Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) it will affect the Financial Performance (ROA) of the banking company. Likewise, IC has an effect on Financial Performance (ROA), which means that IC partially has a positive and significant effect on Financial Performance (ROA). This means that the greater the IC, the higher the Financial Performance (ROA) in banking companies. Abstract

Waqf is one solution in the development of Islamic progress. The benefits of waqf are not only felt by the recipient of the waqf, but it is also beneficial for the giver of the waqf as a reward that continues to flow. The management of waqf into productive waqf is more beneficial to the community, because the results of productive waqf will return to the community. The more productive waqf owned by Muslims, the better. The results of productive waqf can be used to support the progress of Muslims from various aspects. Productive waqf in the digital era as it is today has many kinds, including waqf with a youtube channel. Building a YouTube channel certainly requires creativity, time, energy and thought. Someone who builds a youtube channel must pay attention to the content created. Content must be in accordance with Islamic Shari'ah, there are no videos or video clips containing things that are prohibited by Shari'ah. Until now, there have been no Muslims who have been moved to donate a Youtube channel, considering that the Youtube channel that has been built is a source of income and still has the potential nowdays and there are no special waqf regulations that regulate waqf using the Youtube channel. This study uses a qualitative method with a normative conceptual approach, namely the approach taken for a problem for which there is no legal regulation. Primary and secondary data sources are collected and studied to produce legal analysis that is in accordance with the problem being studied. The primary sources in this study are the Qur'an, hadith, state laws, guidelines for waqf management and Youtube Community Guidelines, while secondary sources are classic books, books, articles, journals and documents related to the discussion. Youtube channels that are donated must be clean from violations of Youtube community rules so that they are easy to monetize. After that, the process of submitting to Nadzir is the same as handing over waqf of Intellectual Property Rights, because the Youtube channel is a type of intellectual property. The management of the Youtube channel by Nadzir must be in accordance with the Shari'ah. Uploaded content is prohibited from leading to immorality or a stimulus to commit immorality. Content must also comply with state laws, such as having to pay attention to copyright policies. Every work has a copyright that is protected by law, if the channel contains content with someone else's copyright, it must be with the permission of the copyright owner. Likewise, the advertisements displayed on the waqf youtube channel must be in accordance with the Shari'ah. The management of waqf Youtube channels must also comply with state waqf rules. The authorized waqf supervisor must know the monthly income, operational costs for creating content and the net profit received for waqf. Abstract

The 212 Sharia Cooperative is a major national-scale business entity and was formed by Muslim leaders as a manifestation of the unified spirit of the 212 Action. This spirit is reflected in making the Sharia Cooperative 212 a forum for the spirit of economic growth to achieve people's economic independence, support the development of SMEs and make people financially responsible by realizing their products independently with the cooperative's business. The formation of the cooperative has a goal orientation for the welfare of members and the community in order to meet the needs of consumption, production and distribution as well as realizing social motivation to unite the community in economic activities for the creation of member welfare.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of intrinsic motivation, extrinsic motivation, organizational culture, and organizational commitment on employee performance. The population of this research is the employees of Kecamatan Jangkat, Kabupaten Merangin, Jambi. Data was taken on all employees or 33 employees by the census method. Data collection was carried out by survey using a questionnaire instrument. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method with data analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that intrinsic motivation had no significant effect on employee performance. Extrinsic motivation has no significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture also has no significant effect on employee performance. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Strengthening organizational commitment becomes an implication if the leader intends to encourage employee performance. Abstract

Non-Fungible Token (NFT) is a digital asset based on blockchain, in the form of a unique certificate or token in digital form that cannot be replaced with another, which is unique and immutable and represents ownership of an asset. NFT has many benefits, especially in economy, so, NFT used as a medium for many social activities. On the other hand, Islam strongly supports social activities, one of which is waqf instruments. The characteristics of NFT which are enduring and have long-term economic benefits, are compatible with the concept of waqf. However, as a new innovation, NFT has not been widely studied according to sharia, especially as object of waqf. On that basis, this study tries to explore whether NFT can be used as an object of waqf and create a concept for it. Therefore, this research is included in normative legal research, and using a conceptual approach and analytical descriptive analysis. And result of this study is: 1) in terms of fiqh, NFT can be used as a waqf object as well as copyright as a waqf object, of course with due regard to the three halalness foundation of the NFT and the fulfillment of its requirements for the object of waqf. 2) In practice, wakif for NFT is the creator, while mauquf is in the form of copyright contained in the NFT which is owned by the creator, and the proceeds will be donated to mauquf 'alaih in the form of royalties that arise from the copyright.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan guna mengetahui pengaruh brand trust, inovasi produk, dan customer value terhadap loyalitas pelanggan MS Glow di Wonogiri. Penelitian ini memakai metode kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian ini sejumlah 100 pelanggan MS Glow di Wonogiri, dengan kriteria berusia minimal 17 tahun dan pernah melakukan pembelian ulang MS Glow minimal tiga kali. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Non-Probability Sampling dengan metode purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dan diukur melalui skala Likert. Pengujian instrumen menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas dengan metode analisis regresi linier berganda, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis (uji F dan uji t), dan uji koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa brand trust, inovasi produk, dan customer value berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan MS Glow di Wonogiri, serta secara parsial dan signifikan brand trust, inovasi produk, dan customer value berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan MS Glow di Wonogiri.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh literasi keuangan syariah terhadap minat menabung di bank syariah dalam perspektif syariah (studi pada mahasiswa S1 Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Sriwijaya). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan kuisioner sebagai instrumen penelitian. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 2.661 orang dan diambil lah sejumlah 348 responden untuk menjadi sampel dengan menggunakan teknik sampling kuota. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil analisis disimpulkan literasi keuangan syariah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat menabung di bank syariah. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bank syariah di Indonesia lebih menggencarkan promosi serta iklan mengenai informasi bank syariah dan produk-produknya agar bisa sampai kepada para masyarakat Indonesia khususnya mahasiswa.

Abstract

Everyone wants to get benefits in old age in order to feel comfortable when they are not actively working and do not earn an income. In the community itself has developed a form of community savings that is increasingly recognized by employees, namely the pension fund. This pension fund program is intended to provide welfare to employees of a company, especially employees who reach retirement age according to the agreement. In this case, pensions can only be given if the employee has entered retirement age or for other reasons so that they obtain the right to receive pension benefits. These policies and programs are expected to be sufficient to encourage balanced growth in terms of supply and demand and strengthen capital, management and human resources (HR) for Sharia Pension Funds. Pension Fund management can be carried out by employers (DPPK) and financial institutions (DPLK). The company has several alternatives. This alternative is adapted to the company's goals without eliminating the rights of its employees. This is very important considering that people still have basic needs that must be met after retirement. With these reserves, when someone enters a less productive period, they still have a source of income.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the impact and contribution of the non-bank financial industry (IKNB) and non-Islamic banking on Indonesia's economic growth before and during the pandemic. The variables used in this study are data on total assets of Sharia IKNB, IKNB, and Industrial Production Index (IPI) data as a measure of economic growth. The research method used is the Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) method using monthly time series data from 2015 to 2021. The research results reveal several results, the long-term VECM test of Islamic NBFI and NBFI variables has an impact on economic growth, while the IRF test shows that economic growth is resistant to shocks by sharia NBFIs and NBFIs over the next 60 years, contributing 11% and 4% to economic growth, respectively.

Abstract

Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) is the most efficient instant payment method which is a collaboration product between Bank Indonesia and the Indonesian Payment System Association (ASPI). QRIS as the latest server-based non-cash payment method that is integrated with digital wallets has been used in retails or minimarkets such as Alfamart. The use of server-based electronic money with digital wallets is very popular today. The purpose of this study is to reveal whether the use of QRIS can have an impact on Alfamart Talaga Wetan's sales profit and how Alfamart's customer satisfaction after using QRIS. The research method used is a naturalistic qualitative method to reveal the actual state of social phenomena that are tentative (temporary). Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews and documentation methods. The result of this study is that QRIS has an impact on Alfamart Talaga Wetan's sales profit as seen from the BAP reports in May, June and July 2022 which had a significant impact. The use of QRIS also has an impact on Alfamart's customer satisfaction, seen from the answers of 8 interviewees who all agreed that they were satisfied because QRIS can help speed transactions and minimize queues.
