Abstract

This study aims to find out how training influences the performance of human capital and general service department employees at PT Pamapersada Nusantara Site MTBU Tanjung Enim. The population in this study amounted to 40 employees, samples were taken as many as 40 employees with non-probability sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that training had a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the human capital and general service departments at PT Pamapersada Nusantara Site MTBU Tanjung Enim. Abstract

Along with the development of technology and information, it has resulted in changes in people's patterns of buying food and drinks. Currently, buying food and drinks can not only be done directly (offline) but can also be done indirectly (online) by using a food delivery service. Changes in societal patterns in purchasing activities have resulted in many entrepreneurs creating food delivery service application-based companies because they feel they have a profitable business opportunity. With this delivery service, it is hoped that it will be able to meet the needs and desires of the community in certain circumstances. This study aims to determine the effect simultaneously and partially on the variables customer experience, customer knowledge, and customer satisfaction on the intention to reuse. This research uses descriptive research with a quantitative approach. Sources of data used are primary data and secondary data. The primary data source was obtained from a closed-type questionnaire with a Likert scale as the measurement scale. The test results show that : (1) in simultaneously customer experience, customer knowledge, and customer satisfaction have a significant effect on the intention to reuse, (2) partially customer experience has a significant effect on the intention to reuse, (3) partially customer knowledge has a significant effect on the intention to reuse, (4) partially customer satisfaction has a significant effect on the intention to reuse. Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi dan informasi, telah mengakibatkan perubahan pola pembelian makanan dan minuman masyarakat. Saat ini membeli makanan dan minuman tidak hanya dapat dilakukan secara langsung (offline) tetapi juga dapat dilakukan secara tidak langsung (online) dengan menggunakan food delivery service. Perubahan pola masyarakat dalam aktivitas pembelian mengakibatkan banyak pengusaha menciptakan perusahaan berbasis aplikasi food delivery service karena merasa memiliki peluang bisnis yang menguntungkan. Dengan adanya jasa pengiriman ini diharapkan dapat memenuhi kebutuhan dan keinginan masyarakat dalam keadaan tertentu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan dan parsial variabel pengalaman pelanggan, pengetahuan pelanggan, dan kepuasan pelanggan terhadap niat untuk menggunakan kembali. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Sumber data primer diperoleh dari kuesioner tipe tertutup dengan skala Likert sebagai skala pengukurannya. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) secara simultan pengalaman pelanggan, pengetahuan pelanggan, dan kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat penggunaan ulang, (2) secara parsial pengalaman pelanggan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat penggunaan ulang, (3) secara parsial pengetahuan pelanggan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat penggunaan ulang, (4) secara parsial kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat penggunaan ulang. Abstract

This study aims to empirically examine and analyze the effect of Return On Assets, Current Ratio, Debt To Equity Ratio and Total Assets Turnover on Price to Book Value. The data was taken using secondary data from the Indonesia Stock Exchange through financial reports and it was analysed using multiple linear regression. The sampling technique used a purposive sampling method with a total sample of 21 mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021. “The results showed that Return On Assets, Current Ratio and Total Assets Turnover had a positive and significant effect on Price to Book Value. Meanwhile, the Debt to Equity Ratio has no significant effect on the Price to Book Value in mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021.

Abstract

When one policy is taken it will affect other financial decisions so that it will have an impact on company value. The company value which is relatively stable and tends to increase can attract the attention of investors who are oriented towards improving their welfare. If the value of the company is higher, the prosperity received by the owner of the company will be even greater. This study aims to determine the influence of investment policies, funding policies and dividend policies on company value (case study on food and beverage sub- sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange for the 2017-2021 period). The population in this study is all food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the indonesian stock exchange. The selection of samples was carried out by the purposive sampling method, and 23 companies were obtained. The data analysis technique used in this study is a multiple linear regression method with panel data. The results showed that investment policies and funding policies affect the value of the company. Dividend policy negatively affects the value of the company. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of bank risk by using indicators of Non Peforming Loan (NPL), “Operating Expenses Operating Income (BOPO), and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) as well as the effect of macroeconomic fundamentals by using indicators Exchange Rates (XCH), Interest Rate (IR), dan Gross Domestic Bruto (GDP) on firm value with indicator Price Earning Ratio (PER) with variable moderating profitability by using indicator Net Interest Margin (NIM). The number of samples used in study are 27 banking companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2021. The type of data is secondary data in the form of financial reports and analyzed by multiple linear analysis. The result show that in bank risk variables, BOPO and LDR had a negative and significant effect, while NPL had no effect on firm value. In Macroeconomic fundamentals variables, IR and GDP had negative and significant effect while XCH had positive and significant effect on firm value. NPL, LDR, IR, and GDP are moderated by NIM had no effect while BOPO and XCH had negative and significant effect on firm value.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the corporate governance index on the company’s financial performance. The population in this study were all companies registered in the corporate governance perception index (CGPI) rating program conducted by the independent agency the indonesian institute for corporate governance (IICG) in 2017-2021, totalling 63 companies using a purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique used is documentation. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. The data was processed using the statistical product and service solutions (SPSS) program version 26. The result showed that the corporate governance index had a positive and significant effect on the company’s financial performance. Keywords: Corporate Governance Index, Financial Performance

Abstract

This Research aims to analyze the effect of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use toward intention to use on e-wallet DANA in Generation Z of Palembang City. The sampling technique that used in this research is non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling method. Type of this research is descriptive quantitative. The Population of this research is E-wallet DANA users which belong to Generation Z category. The data was collected through questionnaire which validity and reliability were already verified and distributed to 100 respondents. The analysis tools in this research are simultaneous test (F test), Partial test (t test) and multiple linear regression analysis. Abstract

This study aims to see differences in financial performance before and after mergers and acquisitions. The financial performance used is 2 years of data before and after making mergers and acquisitions available on the IDX in 2016-2020. The type of approach used is quantitative, with a comparative type of research. The total population amounted to 75 companies, while the sample amounted to 13 issuers using purposive sampling technique. The type of data used is secondary data, in the form of issuer financial statements, all of which data is obtained from the official IDX website. This study uses financial ratios as variables, including liquidity ratios calculated using Current Ratio (CR), activity ratios calculated using Total Asset Turnover (TATO), solvency ratios measured using Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and there are profitability ratios measured using Return On Asset (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM), and Earning Per Share (EPS). The technical analysis used is descriptive statistics and to see the distribution of data using the normality test. Hypothesis testing using the Wilcoxon test, shows the output that DER and EPS have a significance value <0.05, meaning that there are significant differences before and after mergers and acquisitions. While CR, TATO, ROA, ROE and NPM do not show significant differences. Keywords: Financial Performance, Financial Ratios, Mergers and Acquisitions

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the Financial Performance projected by Return on Assets (ROA) and the Dividend Policy projected by the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) on Stock Prices. The research sample consisted of 12 transportation companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange during the 2019-2021 pandemic. Secondary data in the form of financial statements were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that Financial Performance had a significant positive effect on stock prices while dividend policy had no effect. Nonetheless, both variables affect stock prices together. This shows that the company's decision to distribute dividends or not, then it will not affect the stock prices directly.
