Abstract

A manufacturing company is a company whose main activity is to obtain goods and services to be processed into finished products through the production process of efficacy sold to customers. Food and beverage companies are one of the categories of the industrial sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) that have the opportunity to grow and develop. The development of this industry can be seen from the growth and development of companies engaged in the food and beverage industry. This study was conducted to determine the effect of Solvency, Profitability, and Liquidity on Food and Beverage Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2020 period. The nature of the research in this study is quantitative research and the data used are secondary to Profitability, Solvency, Liquidity as independent variables and Company Value as Dependent variables. The object of this study is a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2020 period. In this study, the data used in the annual report of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) 2015-2020. The population in this study is all food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used in this study used purposive sampling. The data collection method used by the author is to use the data collection method with internet research, namely the collection of indirect observation data by collecting data on annual financial statements, an overview and development of manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2020 period by accessing directly to the address of the www.idx.co.id. Data analysis was carried out by classical assumption testing and for hypothesis testing by multiple linear regression methods. The results of this study show that the profitability ratio measured using Return On Assets (ROA) has a positive and significant effect on company value, solvency ratios measured using Debt Ratio have a positive and significant effect on company value, Liquidity ratios measured using Cash Ratio have a positive and significant effect on company value, Profitability, solvency and liquidity ratios simultaneously have an effect positive and significant to the value of the company Keywords: Profitability, Solvency, Liquidity, Value Of The Company

Abstract

This Research aims to measure customer satisfaction of Ninjaxpress in Nganjuk. It will give benefit for the merchant of Ninjaxpress Nganjuk which sell their product into Marketplace such as Lazada, Shopee and Tokopedia. The customer satisfaction will make the business environment more professional specifically in online business. By understanding, customer satisfaction of Ninjaxpress Nganjuk, the merchant will accelerate their product shipment to end customer. The methodology used is Partial Least Square (PLS) with quantitative approach. The data is collected from literature review, business report, and survey which is distributed to 65 loyal customers from Ninjaxpress in Nganjuk using purposive sampling. Purposive sampling uses inclusive criteria which are above 17 years old and they are experienced using Ninjaxpress Services. The result of this research is that Quality (X) has positive impact with customer satisfactions (Y), with path coefficients 0,876508, T-Statistic Value 23,327372 > 1,96 (From table Zα = 0,5) or P-Value 0,000 < 0,05. Abstract

This research is intended to provide knowledge about the influence of knowledge management, job experience, and motivation on employee productivity. The aim is to find out how influential Knowledge Management, Job Experience, and Motivation on Employee Productivity are in the company. Employees of PT. Puninar JAYA will be the object of this research. This study used a questionnaire for data collection methods, using a sample of 75 respondents. The researcher uses quantitative research for this research, the methods that will be used are reliability tests and validity tests to test the quality of the data, and the data analysis techniques that will be used are classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression testing, and Sobel testing. Then the results of the research that has been done that Knowledge Management has a significant influence on employee productivity, job experience has a significant influence on employee productivity, motivation has a significant influence on employee productivity, knowledge management has a significant influence on motivation, job experience has a significant influence significant on motivation. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of brand image, utilitarian value, electronic word of mouth, and service quality on purchase intention. Purposive sampling was used in this study to select Miniso Ambarukmo Plaza Yogyakarta customers as the population of interest. Data for all Miniso Ambarukmo PlazaYogyakarta customers is collected through a survey. Use a Likert scale from 1 (strongly disagree) to 5 (strongly agree) to collect feedback using Google Forms (strongly agree). Multi-step linear regression analysis was used for processing. Utilitarian values ​​and Electronic Word of Mouth both have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention, according to the findings of this study. Brand Image has no effect on Purchase Intention with a significance value (0.100 > 0.05), but Utilitarian Value and Electronic Word of Mouth effect on Purchase Intention with a significan value (0.013 < 0.05) and (0.001 < 0.05) Service Quality has a positive and substantial effect on Purchase Intention, with a significance value (0.000 < 0.05). Abstract

The reason for this study is to analyze all the more profoundly the job of human asset skill in working on the nature of monetary reports. The methodology strategy in this study utilizes a writing survey approach. The assets utilized in this study were acquired through auxiliary information using 20 articles relevant to this topic. Search articles through the Google Scholar database and selected based on the models utilized. The aftereffects of this study show that the ability of HR impacts working on the nature of monetary reports. The existence of good quality financial reports is also considered to work with clients of budget summaries during the time spent pursuing financial choices. With able assets during the time spent overseeing and introducing budget summaries, monetary reports will be more precise, successful, and effective. These results are expected to be helpful as material for consideration of an entity or institution to improve the competence of human resources in order to present quality financial reports. Abstract

Individual taxpayer compliance in Indonesia is still relatively low. The government launched an e-filing system with the aim of providing convenience in tax reporting. Across generations, there are still different responses to utilizing information technology. This study aims to reveal the obedient behavior of individual taxpayers (WPOP) with the existence of a cross-generational e-filing system. Qualitative methods were used in this study with a phenomenological approach. The phenomenological approach is intended to examine the problem of the current phenomenon. There are 8 informants in the category of individual taxpayers who work at ABC Hospital and are from two generations, namely the X generation and the millennial generation. The results of this study indicate that with the e-filing system, individual taxpayers are more obedient and timely in submitting annual tax returns (SPT). Especially for the millennial generation, who are already familiar with technological developments However, there are obstacles in generation X, namely the speed of adopting information technology, which is still lacking. So, in the reporting of SPT through e-filing, there are still some who need assistance with the implementation of the system. The novelty of this research is that it uses cross-generation to reveal obedient behavior in tax reporting. Keywords: Behavior, WPOP, E-Filing System, Millennial Generation, and Generation X

Abstract

Buying and selling is an economic activity that cannot be separated from daily life. Basically the law of buying and selling in Islam is permissible. Islam has regulated all provisions related to buying and selling activities, but in its implementation there are still irregularities found, one of which is bond trading which contains an element of taghrir (uncertainty) in its implementation. Such buying and selling is still taking place in Klemunan Village, Wlingi District, Blitar Regency. This study aims to determine the mechanism of implementing the system of buying and selling rice harvests in Klemunan Village in terms of an Islamic economic perspective and the reasons why farmers choose to use the system in buying and selling agricultural crops. This research is a case study qualitative research. Data was collected through interviews, observation and documentation. The results showed that the sale and purchase of crops carried out with the slashing cengkalan system which took place in Klemunan Village, Wlingi District, Blitar Regency, East Java, was included in the bonded sale and purchase system. The buying and selling system applied contains an element of market distortion in the Islamic economy, namely taghrir in quantity. The ongoing buying and selling activities with this system are driven by several things, including the area of arable land, practicality, compatibility with buyers, and habits and lack of religious knowledge. Abstract

Long economic recession caused by pandemi covid-19 impacts strongly to the quality of credit’s payment because customer’s payment ability is weaken. In order to solve non performing financing, the government of Indonesia announced the implementation of restructuritation to recover economic condition according to rule from Bank of Indonesia (BI) and Financial Services Authority (OJK). The purpose of this research is to study one of instrument for financing restructuritation namely contract conversion from fiqih’s perspective and legal law’s perspective in concept and implementation. The type of this research is library research with qualitative approach and using descriptive-comparative analysis. Based on this research is found that contract conversion as an instrument was explained detailly in legal rule of restructuritation. The concept of contract conversion was explained in fiqih muamalah with variative implementation. Legal law in economy from some moslem’s country talks about the concept of contract conversion and the way of implementation. In Indonesia, the guidance of legal law is rule of BI and rule of OJK as state institutions who have authority to rule banking and financial system. The implementation of contract conversion in Shariah Bank is also referred to edict of DSN-MUI. The results are 1) Contract conversion is transformation from non performing financing which has ran by stopping it and then create a new contract in different form without new subject, 2) Contract conversion in fiqih’s perspective is more extensive than legal law’s perspective, but legal law is more detailed in technical of implementation. Abstract

This research was conducted at the Kedai Cokelat Klasik which is a business engaged in the culinary business sector as the object of research. The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the marketing mix strategy implemented based on the SWOT analysis by Kedai Cokelat Klasik. The results of the SWOT analysis method are used as the basis for determining the marketing mix strategy that can be carried out by Kedai Cokelat Klasik. The research method used is a qualitative type with descriptive analysis which refers to the concept of the 4P marketing mix, namely Product, Price, Place and Promotion. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of in-depth interviews, participatory observation and field research. The analytical method used is the SWOT analysis method with the stages of compiling the IFAS and EFAS matrices, determining the SWOT quadrant and SWOT matrix. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that Kedai Cokelat Klasik is in quadrant I position. It can be concluded that the marketing mix strategy applied by SWOT analysis is an aggressive strategy, namely by maximizing its strengths to take advantage of existing opportunities. Abstract

During the covid 19 pandemic that hit Indonesia, the pharmaceutical industry sector was one of the sectors most needed to cope with the covid 19 pandemic and during the covid 19 pandemic this sector experienced several improvements, especially in terms of the company's financial condition which can be seen through financial ratios. This study aims to determine, test, and analyze the effect of ROE and DER on firm value (PBV) in pharmaceutical sub-sector companies listed on the Stock Exchange during the covid 19 pandemic. The research method used is descriptive verification, the population used is sub-sector companies. pharmaceutical sector listed on the Stock Exchange with a total sample of 7 out of 10 companies. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, and the analytical tool used is multiple linear regression with the results of the research that ROE and DER have an effect on firm value (PBV) either partially or simultaneously.
