Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment, compensation and work discipline on the performance of employees of Yayasan Bina Insan Mulia Bekasi. This research is a quantitative research and primary data is taken using a questionnaire taken by accidental sampling on 68 respondents. Data were collected through direct surveys and then processed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that organizational commitment had a significant positive effect on employee performance. The results show that compensation and work discipline have no significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

This research uses the event study method to test the reaction of capital markets before and after the announcement of the Emergency Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM) policy. The observation period includes 7 days before and 7 days after the event. By using purposive sampling method, the research sample amounts to 29 stocks of the hotel, restaurant, and tourism companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The hypothesis is tested with Paired Samples T-Test for those with normal distribution and Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test for those with no normal distribution. The results showed that there was a difference in average trading volume activity. While average abnormal return and average security return variability did not have significant differences around the announcement. This research implies that stock investors need to consider information about government policies or other non-economic events to appropriately sort out relevant information to sell or maintain stocks under the risks and returns expected by investors. Abstract

Technology in the field of taxation continues to develop from time to time. One of the newest technologies is the internet of things. This study intends to reveal the role of the internet of things in the taxation sector. The type of research used is qualitative research through the literature review method. Data was collected using the Google Scholar search engine. The results of the study concluded that the Internet of Things (IoT) is an important part of the development of tax technology. This supports the goal of the Directorate General of Taxes to use Big Data Analytics which can optimize digital tax potential through 2 mechanisms, namely predictive analysis and secondly through tax ranking. Abstract

The research purpose was to determine the impact of marketing mix, lifestyle, and eWOM on the brand image of telecommunications provider companies in Indonesia on the era of economic digitization, case studies on active students of Sharia Business Management at UIN SATU 2018 generation. The method is quantitative. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling and measured by Slovin formula with an error limit of 5%, 212 students. The data were analyzed by multiple linear regression based on ordinary least squares. The results demonstrate that the marketing mix, lifestyle, and eWOM variables partially and simultaneously influenced the brand image of telecommunications provider companies in Indonesia on the era of economic digitization. Thus, cellular telecommunications provider companies in Indonesia should build a good brand image to increase the credibility of the targeted target market to win a fairly tight competition in the era of economic digitization. Abstract

The goal of this study was to examine the influence of brand image and promotion on the purchase decisions of Yamaha motorcycles at Mayjend Sungkono Surabaya. Surabaya residents who own or ride Yamaha motorcycles are the target audience for this study. This study employs a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique, in which the researcher selects research samples based on predetermined characteristics and characteristics. A total of 65 people were included in the study. PLS is the data analysis method employed. Purchase decisions are influenced by brand image and promotions, which have been found to have a positive and significant impact on them in previous studies. Abstract

An online trading system is an implementation of stock trading over the internet.. The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of product quality, service quality, and price on customer satisfaction while using a syariah-compliant online trading system provided by PT. Phintraco Sekuritas Cabang Medan. PT. Phintraco Sekuritas Medan's internet trading system is the subject of this investigation. When using an online syariah payment system, product quality does not have a significant impact on how customers feel about their purchases. This is based on the results of data mining. Variable service quality has a significant impact on customer satisfaction when using a halal online trading system, but variable price has no discernible impact on customer satisfaction when using a halal online trading system. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the state of a business in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic, whether these business people experienced a decline or experienced an increase in sales. The object of our research as this research is the Halodoc application, which is engaged in the health sector which makes it easy for users to get health services with a smartphone application only. The data collection technique that we used in this study was using observation, in-depth interviews with relevant sources and documentation. The data sources in our research are Business Development from the Halodoc application and Halodoc application users who have made transactions. To analyze the data obtained, we used a SWOT analysis technique and the Halodoc application was in quadrant I. In the sense that the Halodoc application supports using an aggressive strategy, the company has more strength to face a business threat in the future when compared to their weaknesses. Therefore, during the current COVID-19 pandemic, in particular, the Halodoc application is one of the companies that gets very significant benefits when compared to other business sectors. Abstract

The Environmental Agency is one of the local government agencies of Bantul Regency, which is in charge of preparing, implementing, supervising, controlling, and controlling all policies specific to the environment in Bantul Regency. This study aims to analyze and determine the influence of leadership style, organizational culture, and job satisfaction on employee performance. This research is quantitative with primary data. While obtaining data, research instruments that have been determined with distribution questionnaires, checks, or checklists are used for respondents. This study used a saturated sample where 105 employees used the entire population of members. The results showed that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, organizational culture has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, and job satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Abstract

Quality function deployment is a management tool where customers desires are use a tool for product development. While the house of quality is a tool in the form of a house that connects the wishes of the customer (what) and how a product will be designed and produced to meet customer desires. The research objective to be achieved in this research is to produce a packaging design for banana chips at UD Sumber Rejeki Jombang by using the quality function deployment (QFD) and house of quality (HoQ) methods. In this study, the author uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The results of the QFD analysis research that the highest attribute value for the importance level is “product quality according to the price offered” with a value4.62 and the lowest level of importance is”plastic readiness” with a value of 3.92. the result of the QFD analysis research that the highest attribute value for the level of satisfaction is “product quality according to the price offered” with a value of 4.62 and the lowest value is “variant taste” with a value of 3.3. Abstract

Since 2018 the central sharia pawnshop has launched a digital sharia pawn service application to make it easier for customers to transact. However, until now, the lack of understanding of Andi Tonro's Sharia Pawnshop customers regarding the fees that must be paid at Sharia Pawnshops, especially Mu'nah (maintenance fees) makes customers hesitate to use the application. The purpose of this study is to analyze the application of Mu'nah (maintenance costs) in the sharia pawnshop unit andi tonro and the application of mu'nah (maintenance costs) in the Islamic pawnshop Andi Tonro unit in an Islamic perspective. The type of research used in this research is a case study with a descriptive qualitative approach. The results showed that Mu'nah (maintenance costs) in the operation of Andi Tonro's Sharia Pawnshop Unit was applied to the maintenance of each pawned item. The legal basis for implementing Mu'nah is based on MUI Fatwa 92/DSN-MUI/IV/2014 and has been approved by the OJK (Financial Services Authority). The application of Mu'nah (maintenance fees) in the operation of Andi Tonro's Sharia Pawnshop Unit continues to apply even though there are administrative costs and insurance costs. This is done to ensure that the condition of the pawned goods remains the same when it was first pawned. The application of Mu'nah (maintenance costs) at Andi Tonro's Sharia Pawnshop Unit is in accordance with Islamic teachings because in the MUI Fatwa 92/DSN-MUI/IV/2014 point six part 3 In the event that rahn (dain/marhun bih) occurs because of borrowing money (akad qardh), then Murtahin's income only comes from Mu'nah (maintenance/guarding services) for marhun whose amount must be determined at the time of the contract as ujrah in the ijarah contract.
